They’re honest people. My son took his truck to another place that took $210 of his money just to change hoses for overheating. Lebron changed the thermostat but the truck was still overheating so he brung it back. They thoroughly checked everything and it was the head gasket. They were nice enough to refund the money back for the thermostat minus the $35 for diagnostic testing. We appreciate your honesty. I’ve brung my old car here and my daughter brings her car here. Our go to place now.

My car didn’t start I took it to “Quality Auto Repair Shop ” (down the street from this shop ) They had my car for a week then called me saying they didn’t know what to do or what was wrong. Told me I can leave it and let them work on it or take it somewhere else . I didn’t want them experimenting potentially causing more damage, I had the car towed to this shop THEY WERE ABLE TO TELL ME THE PROBLEM THE SAME DAY ! I WAS ABLE TO PICK UP MY CAR THE NEXT DAY ! Infiniti G35 Checking back in! Came for what I thought was going to be an entire brake change and was told they were still good and all I needed was oil. I was relieved to save much. So much so they were able to fix an exhaust issue I’ve been trying to repair for a long time, but couldn’t due to being told how expensive it was at other places. They were extremely fair on the pricing. I’m so happy to have the car feel as great as I’ve always wanted it to!! These guys have also educated me to false info I was given by other mechanic chain(s). Came in for a simple Oil change,But because of their quality of work and putting the customers Safety FIRST... I never met a mechanic so willing to go above and beyond for his customers!I just graduated college and moved back into the area and I’m so glad I found this auto shop. This is the best mechanic I’ve ever been too!! I was calling around to so many mechanics when I had an issue with my MAF sensor and Luis helped me out for LESS THAN HALF of what others were charging.Both Luis and his dad are so honest and nice. I always pay less than what I expect. I had another problem where my car wouldn’t start and Luis offered to come to me since I’m in the area so I wouldn’t have to pay for towing! They even offered to drop me off and pick me up while the car was in the shop. I one million percent recommend everyone to come here!!They don’t treat you like a customer, they treat you like family! They are extremely trustworthy and I’m mad at myself now for going anywhere else lol. They gained a customer for life, first place I will go when I have an issue.

These guys go way above and beyond five stars. I have an Infiniti G that needed a crank sensor replaced. I had just got it replaced a few months prior at a commercial auto spot. I pulled in simply for a quote and within five minutes a tech tested, confirmed exactly what was bad, and said they could take care of me right then and there!!They changed the bad sensor right in front of me in no time. They also spotted and touched up a few other things for me that I would have never noticed myself. In the middle of repairs a random car breaks down in the street, their techs run over and helped jump their car right back up. There is absolutely no point going anywhere else for service while this shop exists. Will for sure be going here for any and everything! Thanks again guys! - J

Great auto repair shop! I never really do any reviews, but I felt the need to with this one. I brought my BMW x5 here for a tune up & few other things. Luis is a very honest man. He really takes the time out to help you figure out what the problem with your car might be & explore every possible option to get what you need done as far as getting the right parts & prices. Hes not like most mechanics who will just try to get you to fix some random part on your vehicle that has nothing to do with the problem. I took my vehicle to L&R to have the alternator replaced. The customer service was 100% great as well as the price to get it fixed. I now have a warranty on my alternator if something happens to it again and I appreciate that so much. I will definitely be recommending friends to L&R in the future.

My brother provided me a car, but it needed a few repair. I brought it in. They took care of it quickly, but I had to take care of some family business. Normally mechanics will charge for holding the vehicle, but they only charged me what they quoted. Super friendly guy and the price was fair. We chatted about a bad experience I had with another mechanic in the past. I cant really say enough good things about the whole experience overall. Fair priced and the work was quick and correct. Will definitely bring any other futures issues I may have.

Ive been having my car serviced by Luis at L & R Auto Repair for some years now - I recommend them highly, especially to other women I know who are leery of being ripped off by unscrupulous mechanics. Luis and his father have kept my car in tiptop shape (and its a 99 Honda), usually done within a day and always charge me less than I expected. In some cases, for minor repairs, they do them gratis! Its great knowing Im being treated fairly.

So I have a 2002 Toyota Sienna and wanted an O2 sensor, the old one was rusted and was difficult to change so every mechanic did not really wanted to do the job but Luis did the job with the excellence.

Im gonna be going to them for everything auto-related from here on out - thats how good they are.I brought in my VW Passat after having problems with the throttle body. June, one of the mechanics, personally drove me home so I didnt have to walk or call an Uber. Then, when it was all done, they picked me back up. This mechanic shop is a breath of FRESH AIR! I’m so happy I decided to take my car to L&R auto for the repairs that my car needed. With my old car it was making so much noise it would hurt my ears, he figured out the problem and fixed t and my car was nice and silent :) my car now is all electrical problems he is 100% honest with anything and wouldn’t even think about trying to rip you off.
