Excellent service. Ask for Anton K. Is there such thing as an honest car salesman? I’m not sure, but Anton comes in pretty close. I traded in my vehicle for another one, and the key thing is that he didn’t try to low-ball me. It was no-frills and clear cut deal. One thing that everybody dreads when going to a dealership is the constant sales tactics and having to deal with all the ‘extras’ that are offered. Not here. I was in and out with my vehicle at hand within a couple of hours. He was accommodating and patient with the process- and even though there were a couple of snags on my end, we stayed the course, and we were able to accomplish the task. I traveled about an hour out to get to this dealership, but it was worth the trek. All the other ancillary staff were courteous and hospitable. 10/10 would definitely recommend. If in the Rahway area and looking trade in, come to BM Motors, and ask for Anton. You will appreciate his equitable service. I sure did!

BM Motors has a wide selection of used cars. They had the car I was interested in and had rave reviews. I had to check them out. I was fortunate enough to have Anton as my sales rep. As a first time car purchaser, it was a joy to handle business with him. This was a new experience for me and he made it as smooth and painless as possible. Even after the purchase, he continues to provide excellent customer service and answer all my questions. John, who also assisted in finalizing our contract was wonderful. They helped me get the best rate possible. I cannot say enough about the level of high quality service this dealership upholds to. I am impressed. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.Edit: Post purchase customer service was lacking via phone/email. There was some resistance in shipping my license plates when it seems to be standard practice elsewhere. When they did send my plates, they didnt provide me tracking number like discussed. One week later, I found out it was delivered to the wrong address (incorrect address on the label). I had confirmed my address multiple times via email and phone. had to call Fedex myself to file a case since no one was getting back to me.

Purchased a 2016 BMW 435i x drive from BM Motors 30 Jun 2021 with a 90 day 3000 mile warranty. On the drive home to MO from NJ a drive train malfunction light came on just 5 hours after leaving the dealer. The vehicle only had approximately 22,000 miles. However the vehicle was diagnosed with a bad turbo. However, the fine print on the warranty states all repairs must be made at the dealership. So the bottom line is there warranty is worthless if you live out of state.

I bought a used car here that unfortunately had a broken rear strut. These folks bent over backwards to get me in immediately and replace it at no cost (which is what should be done, but of course not all dealers take care of their customers like this after the purchase...). Everyone all the way up to the service manager was extremely pleasant and helpful. Seriously- best service Ive ever received. I would definitely purchase a car here in the future after this experience.

EDIT: The sales manager Vlad worked closely with me to get the financing issue sorted out. Its too bad I was not able to hold onto the vehicle, but it could have become a much worse situation. Thanks to Vlad and the rest of the sales team, the problem was smoothly resolved.BEWARE THIS DEALERSHIP!! They sold me a car they did not own! Called me a month after I signed the contract to tell me theyre unable to register the car because they could not get the title. Even though I was upset I worked with them to return the car. They gave me a refund on the down payment, but theyre dragging their feet with paying off the financing which I am still being held responsible for! Moreover, the car is now being sold at another dealership, so now Im financed for a someone elses car!! Stay away!

Went in to test drive a car and left out with a brand new luxurious vehicle. The service there is commendable. A very warm and welcoming place. This was my first time ever financing a car and in no way did I feel like I was taken advantage of or cheated. This dealership scammed my daughter and sold her a vehicle that broke down while she was driving back to college on the turnpike.I had to pay 344.25 to tow her off the turnpike and get her to safety. I sent messages to the dealership and spoke to Vlad who is a poor business man about what happened and heade the statement that he hoped it wasnt the engine.I got a diagnostic test run on the vehicle and yes it involved the engine. Something that would not be noticed immediately. So this was a pre-existing issue that was not disclosed.My daughter is a college student and cannot get to work or school because of this.Stay away from this dealership

This was last year October 2020.In addition I did receive the best rate compared to another place I went to a week before who tried get me to pay 25% for a 2012 Mercedes Benz AMG where coming here Im paying 13.22% for a Black 2017 Hyundai Tuscon Night AWD (literally brand new - less than 29,000 miles on it) very very clean inside and out and it runs in EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT condition and its very very fast on the road and it goes from 0 to 60 in 5 seconds.John in financing was also excellent because he went thru all the paperwork step by step so no one can state there are any hidden surprises because you will know everything you need to know about the vehicle your going to purchase but its up to you as the consumer first to ask questions that you need to ask since you are the one purchasing the vehicle (your responsibility not theirs).I purchased another 2017 Hyundai Night in White AWD from another dealership one week later only because BM Motor Cars didnt have another one but if they did in White at the time it would have came from them. The other dealership was an actual Hyundai dealership who charged 22% and the only only reason why I purchased it from them is because my wife wanted it in the white version and they were the only ones at the time who actually had one in white in the entire tri-state area at the time.I gave the black one to my daughter.The point is BM Motor Cars is the BEST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! and I will recommend them to everyone.

Just means if the car seems cheap it won’t be when all is said and done.-Update- 4-1-21I had an issue with my rear left tire right off the bat. The back tires are pretty worn. I thought I checked. If not, shame on me. I left an email about the issue and they made an appointment for me to get the car checked....Let’s see how they treat a customer with an honest problem......So my rear tire had a nail it it that’s why it was losing Psi. Freddy the sales manager is ordering me 2 new tires. So all in all BM motors is doing right by me.-Update- 4-19-21My rear brake sensor came on reading I needed rear pads. Made an appointment and once again Freddy the service manager handled it.

THE ABSOLUTE WORSE CAR DEALERSHIP IN THE WORLD. STEER CLEAR OF THEM! GO ACROSS THE STREET IF NEED BE.! BUT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AT ALL,I WISH I COULD NEGATIVE STARS BECAUSE I WOULD!

They seems like nice dealership before you sign a paperwork. Told us that if you find something wrong with the car when you get home well take care of it, so found that one tire had a buble on it, had winter tires, one taillight wasnt working. Windshield fluid was low (not a big deal) but they promised itll be toped off before they deliver a car, it wasnt. With all that they charge $2000 for a 100 something point inspection. It took about 3 days to reach out to somebody in charge, at times they put you on hold for 40-45 minutes and then tell you person is not available. Then check engine came on and another 2-3 days to get through to somebody in charge. Appointment for service was available in 1 1/2 to 2 weeks, so we had to drive  a car with a check engine on. Service department called and asked to send them a picture of the tire so they can pre order it. The day of appointment I asked if the tire was there, lady said yes its there. They checked a car and said it needs a cooling thermostat, I informed them that a cooling thermostat has been replaced already and a problem still there, so she had me speak to a technician, told him it was already replaced and provided him with manufacturer service bulletin for this specific problem and  what need to be replaced next. They came back in a little while later still telling me that a cooling thermostat needs to be replaced and they ordered it and that a  tire has been replaced. I go outside to check a tire and find that they replaced 1 winter tire with all season tire, wich is unacceptable and usafe, go back inside and call a service manager, he comes out and tells me that the same winter tires are special order and they ordered what was available at the moment, means they never pre ordered a tire.  He ordered another all season tire. I never went back to them to fix a check engine cause it would be a waste of time and I wouldnt trust them to touch my car again seeing how they cut corners on repairs. Replaced transmission cooling thermostat, that I told them needed to be replaced, and problem was fixed. All this time had to drive without inspection because of a check engine. Didnt realize at the time of purchase car had only one key $600. They selling Canadian cars, means you have to call manufacturer to validate warranty (at least for BMW) otherwise its not working in the USA, they will not tell you that. Customer service beyond terrible

Bad news. Stay away from this place. Wasted 2 hours of my time because they upped the price on the car 4,000 more then what is was. Car had 40,000+ in previous damage. Also offered me less for my car in trade then what they told me originally. I would stay far away from this place.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVERCALLED TWO HOURS EARLY AND SCHEDULED A TEST DRIVE APPOINTMENT. WHEN WE SHOWED UP THEY MADE US WAIT ANOTHER 20 MINUTES TO PULL THE CAR OUT. ONCE WE ABLE TO OPEN THE HOOD OF THE 2016 BMW X5, WE SAW A TOTAL DISASTER. IT LOOKED LIKE SOME SORT OF ANIMAL CHEWED UP THE ENTIRE ENGINE BAY AND THEY DID NOT BOTHER TO CHECK ANYTHING BEFORE WE ARRIVED. WE DROVE TWO HOURS ROUND TRIP TO SEE THIS CAR. MY WIFE AND I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY FAMILY OR FRIENDS.

Sales guys are friendly but the service department sucks! The incompetency of the service staff is shocking. I bought the car from BM motors 2 weeks ago, as part of the sales contract, they agreed to detail and buff and fix a few scratches on the car. They told me it will take a few days do the work, everyone time I called to check the status of the car, there was always some excuses; They misplaced the key, the weather is not ideal for painting and etc. It took them 2 weeks to finally finish the minor paint job. They called me to schedule the pick up and told me everything would be ready when I get there. So I got there 30 mins before the schedule time but the service guy Paul told me I can’t pick up my car unless my sales rep is present, for reason I don’t understand. I already paid for the car, have insurance on it and all the paper work. So it took them an hour to find the sales person that sold it to me and VERBALLY confirm that I actually bought the car. Sure, dont believe my government issued ID. The level of intelligence at this shop is laughable. But it gets better. After they finally got the approval to release my car, they have no idea where the car is. So for the next hour, they had half a dozen different guys looking for my car. Apparently, this is a common occurrence, because there is another customer there that was having the same issue. Now 2 and half hours have past, they finally showed me to my car, only to find that the car has more scratches and dents than when I bought it. Can you believe that? At this point, I have completely lost faith in this incompetent operation, so I didnt even bother to confront them about the additional damage and the laughable detailed job. I drove off the lot as fast I can. Rest assured, I will not step foot in this waste land again and I definitely dont recommend this shop. There are too many options and car dealers out there to waste time and energy here.

BUYER BEWARE! I was told they will find out about engine light and fix the issue so I could pass inspection. It ended up being the cats. Cats were supposedly replaced 3 times. Today after a year of dealing with the lies; I had to call police. Fred the service manager admitted on police body cam that they put China after mark let cats in my car(they are only good for a month according to his own words) I never approved this. I was told car was being serviced by bell Audi/Edison. I called bell/Audi edison and verified my car has never once been there. They promised my spare key never happened something they are notorious of saying. They also hit my car on the lift and then right in front of me hit a parked car with my vehicle Backing it out. They fixed it but wrong color paint and it’s not perfect as it should be since they damaged it with their inexperienced services they apparently provide, It’s been a nightmare. I also asked for the service paperwork and Fred proceeded to tell police he doesn’t want to give it to me from this service i was picking it up from today. luckily I have all previous paperwork stating the cats/engine light were always an issue from day of purchase. They will lie and say it’s being worked on, I’ll contact so and so...it’s all bs. They are running a scam there and since we caught them, manager Fred of service was irate And damaged my car upon bringing it back to dealership. Pictures were taken, cops called again and report was done. Do not deal with this shady dealership. I will be taking them to court.

Buyers be aware this dealership was under water .They are trying to clean out the cars that were water damage to be sold againThe issue these cars will have in the long run will be high dollar amountPlease be careful

Let me just start by thanking EXTANIA !!! I went today with my aunt to help her purchase her first car, since I know dealerships always try to add extra fees and take advantage i tagged along. I was so impressed at how straight forward they were with EVERYTHING. Things went soooo smooth, they asked what we were willing to work with and it was not a back and forth thing like other places .. we came to an agreement and there was no surprises when it came to signing !!! Will definitely be back to purchase another car from them 🚗

Where do I begin!!! My mother saw a car online from this place and we went to see it, ended up buying another one; everything was working fine but there was no warranty, however when the car was deliver to her house a few days later ( they were too busy to deliver it on the accorded date ) there was a engine light on and the car was unbelievable dirty full of stains and missing the carpets and mats that were supposed to come with the car as part of the price. I called them the very next day and was given an appointment for two weeks later just to make me sit there for 3 hours and later tell me that the whole situation was all on me because I got a used car. So basically they turn off the engine light to sell the car to us, lie that it was a working car but it won’t even pass inspection, stole my money and wash their hands off. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME and go elsewhere because this place is the worse dealership I have ever encountered in my life.

They care about their clients and make sure to offer only high quality cars for a very reasonable price. I got multiple vehicles for my family from them and had no issues at all. Thank you!

Edit: They reached out to me to accommodate me for my concerns and offered to fix the issues with the car etc.Having said that, if youre driving from more than an hour away beware of their sales team as they will say anything over the phone to get you in the door. Once I was there they gave me their #1 sales guy Arthur and he was good and up front about everything.Drove 4 hours to do a trade in for a 2017 Range Rover. Asked multiple very specific questions so I didnt waste my time driving 4 hours, and upon showing up in person everything I asked over the phone was apparently not true. Other surprises were that they charge $600 doc fee and $2000 accessory fee to do a 110 point inspection on the car and fix any issues. The car was out of alignment and needed brakes and tires, the parking sensors and camera were not working. They obviously waived the accessory fee since they clearly didnt put any money into the car or even do an inspection on it (and it sat on their lot for 100 days).They also told me over the phone multiple times that my trade in value would be between $6,500-11,000 depending on the cars condition. My trade in was in excellent condition inside and out and in person 2 days later the best they could do was $6,000 trade in.Lastly, I was told over the phone and during the test drive that the car had 1 month of factory warranty left. Upon requesting proof during negotiation they looked it up and saw that it had already expired a month ago.Not a smooth process but they did work with me and negotiate a fair deal at the end of the day.
