Its the middle of the night. Your car is on the fritz and wont start. Youve called all your friends, your friends friends, and like 99% of the towing places within 30 miles. Everyone is either busy or cant do it. You sit on the curb and sigh to yourself, because nothing is going right tonight. Its getting cold, you think about abandoning your car just to get an Uber home. In a last ditch attempt, you search for towing companies again, just in case you missed one. Turns out, you did. It was PNW Towing and Recovery. But you think to yourself Probably busy like the rest. Already giving up, you call anyways. The line is busy. You put your phone away, depressed. But then your phone lights up. You got a text message. Its PNW Towing and Recovery! He says hes currently on a job, but will try to get to you in an hour. Excitedly, you tell him where you are and what kind of car you have. He doesnt arrive in an hour... He arrives in only 30 minutes! Super professional, super polite, and has great rates, PNW Towing and Recovery did a 10/10 job and I know who Im calling if Im ever in this situation again.

Three different tow trucks were dispatched to tow our truck. None said they could tow our truck because it was too big. When I contacted PNW towing they promptly contacted me, were very informative, and the best costumer service we have ever experienced.

I could not have asked for better service from R.J. who went above and beyond to help me with my problem.Stranded on a mountainside resort because of a flat, and a major distance away from the nearest city, he showed up at the break of dawn to load my Mercedes-Benz onto his truck. I understand this was particularly cumbersome, given that I did not leave my keys over night at the resort, and I was 100 miles away from the vehicle, back at home.When he found out my situation, he troubleshot with me over the phone. After finding out that I didn’t have a means to get to the dealership, he generously offered to come up further north to pick me up at my home with the keys. This cost him an extra hour of his own time, that he so kindly offered.On the drive over, we had the most friendly and engaging conversation about family and hobbies; what a great personality!What I have shared above are just words, and this Google Review can’t fully share how appreciative I am of R.J’s help, but it’s the least I can do to express my gratitude.

Fast and friendly service, wish I had called these guys sooner. Motorcycle broke down on my way home from work, the tow company setup by my insurance’s roadside service had me sitting on the side of the road for almost three hours with another estimated hour and a half wait before they could get someone to me. I called PNW Towing and he got to me in less than 30 minutes. Not that anyone should ever hope to be in a situation where you need a tow truck, should you find yourself in one definitely give these guys a call.
