I love going to this location. They always seem to have the best selection of items and are always in stock of exactly what I need. They seem to have a lot of items on clearance that are at times full price at other locations. The employees here are always super friendly and willing to help. They are however in a busy location but having said that I am able to get all my shopping done without even having to move my car. They have a doggie daycare, a groomer and a vet at this location. Theyre parking lot is it easy in and out and its close to the freeway.

I cannot say enough positive things about both this PetSmart and the one in Sunrise Village. I am normally not so supportive of chain businesses but these two PetSmart’s have been excellent for our new puppy. They offer so much from pet supplies, grooming, hotel, day care all in one place. We were able to participate in two puppy play dates to help get her socialized with other puppy’s and both sessions were entirely free. They also throw in a generous gift bag at the end!! We have also really enjoyed Doggy Day Care where she can play with other dogs for the entire day with many different perks (bath, snacks, etc). We have also done the puppy training class and plan to do many more. Everyone here has always been so welcoming and knowledgeable. This has never been our experience at the local PetCo stores. We are definitely planning on being regulars here.

Clive always gets excited about going to PetSmart to stay for a couple of days. Staff are always happy to see him and he enjoys the opportunity to play with other dogs. The pet hotel is clean. Staff really seem to enjoy and care about the dogs and cats.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly and the facility is kept extremely clean. The cost is totally affordable and I love how the staff have scheduled events with the dogs throughout the day so its a true day camp. This was our dogs first time and the staff were so knowledgeable and really took time with him. The dogs are not just thrown into a room and left alone; there are attendants or camp counselors who are interacting with them. They checked our dog for lice, fleas and ticks before entering to make sure he didnt bring any unwanted stowaways to the other dogs. I highly recommended!!!!

We got everything we were looking for quickly. All the associates were friendly and checked on us. Even though it was busy we got through the line quickly.

This morning after taking a long walk/hike at wildwood with my son and dog I stopped by to pick up cat litter. I left my son in the car with my dog with the instruction to start the car if it gets too warm.While inside I was called to the front of the store by an employee who informed me that they had a customer speak to them about my dog that appeared to be panting hard in my car. I told the employee my son was in the car and had the keys and can start it if its too warm. I then placed my one item and cart back without saying anything else or making a scene. I understood that if it was warm outside my dog could be in danger, however they must not have known about my son no fault of theirs.I opened my car door and found my son in tears, shaking and scared. I asked what was wrong and he said that a couple of employees came to the car and were staring and talking about the car. I figure they didnt see him, however Im still not okay with it. I left and bought my pet supplies from mud bay.

Took Finnegan in for a top dog treatment... it was okay. But you dont give a Pom a statuary clip. It is just not right. It took the fluff out of his tail end. It will be months growing back.

My Layla needed to be treated for fleas. I never expected a wonderful sweet lady who advocates for animal rescue donations to bump into us as we looked at prices worth more than our WiFi bill, I never expected her to see us, begin a conversation & then OFFER & INSIST that she donate an entire flea treatment for our little Layla!! Treatment worth about $200; estimating. This place has GOOD PEOPLE putting in time there. Check or no check- everyone there has one thing in common & theyre all hell bent on doing one thing. Helping Families care for, love & protect their furbabies while Helping Animals find their Forever Homes..Its heartwarmingly admirable & we are so grateful for that woman that rainy day because now our sweet Layla girl is actually asleep peacefully, not scratching herself into insanity. We wouldnt have been able to cover those original costs & wouldve had to have resorted to Google for God knows what .... So THANK YOU to the Woman (forgive me for forgetting your name) but THANK YOU FROM ALL OF US; especially Layla.

We have been coming to this store for over 18 plus yearsWe have been very pleased with there here.Tracy who does dog training is awesomeShe has trained our German Shepherd, Tippy, Little Bit,and now Pepper. The Pet Hotel and Day Camp along with nail trim and Banfield. You all do a great job. 5 stars and thank you all!

Very disappointed all locations have been out of food for my bearded dragon for over a year now its so hard to get horn worms, meal worms, Dubia Roaches and more and today they were only getting 3 containers in and all 3 were on hold and sold already my beardy dont like krickets and he is picky just got out of brumation and really needs some horn worms or Dubias but all locations have none what are pet owners to do when this is literally the only place that sells this type of food your literally selling pets then starving them thanks a bunch not happy at all they wouldnt even hold any for me its crazy something needs to be done about it seriously

This place is my favourite go to for some needed pet supplies. I like this particular place due to the fact that they always have on hand what we need, lines are never horrible. The only thing I would clarify is don’t go to a pet store without researching the pet you’re making a forever home for. These staff members are great but not heavily schooled on reptiles or vet needs.

Very nice and clean; staff is super friendly. This location has a Pet Hotel which I have not used, but I do enjoy walking by and seeing the puppers whilst on my shopping trip 😉

The tag engraving machine didn’t engrave my tag, so I brought it to the counter and they told me they’ve been having issues with it and I can try another tag…. So I did and the machine did the same exact thing

If you need anything for your pets, PetSmart is a wonderful place to go with the greatest variety of products. I also bring my dogs for grooming where the groomers are friendly and patient.

I like petsmart, I think their fairly priced with a good option of different toys, foods, bedding, treats, and even flea & tick care... I have both my cats on leashes and like to bring them in there to pick out which toys or beds or towers they specifically want...

Great place for pet supplies. Great customer service. The person who helped me was in the middle of doing something and didnt hesitate to pause and help me choose a cone for my snoopy. I didnt realize they had military discount days. Thank you.

Today was my first time in this store. Wow. It was big and had the fish tank filter I needed.

My Rocky Junior has been regularly attending Doggy Day Camp at PetSmart since he was 4 months old - close to 7 years! Hes always very excited to go in and play with dogs, and inevitably comes home thoroughly exhausted. Highly recommended!

Not a very good selection of animals but that is to be expected during covid also I would like to note that animals from reputable breeders are healthier then petstore bought pets

I have shopped Petsmart for many years. They seem to have a better selection of cat items than their competitors. Their major problem is the worse inventory control in the industry. Items and shelves are often empty though the same product is available on their website to order. Perhaps the stores should order their inventory from the corporate website?

So I called to see if they had lizards in stock for my son. They did. Drove all the way out here from Graham got here a half hour before closing waited around 10 minutes before having to track somebody down only to be told that theyre not going to sell lizards because its too close to closing well you just wasting my gas and my time. And I still have time to post this before you close. You could have took time to help. Poor customer service poor quality business!

I get my doberman puppies nails trimmed here. The pet grooming staff are excellent and handled my 65lb excited puppy with care.

I have two Savannahs which become very picky with their food choices so its nice that this place has a very wide selection to choose from.

I love this Pet Smart! The employees are all helpful and friendly. They also offer a lot of services at this location! I love seeing all of the doggos in the training classes and doggy daycare when Im shopping for cat food!

This is a nice PetSmart. Big with full shelves and very clean. The employees are friendly. Love the variety of cat and dog food that they offer- especially the different sizes available. They have a lot of low hanging toys, which makes it easy for our dog to pick out her next favorite. There is always something discounted or on clearance. This is great for pet owners who like to bargain shop or like to try something new without spending a fortune. Always a nice experience Shopping there. Our dog does have one complaint- the dish of free doggie treats on the counter is always empty. Please refill more often. Thanks!

Love their selection of treats and toys. Dont love the grooming center. Ive had two negative experiences with both of my dogs, with different associates and for different reasons. But overall, I do frequently visit PetSmart for their toy and treat selection.

The Petsmart’s pets hotel here are awesome! My dogs love the staff especially my pittie who loves to play with humans. The staff are very attentive especially when my pittie slipped off his collar and ran away; they yelled to close the door and helped me catch my dog. I’m editing my 4 star review to 3 star because when I came to pick up my dogs in the evening, their supposedly senior manager Lynn was not very helpful or even look that she cares about the dogs or the customers. Because I care about my dogs, I would like to know how was their day like what a parent would like to know about their kids, but she just said she doesn’t know because she was not there. It is understandable, but she didn’t even offered to callback and ask someone on the day shift. Overall, she is not helpful. I would watch out for here if you don’t want to ruin your experience that the Day shift staff has set for this location.If it was not for Their day shift lead Michelle and other staff, I would have taken my dogs out of there

I brought my two puppies for their first time at the groomers. I got the puppy package which was 26 for each but when I got the bill it was one than what was told. Took 2 hours to get them back. When we got them back they werent fully dry, still smelled like gross wet dog, not brushed, and paw pads not trimmed up. Im very upset for my puppies first time at the groomers. Overpriced for what lack of quality I got.

It was super busy, and some of the employees were scaring animals with a pallet jack (More so the noise of it) by restocking at one of the busiest times. I am not sure why they chose a busy time to restock with a pallet jack when there was a lot of animals in store. A lady had fallen in the store, and her dog was loose with no employees around anywhere to help her, or make sure she was okay. Its things like these that make me choose going to petco over petsmart. I will not be returning to petsmart as they showed some unprofessionalism. I will be sticking with petco from now on.

Not the widest selection of animals in a petco Ive seen. No birds turtles or hamsters that I saw. Just fish geckos and cats. Im not holding that against them Im just saying. The vet staff were great with Chuck. Hes I big scardy cat pitbull and they got him through his ear exam pretty well Id say. They didnt charge us too much ether.

Staff showed me where the electronic toys were for cats. They were friendly.

The doggy daycare is always fun to watch, with an enthusiastic employee directing the action (or non-action). My only concern this visit was that the cat adoption room was stinky, bowls were empty and/or flipped into the litter boxes. But its not usually that way

The staff is very friendly and discourages my excited pup from jumping, then makes her sit and wait for her treat! I love their wide variety of toys, beds and food although it is on the pricier end. I was so excited to take her to the pet hotel for doggie daycare after she received her final round of vaccines only to be declined entry as she looks like a pit mix. I love the bully breed and find it offensive that they would decline my puppy access to daycare solely based on the way she looks. Very unhappy with this policy.We have found a different daycare who does not discriminate by breed/looks. They evaluate each dog to make sure they are not aggressive and that this is the right fit for them(just as every doggie daycare should).Here are some pictures of my brindle mutt at the daycare she loves!

A very friendly oriented store! Most anything you need is there. We have an eight year old Cavalier and a Cavalier puppy. The staff was very helpful with our new puppy in shopping with us and helping us pick out things for her. Everything we got her she loved, even the store brand food. Our older Cavalier even gets groomed there! She loves her groomer!

Went in to adopt a kitten and had the paperwork filled out and the means for the fee and some strange reason the Cat I wanted was given away. The woman assured me I was on top of the list and they had seven others that I didnt mind adopting. I called a few times to check in too. Needless to say the rest cause who am I and what is my opinion worth?
