Dr. Jennifer Pritts is so compassionate & thorough - a great Dentist. I used to dread going to the Dentist, but she does her best to make it painless. She offers choices. My husband and I have been going to her since she started here and Quincy and will continue to do so. Her staff, from receptionist to scheduling to dental assistants & dental hygienists are all very professional, competent & caring.

Part of a tooth broke on a Sunday evening. I called Dr. Pritts office to leave message for next morning to give me a call. The office called at 6:45am (they open at 7:00am) and said Jennifer was available. I got in at 7:00am and was out the door by 8:15am. Jennifer and her staff care greatly about patients and are very accommodating. PS - I like the early hours!

Following retirement and return to Quincy, I was in need of a dentist. While checking out local practitioners I developed an situation that required timely attention. She and her staff worked me in immediately. I was impressed with the courteous staff, the cleanliness, lighting, and calming nature of the practice environment. Meeting her and learning she is also veteran was an immediate bond. For all the reasons stated above, I can say with confidence that I have the best dentist in town!

I could not have asked for a better experience. I fractured a tooth a while back and my dentist back home (I am not from Quincy) told me I needed to get my tooth pulled back into line with my other teeth before they could fix it. It started bothering me a few days back, but I went in and immediately was told this is common and not to worry it is an easy fix. Just like that they got me in and fixed it. It looks like nothing ever happened to it. You definitely could not tell which tooth I had fixed. To top that off they were extremely nice and easy going yet professional as well. Dr. Pritts is extremely educated and told me exactly why it happened and what the process to fix it is. I honestly could not be happier with this place. I would highly recommend going here for any dental issue whatsoever. Im willing to bet she knows exactly why it happened and how to fix it.

I am new to the area and was looking for a new dentist. I called the office looking for an appointment on a specific day because I was taking a day off of work. They didnt have any appointments for cleanings open, but knowing the situation, they scheduled me a cleaning with the dentist herself (who was a dental hygienist for many years before becoming a dentist). I was extremely impressed with how they went above and beyond for a new client. Everyone was extremely friendly and personable. I highly recommend them!

Going in I was immediately impressed with the atmosphere as it does not feel like a dental clinic at all. It was a very welcoming environment and I was even impressed with acknowledgement by the staff upon entrance. I did not have to wait for an extended period of time at all to fill out paperwork and get in. Everywhere else I had called that day was going to have me come in for an initial exam then return later but they were able to get me in and get everything done in one day. The staff are super friendly and definitely knowledgable - will be returning for future visits!

They are very attentive and I always manage to fall asleep during visits.

Dr Pritts is the greatest dentist ever! I’m Seriously scared of needles and the whole extraction experience. I honestly had to ask twice if the tooth had been removed. Not a single issue. I would tell anyone with a child, anyone afraid of dentist to take them to her! The staff is exceptionally nice as well. Thank you Quincy Dental!!!

Dr. Pritts and her staff are amazing. My wife is a complete dental phobe and used to cry in the waiting room even when she was just getting a cleaning. They have cured her of that with their caring and patience and amazing dental care.They work with our insurance even though they are not on the list of preferred dental offices and we absolutely wont go anywhere else.

I have sleep apnea, but dealing with a cpap machine was horrible! Dr. Pritts and her amazing staff have fitted me with a custom oral appliance that has solved my sleep apnea problem! Wearing it each night is a breeze and has caused me no problem whatsoever. My husband thanks you for his now-restful sleep! And I thank you for taking care of my dental needs in such a kind, professional manner.

Called because I wanted a tooth extracted, they listened nicely and compassionately as to what I wanted done. They set an appointment and said likely they could do the extraction the same day with just one visit. I was sure I was going to be told I would have to come back again. I went in, filled out the normal necessary paperwork. (I arrived 15 min before my appointment to do this) they called me back right on time! They took an X-Ray as expected. Then Dr. Pritts came in and talked with me, she listened to what I wanted and why. She then took the time to explain what other options I had and what the approximate costs, benefits would be of the different options. She gave me some suggestions for long term tooth health specific to my needs. Then got to work. It was not an easy extraction. (I have been thru this a few times) but she was very patient and did an excellent job of making sure I was comfortable (insert funny humor here....with a large pair of dental pliers in my mouth connected to the tooth she was trying to pull). Dr. Pritts and her staff did an awesome job. I will definitely go back for all my Dental needs. Thank you!

I never thought I would look forward to going to the dentist but Dr Pritts and her staff make the experience enjoyable.
