I have been coming here for years, and I love this salon. The staff is always kind and pleasant. In the past, I went to a fancier salon, payed twice as much (so the tip was more), and didnt receive the attention to detail that I receive at V Nails. This salon consistently provides great service with a smile.

My nails are different lengths and shapes worst ever seriously

I was very disappointed with this salon. The staff seemed to argue over who was going to do my nails in an empty salon. The gal who did my nails didnt take care of my cuticles after removing my old gels. She used the electric drill to remove the gel and my cuticles. Then as she applied the dip color she did not clean up around my nails causing the material to gather on my skin. Now my cuticles hurt from being sanded down and my nails look like I did then with my non dominate hand. Not worth $45. Only plus is the color is nice.

Hannah saved my nails!! I went to a salon at the mall last week and my nails were a mess. Wonky, bulging, chunky... I didnt have time to stay and have the gal fix them.Fast forward to today... I went to see Hannah at VNail and she transformed my Frankenstein nails!!! Thank you Hannah!! They are beautiful!

They were very busy but she took her time and made sure my nails turned out well. I definitely recommend!

I went to this location in Puyallup and V did my nails and my child. The problem began after we both got our nails & pedicures done, I asked her about the pedicure products if they contained any type of coconut or coconut products in it, she tells her no, But I start itching and breaking out getting hives all over my legs! So I come back and ask her again about what it contains and she gets upset with me and says it doesn’t contain any of that stuff maybe next time you bring your own lotion and products!!! I’m happy to support businesses, but I hate that we paid $140 she didn’t care I broke out, or that I’m allergic to products, even though I told her this before we started. I feel V being the owner should have done better than this.

The owner is amazing! VERY CLEAN. They go above and beyond. You get a free beverage with deluxe packages. AND they can do some stuff to your nails from CLAWS! High quality and reasonably priced, plus regular customers get discounts and punch cards.

Dirty and unventilated. We felt like passing out. Overcharged for a set with regular paint. Felt like they were always talking about you. She was extremely rough while filing nails. So much nail dust you had to watch your step or youd slip. Used to be a nice place. Well never return.

I honestly cant complain about a single thing. Weve tried at least 20 different nail places in the area, and none of them compare to this one.I didnt even know V nails existed until I went to the bank next door. We finally tried them and our deluxe pedicure was amazing. The scrub felt great, the ladies cut the ingrown nails without hurting us (almost never happens for me), and my girl Ella took her time making sure my polish was perfect. I really appreciate it. The pedicure took an hour just an fyi but every minute was great.Im really happy that we no longer have to ask which one today? Itll always be this one now.

I absolutely loved this salon. I asked for a gel manicure and my daughter asked for gel and I was really shocked with the amazing results. The price is awesome too, and the people their are so kind. I recomend every single one of you guys to go. Also, you need to get Hanna, shes awesome!

I think this is the worst nail salon Ive ever been to. I was there over an hour for just a color change with shellac. No manicure. They put foil on my fingers to remove my previous shellac and walked away for 20 minutes if not longer. Maybe she decided to take a lunch after starting with me? She used the dremmel file and not only got my cuticles multiple times with it (my previous shellac was very grown out she didnt even need to touch my cuticles), she also got the bottom of my fingers with it! She couldnt get them smoothed so another tech came over and smoothed them out. She asked what shape I wanted and I told her the same as what I had and she rounded them instead. Only 1 person in the salon aside from myself and 3 techs. Now I had asked them about the design I wanted before starting since I was getting them done for my baby shower, they said they could do it. I have so many layers of shellac on my nails Im not sure how long it will last. There was also shellac on my fingers and way over my cuticles she had to file it off per my request.. They could not do the design I wanted (marble) so I asked for a flower design. She said she could do dots and lines and she thinks I would like it. I showed her a flower I wanted and she said she couldnt do it. No thank you. I caved in and just asked for glitter trying to play it safe. Out of the 10 glitter colors they offered, the one color they had that matched was crossed out so here I am with mauve nails and bright pink glitter. Thankfully I only paid $15.50 for this and DID NOT tip. No way. I felt like a burden the entire time.

Went to this nail salon about 3 weeks ago to get fill in and pedicure. There were 2 ladies sitting down eating who told me to come back the next day because they were expecting a group of 3 to come in for services.... I was a little disappointed. So on today I went back to give this place a try. Asked for the $15 pedicure special but the lady suggested the $20 one which came with a massage. It was by far the WORST pedicure I have ever received!!! Polish sticky, small selection, kids running around making noise, food smells, definitely NO MASSAGE given to me with $20 pedicure and to top it off she cut me with one of the tools and made my toe bleed. No apologie period. What a waste of $20 and a hour of my time. Polish still not dry and it looks like my 4 year old daughter polished my toes. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! IF ONLY I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS

My friend and I made an appointment for today, 5 days ago. They made us wait 47 minutes to get at least 1 of our started. My friend had a design from pinterest that she wanted and at first they told her that she could do it, then after waiting so long (they did my regular manicure), they told my friend they could not do her nails. Not even just because of the design but due to the lack of having color. Color for dip power, gel, or even regular.This was my first and will be the last time I go to this place.The only good thing, they provided ME with $5 off MY nails due to the inconvenience.I wasnt even the one inconvenienced, my friend was!

Got right in with appt. Had SD pedicure. Told $40. Chair next to ordered same was told $35. You want to relax but no, they have their kids sitting 20ft away screaming at each other and didnt say a word. Offered other people drinks but not me.

The lady that was doing mine and my sister nails made both of us bleed during service. Gel Nail polish already falling off. She was rushing instead of being patient and taking her time. They werent busy so there was no need to rus .

I enjoyed the staff, they were friendly. However, I got shellac on my fingernails and the next day the shellac came off two of my nails. my daughter also got shellac on her nails and two days after she is missing shellac on four of her nails. Showed a picture of a specific design for my daughters pedicure and they did not do it correctly. I would not recommend Based on the cost and the quality of their product. We paid $109 for two pedicures and two manicures with shellac. I will mention my daughter is only seven so her pedicure was just putting her feet in the water and Painting her toenails. She is very Disappointed that her nails did not last because I told her that they would last at least a week without chipping. And she is very sad now, I will not return to this salon.

I should have run away as soon as I walked in this place! First of all, it smells. Not like chemicals...like FOOD. Im supposed to be at a nail salon, right?! Not a restaurant! They have these Buddha shrines all over the place, cluttered on the floor. Also, a small kid running around watching something very loudly on an iPad and getting in the way. Totally unprofessional! When I got in the chair for a pedicure, a woman filled the tub for my feet and then proceeded to sit down a few chairs away from me and EAT LUNCH with another woman who worked there. Awkward. I thought Id use the chair massage while I waited and it started making all of these terrible noises...fix that!! Another lady named Sophie did my toes and cut my big toe nails at a slant (bet this is going to give me ingrown toenails something FIERCE!) and the rest she just hacked up. She got nail polish all over the place and tried to scrap it off with her own fingernail (OUCH!) to no avail. She screwed up on one of my small toes and didnt bother fixing. Then, it started to get really crowded and she just left me in the pedicure chair to dry while she went off waxing people. She NEVER came back. Finally, another woman came over and took my debit card. On top of this $25 MESS I just got, they charged me 50 cents to use a card. AWESOME. Ill never go back here again!!!

The lady who did my nails cut me twice . And some of the shapes weren’t even! Cost $ 45 for gel coffin full set... and she did them very long and when I told her to cut it she didn’t and said they would be ugly short. And the owners kids were screaming...

I go here once a month its great and its not their fault that the polish was sticky and plus let me remind you people YOU choose the polish in fact I am even getting my nails done as I type this I definitely recommend this place

Always enjoy,letting them get creative w/ my nails. They do a very good job and its always a clean environment.

Mediocre at best.... none of my nail shapes match...the polish job was sub par. Charged me extra for a coffin shape? 30 crappy fill.... I wont go back. Check out Melanies nails or miracle nails instead.

By far my worst experience in WA so far. I came here because I wanted a change. I waited nearly an hour for service, not really many options, when I told her the shape they didnt understand so I try to explain and the person beside me chimes in trying to help and they literally start laughing and making fun of us. The owner was rude and jerking my hand around, all of my nails are uneven. When I got a pedicure the person beside me waited nearly an hour for her polish to dry, and then it didnt so they took it all off and re did it again. Very annoying. Never going again.
