I am a professional nail technician and I told them multiple times that I was not happy with the quality of the service my friend received because they did not use the proper techniques and the gel polish was in her nail beds and were likely to start lifting the next day. They ensure us that this would not be the case and declined the refund we requested and this is what happened only 2 hours later.

My favorite place!They do walk-ins only so “wash your hands,pick a color take a seat! “ but definitely worth the wait!

I’ve gotten my nails done here about 4 times now. Always has been great, had a few chip but nothing to fuss over until this past week. I got my nails done Wednesday, had gel done and it was great. Didn’t really like the color but that was my own fault. That night I had a nail chip and went in Thursday for it to be fixed. I went in and decided I wanted a new color, they were going to charge me 35, thought that was a bit high for a nail color I had done not even 24 hours ago. Might I add I didn’t want to say anything Wednesday because there was a lot of people waiting. That same night I had another nail, peep and chip. Went if Friday for it to be fixed, everything was fine. Then Friday night I had 2 more nails chip on my left hand. I was frustrated and to save myself a 4th trip I just started to peel the rest off. I couldn’t get one off so I went it today (4/24/21) and just asked for the gel color to be removed. One of the ladies working said “I just don’t think we are talented enough for you” making it seem like it was MY FAULT and I said I don’t think that’s the case. On Thursday there where two others in here for a chipped nail.” I also said, “I could have been my nails, the color, the way they were put on” trying to take some responsibility that it may have been my fault.” She repeated her self and said that we just aren’t a good fit” This salon isn’t about customer service and make it seem like it’s your fault. Not to mention I tip at least 15-20 every time I get my nails done. Usually Tom does my nails and he’s great, I was frustrated and I could tell they were but to tell a customer that they are not talented enough for your nails is beyond ridiculous and disrespectful. The best part, I tipped on EACH CHIPPED NAIL! I loved this place until that was said to me in front of other customers making it seem like I’m like I’m the horrible person. This salon just care about turnover and making money, not client service/relationships.

This is run by a husband and wife. The husband did my nails. I found him to be very arrogant and condescending to me! He charged me $15 to remove the dip that was on my nails, that consisted of me soaking nails in acetone for 5 minutes. 2 of my gel nails cracked after 4 days. I will never go back there again!

The nail polish was uneven and came off the same day I got it. When I asked for a refund they told me they dont do refunds. My nails looked terrible. Never going back again.

Went in to get a gift certificate for a Christmas gift. It was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly.

Nice place, clean, friendly. I am a senior, and need my toe nails worked on from time to time, and theyre courteous and competent. and do a better job than a podiatrist for a lot less money.

Friendly when I came in but pedicure was not much more than washed feet and painted nails. When they finished they didn’t even direct me to a drying station just took my money and left me sitting. I’m on the hunt for a good pedicure.

NEVER AGAIN!! Went last week to have nails redone. The girl had no clue what she was doing. She used the drill to remove all of the old gel, and while doing so she made my nails so thin that they have all since broken off even with the new gel on. My nails are now thinner than paper.

Great place to go. Very friendly. If you get an experienced nail tech you will have zero issues. If you get a newer one, make sure you get something simple or ask for someone more experienced. Due to the lack of experience, the detail wont be as precise with a newer tech.

I was in Quincy from out of town and chipped one nail the day before a big weekend. Not only did they repair it, but there was no charge. The place is clean, nicely decorated, and the employees were very friendly. I will definitely go back anytime I am in town.

I was there about a year ago and had a terrible experience. I went back today and had somebody else there. The women know what theyre doing. These nails are beautiful!!

There was at least 5 other women that entered the nail salon after me, but they were serviced before hand. It made no sense

Not a bad service but the fact that they talked about each client immediately after they stepped out the door makes me wonder if they did the same about me. Needless to say, I wont be going back.Update as of 2/16/17:I gave them another chance and if I could make my rating .5 stars, I would. I went in for a shellac manicure. The wait time was normal but after I sat down, I was shuffled between multiple employees. I didnt get any cuticle work done, not even the hang nails I had when I walked in, and my nails were filed incredibly short. And then to complete the shellac, I had layer upon layer upon layer, I believe 7 total, of clear coats, color, and top coats. Crazy to think I spent what I did and didnt get a proper manicure.

Ok. So here is my rant for the day... I have been here before and it has never an issue. But I took my daughter, her friend and myself to get mani pedicures. Keep in mind my child has short nails because she is a nail biter. So we went in and got gel mani/pedis. The girl that did mine was not nice, she was pretty rude. The girls seemed to have very nice ladies, but I will be honest the price was insane! It was nearly two hundred dollars for two young girls with short nails and my own. My big toe was chipped an hour after I left. Never again.

The people are friendly and the decor is nice. The quality is lacking and the prices are ridiculous. I asked for squoval French tips and asked them to paint the tips black so I could simply remove the paint after the event I was attending. My nails were strange lengths and some of them not even on the tops. They trimmed the skin around the sides of my nails until I was bleeding. He cut my nails so short it was painful. Along the sides of my nail beds, several of the nails were not shaved down enough and had rough edges. He asked if they looked alright and I politely pointed out a couple of things I would like fixed. He then did not look at me once and spoke in a different language to a girl working there the remainder of the time I was there. Talk about awkward! Even for such basic nails, I was charged $130!!! I would rather drive 45 minutes to Jacksonville again and get a quality mani-pedi and beautiful nails for $38 than drive 5 miles to this place again.

These people are rude. It must be nice to not need customers.

Thought that the service was more like an Assembly line. Toms wife who also does nails there, took the fan away at least twice, and told me I was through, knowing my nails were not completed! Highly not worth your time or money!
