I dropped my vehicle off for brake service although I could not afford to get the entire job done at one time I felt the quote was fair in comparison to others that I had received elsewhere. The unfortunate thing happened when my vehicle was damaged by the garage door which damaged my front windshield glass, roof of my vehicle, my hood was dented, front bumper damaged of which all had to be replaced.The worse part was that I was told that the vehicle was going to be out of my Possession from 7-10days. SMH.Well, let me say that the owner Aldo, handled me and the situation with the utmost respect, caring, professional way that he could. Also by immediately addressing the situation the next afternoon by getting me a rental car equivalent to what I owned. Aldo, picked me up in front of my apartment took me to get the rental vehicle, covered it on the spot. One week later my vehicle was like brand new when I picked it up from his shop. Much better than when I purchased it to be clear.I did not miss a beat and was never inconvenienced or given the runaround about anything, and of course not charged for the brakes.I learned something about dealing with spiritual God fearing people running a company, when the owner begins his day with a prayer. I can feel comfort and believe that women especially, can be treated with honesty and respect. Although I was very upset I never forgot the first morning I walked into his shop several months ago we talked about him starting his day with a prayer before he opens up for business.With that in the back of my mind I felt bad more for him than myself, but comfortable throughout the process and it turned out to be a blessing that I will always remember. If I should ever need any mechanical services In the future I will not only return but will highly recommend his business as well.Great man and employees are very professional and Genuine people.

Brought my car here to be have some work done. Was blown away with the professionalism by both the front desk and mechanic. My car was finished within a timely matter and the price wasn’t bad at all. Actually $200 cheaper then where I had originally taken it. Thank god I decided on a second opinion.

I really like that I dont have to stick around. I can go back to work. Its really convenient for me. I would recommend this service to somebody else who doesnt want to search for an auto shop to go to, doesnt want to look through Yelp reviews. Ive been going to Abes Auto Center for years now for all my needs. I think theyre very down-to-earth, and if you have a limited budget they will work with you to find the best solution for the lowest cost if necessary. Ive never had any issues after numerous visits and would highly recommend them!

Smoke was getting in my van. Went to fix. Asked then to replace muffler. They did open engine, replace manifold left, intake right, oil cooler, charged me 3800 dollars. Next day I got smoke inside again. Brought it back and they fixed the muffler. That solve the problem. If they were to fix the muffler first time i wouldnt have to pay 3800,00 for nothing.

Waiting to get a truck that they don’t even have,EVEN THOUGH, I reserved it 5 days in advance-the whole time I’m waiting the worker is eating chinese food with a room full of customers. Finally, after waiting 45 min I’m told they can’t even rent me anything while I’m looking at the 3 trucks out front. Thanks.

Best and Most Honest mechanics I have known since we moved to N.J. 20 years ago.Abe and Aldo are excellent mechanics and check all their techs work before your vehicle is returned. They guarantee all prices and are extremely fair with labor costs. They can handle all makes and models and make sure they have the correct parts for whatever make/model you bring in.

Theyre right across the street from the MVC in Rahway. When the instructor told my daughter that her brake light was out, we went over there and they had it fixed in 15 minutes at a low cost -- no rush charge.

Dishonest. Left my good running car for them to fix the power window and received the car back in bad condition. He said the car was like that.. lie! I argued about receiving such a different car and him doing unauthorized work. He said he had to check the car bc of an engine light and spilled oil in the spark plug ports which made the car sluggish and loud.. after driving for 15 minutes, smoke rose from the flòor. He cleaned the oil out but no improvement. Lawyers said its too hard to prove bc its an old car and my word vs his.. Later, I also found a hole in the exhaust pipe which explained the noise. Feels like car sabotage. Gave 1 star too many just to post this comment.

Horrible. I went there to get a jump start because my car wouldnt turn back on while I was at the dmv and they charged me $20 for it. Just to give me a jump. I can only imagine how they rob their customers for other things. Never was a customer and defenitely will never be a customer now. Maybe a little bit of compassion would have gained them a customer to see what is wrong with my battery. NO THANKS.

Very dishonest. If your car ends up here, do yourself a big favor and get a second opinion. Both your car and your wallet will be glad you did.
