Staff are incredibly kind and professional. They, Dr. P and the nurses, explain everything thoroughly and are never short on patience with more questions. Their tenderness of service make it a pleasurable experience, even for those, like me, with significant anxiety around doctors/dental visits.The front desk staff is incredibly kind, responsive, and personable and makes transitions and scheduling smooth and simple to navigate.Grateful for such a wonderful team.

I went here as an emergency patient over a year ago with what wound up being a root canal. I had never been before and they made time for me. The entire staff was so helpful and kind ( I have a major fear of the dentist!)Fast forward to today, my daughter lost a tooth and was nervous because she had a bump under it. With COVID-19 I wasn’t sure what I would be able to do. I called, and the dr answered, had me text her a picture and was able to assure us that everything was normal! I can not recommend this dental practice enough!!!! Look no further than south shore dental prosthetics for your dental needs. They are fabulous!

It pains me to say this, but for a 40 year old man I am a HUGE BABY. The inescapably, but RATIONAL fear of pain and the sound of the drill have caused me to avoided the dentist for the past eight years. Until a horribly cracked tooth forced my hand earlier this week, there was nothing in this world that could have dragged me to one.That said, like all matters in my life I turned to the people I trust and respect in times of necessity. For the past two years I have been lucky enough to have DR. Katarina Pavlicic as a client of mine and felt comfortable seeking her advice as the pain mounted and the need for treatment became unavoidable. Surprisingly, on her vacation, she took my call and was kind enough to listen while I whined on and on. She gave me many suggestion and solutions on dealing with the pain with the bottom line being that I could see one of her recommended colleagues, or wait and see her in two days.I chose the latter and have been thrilled I did so. From the moment I arrived and was greeted by Rene at check- in, to the dental assistant Ellen’s amazing way of being comforting and funny I was put much more at ease than I expected. I relaxed and put my trust in Katarina. Before I knew it, I was walking out the door. It was not painless, but it was nothing like I had feared and I will definitely be back for continuing treatments.
