I do not recommend calling if you don’t live in the area, since they can’t help people even if they are stuck on the shoulder of a freeway ramp.

Last night Michael and his trainee came to help me get back into my vehicle after my vehicle decided to lock behind me while I was getting gas. I am so thankful that they came faster than my insurance company told me that they would. They were kind and fast and got me back in my vehicle. I felt bad when a guy parked behind their flat bed and was yelling as they went to leave telling them to make sure not to roll back on his car. Michael and Brianna did an amazing job even working around a jerk who parked so closely that he almost hit the wheel lift on their truck. The guy showed up 2 hours LATE which even the dispatcher from triple A was confused. When he finally put my car on the truck to transport it he said he would meet me there but had stops to make along the way which I understand if this was a free tow. It wasn’t. So you need to have dropped my vehicle off immediately because that’s what I’m paying for. Not for you to run errands dragging my damn car around

Matt, the fleet manager, was dispatched to tow my car yesterday and he was super nice and friendly! Unfortunately he couldn’t get my car on his tow hooks so he had to have a flat bed dispatched. While I was waiting for the flatbed to get there he stayed with me on the side of the road to make sure I was safe until Wes arrived. Wes arrived within 10 minutes of being dispatched to us. Once Wes got there they loaded my car and got me home super quickly! Thank you Matt and Wes for making sure I got home safely! I will forever call puyallup towing anytime I need tow services!

Puyallup Towing, was sent out as the provider for AAA. I had a relatively short tow to a shop about a mile away. My driver was Chris (I think). He called when he was close to my pick up location and had my car loaded on the bed of his truck in a few minutes. I rode in the tow truck to drop off my car at the shop. As a former tow truck driver I was impressed by the efficiency of the driver.

Showed up when I was told they would. Hooked up quickly and was great to deal with. Hopefully dont have to call again but I would. All in all it was a good experience on a bad evening lol.

These folks held the tow contract for my insurance company and for awhile I got to see them like once a week!!! They always keep you informed of arrival and contact info if you have questions. They are really busy but they always took the time to answer my questions and if they couldnt help me referred me to reliable businesses in the community. Jake came out on short notice to move my vehicles from the front of my house to the driveway. He was friendly and parked them right where I asked him to. Out of the three tow truck companies I called Puyallup had a truck with the dolly which is what I needed due to the slope of the driveway. Will recommend and use this company in the future.

Ive been trying to get a tow for days now, this is the only company that was able to help me out on the FIRST attempt. They are very great to work with, and they arrived 40 minutes earlier than their ETA that was given. The tow guy, Jake, was very friendly and he works fast. Love these guys.

I needed to have my car towed to my apartment to have my service guy fix the problem which caused it to die suddenly on my way home and stranded me for a few hours until my wife could get me the night before. I called Triple A and they told me that a truck would come out to where I was in an hour.Nate from Puyallup Towing came in less than an hour and was super professional getting my car secured fast but still used every safety measure a man in his field has to abide by. He was a class act and was extremely friendly and understanding.These guys also work QUICKLY and efficiently. I had to have my car towed yesterday and the service provided by Beau of Puyallup Towing was excellent. He was very courteous and kept me updated on when he would be arriving. Its never fun when you have problems with your car but Beaus expertise and great customer service made a bad situation as pleasant as possible. Hopefully I will not be needing tow service anytime soon but if I do I will definitely call Puyallup Towing.

Geico hooked me up with Puyallup towing and gave me a time and dollar estimate. Nate, my driver texted and called he was on his way and got their early and took great care of me. Took every safety precaution and took pics before and after the drop off. Trip was from Tacoma to Olympia where my shop was and great conversation and professional the whole way. Great job Nate! I had the BEST experience with puyallup towing. I get off work after a long day and come to find my car in the parking garage won’t start. I assumed (hoped) it was just a dead battery so I called Puyallup towing to come give me a jump. Wes came to help me. First he tried the jump box. Didn’t work. Then he tried actual jumper cables. Didn’t work. Then he and I brainstormed about what else the problem could be. He was very helpful and took his time, he did not make me feel rushed or like an inconvenience at all. Once we exhausted all options he offered to call for a tow that night but I had things to do so I decided to wait until morning. The next day, I called for a tow and Wes came out to help me again! It was nice to see a friendly familiar face. My car was parked in a low clearance garage so one tow truck had to come to get me out of the garage then they transferred my car to another tow truck to be towed home. They were both friendly and awesome. They worked quickly and efficiently. I’ve been towed by other companies before and had less than great experiences. I cannot thank Wes and Puyallup towing enough for helping me in a time of need and making me feel comfortable and taken care of completely. Thank you!

I had an experience with Puyallup Towing that can only be summed up as childish and vindictive. They are very unprofessional and I feel consumers should be aware of this fact before considering doing any dealings with this towing outfit. They attempted to have AAA not honor emergency roadside assistance with my vehicle simply for the fact that I had a dispute with them over a discrepancy with my bill. They lied to the dispatcher about whether the vehicle was driveable, which it was not. The brakes were faulty on my 2006 Mercedes Benz and was unsafe to drive. So after having to speak with a supervisor of AAA I was able to have my vehicle towed despite Puyallup Towings efforts to invalidate it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEIR SERVICES!

I needed a tow yesterday afternoon and my driver, Michael, made what could have been a really miserable experience into a pretty great afternoon. Michael was fast, polite, professional and very friendly without crossing the line into creepy. He was engaging and helped distract me from my car problems and made me wish that ALL tow truck drivers were more like him. Aside from his manner, Michael was also very skilled, delivering my car right into my driveway (a very tight fit with other cars parked in it) with no trouble at all, even joking that he could have done better and left himself too much space. He was so great that when he dropped me and my car off that my mom jokingly said that we should keep him! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and even though I dont want to need a tow ever again, if I do, Puyallup Towing will be my first choice every time!

My lovely BMW lost power on the freeway yesterday and I called roadside assistance through Geico. The response time was amazing (about 30 min whereas I once waited for 3 hrs with another tow company) and despite not having the tow accessory in the car, Leif (Lee) was able to get it on the bed without much of a problem. Not to mention the outstanding customer service; he explained everything in great detail. I dont know much about cars but I understood what was going on at all times. Thanks again!

The tow truck got here in no time at all, i was originally told an hour he was there in 12 minutes maybe less, cool dude, he said his name was justin, either way he did his job with precision and in a timely manner. This guy deserves a raise.

How are they still in business? There is a reason why they have 5, 1 start reviews within 3 months!! READ THE REVIEWS before taking a chance on these guys. I called them to report that damage was caused when my truck was towed by them. The metal part on the yellow strap they use damaged my front right rim. I just got these a month ago and paid $2000 for them. The manager told me that he has never heard of their strap damaging rims and that he is not entitled to take responsibility and to take him to court if I wanted anything done. He was completely rude when I called concerned and looking for help. This totally took me by surprise because when I went to pick up my truck the employees seemed to be so nice (of course up until you confront them about damages they caused). They clearly dont care about having returning customers or respect other peoples property. Not the first time this happens. Look them up on Facebook and you will see a similar post like mine. Give your money to someone who will take care of your car as if it was theirs. All these people care about is taking your money and wont own up to any damage they caused to your vehicle. No idea why I can’t post a picture of the damage with this review. But I sure was able to on Yelp.

I question who they assign to work on the phones and make contact with customers. This morning I needed my car towed from the Puyallup Train station to the Volvo dealership in Fife. Geico assigned Puyallup towing to the towing. I proactively called Puyallup towing to give them the vehicle info and advise them that I was not there, I could however open the car from an app, and my wife was close by (5min) if they needed someone to be present. I could not get a word in to the lady that answered the call. She asked if I was going to be present and I said no, before I could elaborate, she said we can’t tow the car and the parking lots are small to fit a 20f truck. My wife could move the car. I park at a self pay lot with reasonable space on Fridays, could not not get that word in either. At last I requested to explain “ can I please explain myself?” And the lady hang up on me. Such a frustrating experience dealing with such incompetent personnel. No remorse, to care for a customer, I wonder why Geico uses this vendor anyway. This was a bad experience. I called back to give the lady a chance to explain herself, she misrepresented her statement that the owner/manager does not work on Fridays when earlier she said the owner was there. Take your business elsewhere! I did, some else just towed the car the same I hoped Puyallup Towing would have done it.

Serious horrible!! My van wouldnt start so I called to get a tow puyallup towing seems reasonable priced. But they got my van to my house and I asked them if they could put the van in a certain place. The guy goes oh well no and turns the key and my van turns on. Like seriously! He couldnt called a say hey your van over turned would you still like it towed but no. Looks like its all about the money. Which is really sad because I used my grocery money to get my van towed home so it wouldnt be impounded. If I could make a negative staring I would. Im so sick about this. How horrible that all you care about money!!!

Our truck ended up in a ditch on soft ground. Brandon from puyallup towing was amazing. He knew what he was doing, he analyzed the situation and paid attention to detail...he even gave my husband and I high visability coats while we were on the side of the road so cars could see us. It took him about an hour to get the truck out of the ditch without any damage.... Im very thankful for his hard work and dedication.

Do not use this company, they dont know what they are doing. I went through my insurance company and they sent out a guy from Engles to tow our truck. My husband told the tow truck driver that the rear end is locked. He would need Dollys slates and he can not pull it. He told us to get in his cab while he gets the truck up and he starts forcing our truck up the ramp!!! Are you kidding me! My husband had to hop out of the cab in the tow truck and tell him to stop. I was upset about it so I called to speak with a manager. I spoke with Jake and he didnt even acknowledge the fact that what his tow truck driver did was wrong, he just made a bunch of excuses and then gave me attitude. I told him in detail what happened and then he had the nerve to ask me if I get mad when people tell me how to do my job... I said no I manage a dental office and I deal with all sorts of people, and never do I give them attitude like that. He then proceeded to laugh at my answer. I told him clearly I was wasting my time talking to him and got off the phone. We had to call state patrol to to get another tow truck company out. Another tow truck driver named Bob came that knew what he was doing. He also stated that the other tow truck driver never should have forced our truck. Keep in mind the guy from Engles towing pulled our truck for 183. I have pictures to prove it and my truck is going in the shop first thing in the morning. We will be mentioning what this company did and hopefully no further damage was caused. If there was they will be hearing from me and if they laugh at me again we will take legal action. Horrible company to deal with, I understand people make mistakes but when you contact management they should not laugh at you, and should address your concerns!

Exhaust broke on my harley. Just had it worked on so was in an absolute horrible mood. Called Geico and they contacted Puyallup Towing. About 15 minutes later I got a text saying who was coming and that it would be about an hour until arrival. About 40 minutes later, Keith showed up and completely changed my mood. Nice clean truck showed up and a pleasant, friendly driver jumped out. Completely put me at ease. Got the bike on the bed of his truck and could tell he double and triple checked everything. Got in the truck and it was clean and smelled great. Headed up to Renton and was super relaxed. Just an overall amazing experience. Really appreciated!I hope I never need to be towed again, but if I do, I’ll never call anyone else!

THE MOST HORRIBLE TOWING COMPANY IN WASHINGTON! Unless you want repeated problems I suggest you use a better company. They damage customer cars, admit to it then dont fix the damage. They charge old vehicle owners for impounded cars that are no longer in their name and continue to bill and harras them... Save yourself a headache and use someone else!

Wes from Puyallup towing did a great job. Wasnt in a rush so getting a call a 15 mins out from pick up worked perfect for me. Got the car out of the Costco parking lot quickly. Met me at home a 10 mins later to drop the car off, and helped me push it in place. Would deffinetly use them again.

Worst customer service ever. GEICO dispatched me here and the lady who awnsers the phone Bianca is very rude and uprofessional . After asking her when someone was coming to my vehicle for towing she lied immediately and said oh I talk to you twice and notified you of your drivers estimated arrival time. When I asked her to elaborate on our conversation after catching her in a lie 2 times she couldnt because she never called me. She said oh I apologize and nothing more. I asked why did she feel the need to lie about contacting me she became defensive then had the nerve to tell me not to curse at her. Then she puts the manager Jake on the phone who was a little better to talk to at first but then he tells me he doesnt know when my tow is coming and he will be here when he gets here. Very piss poor service and horrible for a business to provide service. For the bad customer service Im sure karma will serve them a good one and have those two experience the same horrible customer service they are providing when they are stranded in need of a towing.

From Hell to HolinessJust got my car back from the shop, the wheel was not placed on right. Needless to say Im not happy. I had to have it towed because its unsafe to drive.Puyallup towing responded, employee JOHN assisted me. This guy is awesome!!! He was kind, personable, and most of all compitant. Mr JOHN graced me with enough small talk to take my mind off my hellatish morning, and offer kind words of encouragement. Wish I could give this 0 stars well march 18th 2019 I got into a car accident it wasnt my fault I get towed by there company and ask to just drop it off to my companys body shop the insurance said they will pay for it the drive takes me to there place and get picked up there I ask for my tools and show them my registration they tell me no my manager calls and they tell him to send a letter saying I can grab my stuff I go in the place says 24 hours the dispatch front desk lady tells me I need to pay $90 for an after hours fee to pick up my tools cant work without tools they wont take payment over the phone so I go back today march 20th 2019 with all the papers needed the man at the front tells me I need notarize papers and tells me no Im being polite the whole time and say okay its whatever Ill get it handled then he blows up on me for no reason and tells me you know what with your attitude you can bring your manager here to get your van and tools my manager lives in utah I dont know why he acted like towards me but I dont not recommend these guys at all just created more problems

Kelly the receptionist was just horrible. Have never been in this situation before of a flat tire popping and I just needed ETAs, if the driver left yet, time to expect etc., i had school just within an hr from being dispatched and worst comes to worst i could have had my mom stay w my car while i went to school.. 60mins i wasnt sure was accurate or not when he was coming to me next(according to her) and their shop is only 15 mins away.. She was impatient and rude. I just needed to make sure I would be on time to school and work or find someone to wait at my car for me. She then called Geico to cancel my service... Why, because I was asking questions? I told her I wasnt callinh to be rude or sound naggy but just asking. Now im super frusterated and will NEVER Suggest this place.. this didnt happen until i called and ask her name the 3rd call-20mins out. What a poor representation of the company. I even called to speak to a manager and every rep was the manager but couldnt provide an email so I could communicate that way. I feel like when you CHOSE TO WORK at a place like this you have to understand that people are frusterated and may be new to all of this and theres no reason to have such attitude and rudeness.
