My mom recommended this dentist, so I decided to give it a try. They did a wonderful job with my crown, looks very natural.

Dr. AlWazzan is an excellent dentist with a keen eye for detail and perfection! He has a calming, re-assuring and supportive chair side manner. He is honest and most importantly he keeps you informed of what to expect for each appointment and procedure. As a dentist myself, I have 100% confidence in his care. He is my dentist and I know that many other dentists trust him to provide dental care for their family members. He is the dentist for dentists! In my opinion that trust says it all.

If you go there, you will be greeted warmly by staff at the front desk—and then meet a great dentist and assistant who are smart, excel at their craft, and really care about meeting the highest standards of care for you both as a patient as well as a human being. This past year, I found myself a frequent flyer as dental issues caught up on me. Dr. Alwazzan and his talented colleagues took care of several crowns, implants and more, always very attentive. The team operates in a very caring manner. The practice works to find time when emergencies occur—I was there today with one of those fun times—and they were all great to me.. Very nice environment. .

From my cleanings to an implant, from the staff to the Doctors, they are both professional and personable. Their follow up is impeccable, and they put you at ease from the moment you walk through the door.

I am new to the practice and could not be more happy with my experience. Everyone in the office is very welcoming and feel 100% confident in the expertise of the clinicians. Friendly dentist who did not force me to get work done. He was honest and cared about my dental care. The receptionists were friendly as well. Very nice office too.

The front desk is really friendly and the dentists are even better! Dr. AlWazzan is the best, always gentle on my sensitive teeth but his procedures are quick and extremely well done. The temporary crown he gave me weeks ago is still holding strong.

Ive been with this practice and their predecessor for almost 40 years, 4 generations of my family have been treated here and were not going anywhere. Most recently I was treated for an emergency root canal, Dr. Dong, Esther, and the rest of the team have provided incredible care and treated me not only as a patient, but as a person.

Ive had Dr. AlWazzan as my dentist for the past 8-9 years. He does excellent work, is honest, and genuinely cares about his patients. When filling a cavity or doing a more complicated procedure he regularly checks to make sure youre ok and not in pain.The hygienists, assistants, and office staff are also great - friendly, helpful - always a pleasure to interact with them.

I have been treated by Dr Alwazzan over 6 years ago, I got a cap, not only still looks perfect, it has been comfortable from day one. Very skillful dentist.

I initially missed an appt which I take responsibility for, I asked to be reminded of my next appointment. Next appt came around an I got a call the day of saying you had an appointment, they called me about 15 mins past the appointment, I told them I couldnt make it, It was the Saturday after Thanksgiving and I had guest over, It would have taken me at least 1 hour to get ready and get there. Then comes the surprise in the mail, a missed appt fee of $81 dollars, really? Mind you they never sent a mailer reminder nor did they call, but they found my address just fine to bill me the 81 bucks, my old dentist as busy as that place was I would receive a appt card a few days after the appt was made and received a reminder call a few days prior to ask if I were still keeping it or needed to reschedule, Ill give them that, if they did charge me I would have no gripe as they did their part to inform me. Back to Alaa AlWazzans office, then I called and was told that the person I need to talk to was not there and that I had to call back. I call again, the person is at the post office, told to call back in 5 mins, I call again and im told I was called twice as a reminder and a voicemail wasnt left because the box was full, that is not accurate as my voicemail box is controlled both through phone line and virtually, it is never more than about 5% full, also the 2 day reminder call that was described would have come on Thanksgiving, looked on my missed call logs just in case, nope no missed call. Asked to speak to the Dr. in order to resolve this bogus charge and guess what,,, the doctor is traveling wont be back until January, if there should be any charging it should be me. As expected I also get told that in the paper work I signed the fee is outlined. I asked to have the doctor contact me upon his return but only time will tell it that will ever happen. The only way I will be satisfied is if I am refunded the fee, Yes I paid the fee, why you ask? well at the bottom of the invoice it states that if not paid within 30 days a $25 charge will be applied every month until its paid, I am not confident the doctor will call me and I will likely get charged that additional fee. At the present time I cannot recommend this place of business and would advise to stay away unless you want to get charged a fee with no course of action. If the doctor calls and this matter is resolved I will update this post.

I had a dental emergency when I contacted Dr. Alwazzan’s office in December. The front desk staff were very helpful on getting me a same day appointment and explaining my insurance coverage. Dr. Alwazzan was able to get me out of pain & went over my treatment options. Turned out I had an abscess and had to return to see their Endontist for a root canal. I was so grateful for my dental insurance however being so close to the end of the year I was about to loose the remaining unused insurance benefits. When I expressed concern obout this topic Dr. Dong and his assistand both willingly worked later on a Saturday in order to accommodate me. I trust this practice, I’m always greeted by smiles and taken on time.

Great dentist, Entire staff is very nice, Dr Alwazzan is very informative about his work and made me feel at ease, he has an amazing bedside manner .very attentive to his patients and his work, highly recommended .

I have been under Dr. Alaa Alwazzans care for several years.As a Baby Boomer I have reached the point when many of those fillings that served me well have finally given up. Over the past few years, I have made many visits for root canals, caps,fillings and even a chipped tooth.I cannot say enough about the extraordinary skill along with professionalism that I haveconsistently experienced as a patient of Dr. Alaa Alwazzan. Both he and his staff are extremely caring and accommodating in every way. They continue the tradition that was started by Dr.Yacubian, creating a community of caring topnotch professionals.

First time Ive been to the dentist in a LONG time because Ive always been nervous with dentists. Dr. AlWazzan immediately made me feel comfortable. His entire staff, from the front desk, the assistants and the hygienist were extremely friendly and caring people. I also found Dr. AlWazzan to be very honest. In the past, I have been seen by dentists who try to talk you into having a lot of work done that isnt necessary and is expensive. This office does not operate that way. I would highly recommend anyone to give Dr. AlWazzans office a try. I think you would be very pleased with your experience!

I have a family of six that has been going to Dr. AlWazzan since he took over the practice from Dr. Yacubian. Although the thought of going to the dentist can be painful, the staff at this office makes it as painless as possible. My four kids (9, 11, 13, 15) dont mind going to the dentist because they say that the people there are really funny and nice. I have had crowns, pulled teeth, and filled cavities. Their pain management is great and Dr. AlWazzan is excellent at what he does. He is a perfectionist who takes pride in his work...and that is important to me!

Dr. AlWazzan and his staff have been amazing for the past 2 years Ive gone to them (3 times for cleanings/check-ups and another appointment scheduled for a filling in a couple of weeks).A little background - I am deathly afraid of dentists. From the age of 2-20, I probably went to 5-7 different dentists - I knew the importance of dental health, but I was always put off easily by dentists who didnt care, tried to upsell me on products/procedures I didnt need, or who just basically were awful. Ive personally gone to 3 in the Quincy area alone.So, when it came time for me to find a new dentist, I read the Google and Yelp reviews of Dr. AlWazzans office and decided to give it a try. I knew the previous practioner/owner (Dr. Yacubian whos since retired. He was a huge symbol during my years at North Quincy High School.) so I decided to give it a try.My first appointment - I was seen almost immediately right at appointment time (this is HUGE for me since I work from home a lot and need to schedule meetings/conference calls all day around any personal appointments I may have). The office/administrative staff couldnt have been friendlier - explaining what is covered, what isnt and how frequently Id need to schedule check-ups, etc.Now, for the actual service - I first met the assistant (Priscilla?), who was more than wonderful - she was attentive, had a great attitude, (and not to mention, theres a TV in the exam room, so you can just zone out), and most importantly, gentle. She explained more to me in 10 minutes than any dentist Ive had before (going out of her way to actually point out the x-rays, exactly what needed to be fixed/issues, even positives found in the x-ray).After the cleaning and check-up, I met Dr. AlWazzan. He examined my teeth (again, very gentle, and professional, but also very attentive - something that most dentists arent) to look over Priscillas work. He and Priscilla explained everything: the positives (my flossing and brushing was great) and the negatives (can always do a better job flossing and a possible cavity that theyd keep an eye on). I left with a goodie-bag (as usual) and rescheduled for my next follow-up.The following appointments were all similar - I never had to wait longer than 5-10 minutes, and they had me out the door as soon as they could (no awkward time sitting alone, waiting for someone- ANYONE to show up for long periods of time as some doctors/dentists do A LOT), Priscilla and Dr. AlWazzan were amazing, and I never missed any calls or meetings with work. I will be a lifetime client as long as I live in Massachusetts (I moved to Medford between appointments and still make the trek here).Simply put: if youre looking for a friendly, reliable and honest dentist, go to Dr. AlWazzans office and dont look back. Theyve never tried to sell me procedures or products I didnt need, and they explained everything I wanted to know about my teeth and dental health. No surprises and quality service- I just wish it was as easy to find a doctor, mechanic or plumber like Dr. AlWazzan.PS. My teeth have never been cleaner and I actually know why now -
