They would show video of the interior of my ducts before and after each phase of the operation. Myers Air Duct Cleaners is also the real deal. They even included sanitizer at no additional cost. The technician that came to my house was very good. He made sure my heating system was running top notch for the winter and advised my to install ceiling savers on my drain lines to prevent water from backing up and overflowing cause ceiling damage. He also recommended with spring being right around the corner and thunder storms coming to install surge protectors on my ac units to prevent them from being harmed from surges. This type of service let’s me know they care about me. The office staff was amazing. They communicated well and worked with my busy schedule to get me an appointment. Top notch company. SCAM ALERT! They dont clean your ducts!!!! They just use a shop vac, drill with brush attachment, and strong scented spray and do a superficial cleaning of your vents! Just buy a shop vac for $50 from home depot, pop open your vents and vacuum around them. That is all they do except theyll charge you hundreds of dollars. STAY AWAY
