I absolutely loved my experience here. I had two technicians, one for my pedicure and one for my manicure and both did an amazing job. They both took extra time and care to make sure o received exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be returning!

I had asked to get acrylic nails and have them coffin shaped. The picture I referenced said “coffin nails” and I specifically told her coffin nails too. When my nails were finished, they looked square shaped. Next day, I went to get them reshaped because I just wasn’t happy with the shape. The lady who did my nails the other day starts to tell me that I was in the wrong and in order for me to get them reshaped, I would need to get a whole new acrylic set which I did NOT need to do. All I wanted was for them to file my nail down a little. The lady was very rude to me and kept trying to tell me it was my fault for the way my nails turned out. Thankfully, I got a new nail tech who was able to reshape my nails the way I wanted it with no questions asked. However, I will not be going back to this salon ever.

Had dip polished changed. The man sanded down some of my cuticles at top of my nails on several fingers,leaving them red. Will never go back

I only came here because I was given a gift card. The manicure experience itself was good and the woman was very nice. I got the gel thats supposed to last about 2-3 weeks but it started cracking after a few DAYS. Ive gotten gel nails at other places before and Ive only had to get them redone because my nails had grown out - NOT from chipping. Even a normal color should last longer than this after a manicure. I wont be back to use the rest of my gift card.

Good people that work here. They can start to nickel and dime but what nail places doesnt? They are by far the best place Ive been to for pedicures and even with regular polish their paint job has lasted the longest. 5% discount if you pay in cash.

I have finally found the perfect place to get my nails done! They make you feel comfortable and do such an amazing job! They really take their time on your nails and they dont rush through it even though they have people waiting. The salon is also beautiful and always clean. The service was beyond perfect. First time getting my feet done in over 27 years and I feel so good. There was no waiting and i love the fact how clean everything was. I really liked that they put liners in the foot tub.I am In a Aww.They did a beautiful job with everything and I really loved the massaging my leg and they did a hot stone. What!! Came here after my usual place said they were too busy for me. I came in at 6 pm and I got a Pedicure and Dip manicure. They did a very good job and were very detailed despite them being close to closing. I feel bad I kept them there til 20 mins after closing, but they did not complain once and did not rush! Only complaint is the decor could use an update, and the massage chairs were sub par. Will be back based on the amazing service!

Super happy with my dip manicure. I have a job where Im fairly hard on my hands, so I need something to hold up. I also need to keep my nails short. I did gel for a long time, but then discovered dip manicures and the dip is STRONG. Doesnt peel. Now, Ive had a few manicurists elsewhere who did dip followed by gel and it made my nails look really thick and unnatural. This time I went in and did only 2 coats of the dip and just a clear top coat, no gel and they are rock solid! I know theyll last the next few weeks, easily. My nails look like MY nails, not acrylics. Acrylics are great, just not for me. They are the perfect length and Im quite happy with how they turned out. If you choose the dip, be clear about not wanting gel on top. Otherwise your nails wont look as natural. Unless you dont want natural... then layer it on!

Excellent service. I have terribly sensitive feet and they work with you as long as you speak up and let them know. Great selection of gels, dips, and general polish colors! I even had a French tip done which was done very well.

They do such a great job! I have only had one mediocre pedicure. The gal did not remove the existing polish probably cause it was clear but now my toenails are chipping only after one week. Otherwise I love my nails always

I specifically asked and showed them a picture of what I wanted and told her “NO COFFIN, I wanted square” she repeated what I said twice and then did one hand perfect and the other hand... COFFIN!! I will not be going back because when I told her that I didn’t like the shape she rolled her eyes and told me to go to someone else. And when I told the boss what was going on she continued to make my nails worse and would tell me to be quiet when I would correct her.

They saved my nails tonight after I had a horrible experience down the street. The staff are really warm and efficient as well. Relaxing and comfortable ambiance. Overall I would return to the salon because of price and friendliness.

Ive tried at least ten different nail salons in USA, Soleil Nail Spa is the best by far. Super friendly staff, very polite and attentive! . Obviously theyre confident in their work because they do a fabulous job! Wish I found them sooner.

Ive made this my go to place for manicures and pedicures. I was pleasantly surprised of the decor of the place. She was incredibly kind. And she expressed a lot of concern over my review. Plus my toes look beautiful. Definitely check this spot out for once :)

This place is hit or miss.... They seem to be overstaffed but the place remains busy. Ive had manicures and pedicures here, the pedicures are fine, not spectacular, but fine-run-of-the-mill-okay. Manicures are definitely hit or miss. My first visit the older lady doing my nails took a lot of time to make them all at a slight angle. It was very odd. The last time I went in, the young lady doing my nails conspicuously added thinner to the bottle.... a BIG no-no in my book. Not surprisingly, my nails are chipped to bits a week later. Their color selection is so-so for neutral or seasonal colors, favoring very bright colors. It would also seem that management doesnt put a high priority to keeping colors in stock if they also give their techs polish thinner. If there was a reliable place nearby, Id go there instead. As it is, the location is terribly convenient, which is all there is to love of Soleil Nails Spa.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I have never had a bad experience at a nail salon and I’ve also never left a review for anything. The first problem I paid $60 and was told on the phone $50 for a pedicure and a full set, they couldn’t give me a reason as to why it was $10 more. I asked for a very light pink and they put a very hot pink on, my thumb nail popped off a week after getting them done and my nails were lifting just two days after getting them done.. I would not recommend this place!

Gone twice this summer, once in July and again in August. Made an appointment in July and when we arrived had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. In August went in for a pedicure, which took two hours. After the two hour pedicure, my mom paint got smuged when putting on sandal, the lady pressed it down and painted over. Needless to say it had to be taken off that evening. All staff is kind and hard working, but I will be going else where. Its too inconsistent...some days its amazing and some days its not.

I went just a few days ago and the service was horrible. I SPECIFICALLY said at the beginning I just wanted a gel manicure and they completely cut off my nails as far as they could and used the electric nail file to file them so thin they were very easily bendable (I have naturally thick nails so this was new to me). Then they continued to try to put acrylics on my nails and got angry when I said I did not want them. The gel nails I did get were done sloppily and the woman who did them got nail polish all over my fingers even down to the knuckles on my hands. A couple days later, the gell nail polish has begun cracking and staining which I have never experienced at any nail salon. I would never recommend this salon to ANYONE, very rude and I will not be returning

I tried the powder dip after initially asking for an overlay on my natural fingernails. I was told that the powder is healthier and it was a little cheaper than the gel. Ive tried the powder before at a different location and liked it but this work was subpar and looked like it had been completed by an amateur. The finished product is bumpy and looks uneven. The service was good but I dont plan on being a repeat customer.

HAVE been their client for a few months! The service is awesome and everyone is SO friendly. Gel nails do not lift, cuticle care is fantastic. Just say marvelous!

The lady was very rude and mean the whole time. I felt very unwelcome and wanted to leave. She ended up over charging me and I will not be going back and will warn everyone to not go there.

Horrible experience at this place! My stepdaughter has never been to a nail salon and they basically brush through the job like they didnt really care or expected us to ever come back my nails have fallen off after only 7 days. The person that seem to have been running the place was extremely rude and made my head 9 year old daughter cry because she messed up one of her nails which is totally unacceptable I wasnt aware that they closed at 7 p.m. and told them hey Ill just come back tomorrow but she wanted the money but when it came down to it she did not care about doing a good job at all

The salon is always clean. The people are always friendly. The owner is funny and always does a wonderful job on my nails. I always leave feeling like a million bucks!

I am really picky at where i get my nails done but after reading the reviews i decided to try them out for myself. Love this spot! The women there are really sweet and very personable. I’m not impressed with this place, the older lady with the lined bifocals did my nails and there are so many details she was sloppy and the nails look like had them both on for like a month and it’s only been a couple days the edges are pulling up and just overall sloppy and not a professional job. I expected to look neat and clean, not messy and sloppy. If I could add pictures I would...

The ladies attending to us were rude. Several of the girls working there looked grumpy or have an attitude. Will never go back, and will advise my friends to stay away from this business. There are dozens of nail spa in the area, so thank goodness for that!

I feel like their service is getting increasingly worse. A pedicure should be at least 40 minutes but my last one was only 20 by the time I sat down and the lady was completely done. She was also extremely rude to me and yelled at me to stand while I was sitting down. Sometimes its great service, but it feels like I have more bad luck there than good now.

Very disappointed in the treatment my teen daughter received. Not only did she have to pay before receiving a service BUT they didn’t even give her the full manicure treatment with the lotion and hand rub! All they did was trim her nails and paint them! They overcharged her for this type of service and took FULL advantage of her age! I will NOT return!

It was my first time coming in and I went in because I wanted to get my nails done for valentines day. I got a pedicure and acrylics with a design. It was slow at first, and then the afternoon hit and it got pretty busy. I can understand its hard trying to fit pelion and etc. However I wished they had not rushed my nails. I asked for a heart design which I assumed was simple, I didnt want to ask for too much, but it wasnt the way I expected. It was done in a sloppy way and Im disappointed that I wasted my money, but it happens. I would like to try them again, but I dont think they tale too kindly to those that dont represent the majority population of the area.

I literally just left there in disgust. If I could leave them a negative 5 stars I would.They had a handful of ladies sitting around playing on their phones but couldn’t get me in for 10-15 minutes. Um, ok. I tell them I want to get my toes and nails done (2 hours before they were to close). They do my toes (taking a 10 minute break during my pedicure to talk about whatever they felt was important to talk about). After they get done with my toes they tell me they don’t have time to do my nails, but they dont close for another 40 minutes???Some lady came walking in as I paid for just my toes and they say “oh if you can wait we are happy to get you in right at 7 for your nails, no problem”.Are you kidding me? What a joke! Absolute joke of a nail salon.

Hit or miss. Most of the ladies do an excellent job. A couple times Ive gone and had a woman cut corners- and she acted like she didnt want to be there... Must call ahead for an appointment or you likely wont get in.

I went in late Tuesday afternoon without an appt and only waited about 10 mins or so. Everyone there was super friendly and I received an amazing pedicure. It was quiet and relaxing as well even though they had a steady stream of people coming amd going. Best service Ive received in a long time and I didnt feel it was rushed or hurried. I wish I caught the gals name that did mine because I would definitely go back to her!

I wish I could give zero stars . He did a horrible job on my nails . Then charged me 30.00 for a normal fill. Which would have been fine if he did a good job on my nails . I wont be going back !

Though the work is alright I would have to say communication is very poor. I tried repeatedly to explain that My nails and cuticles were in bad shape so please give me a manicure and apply acrylic powder on my nails which is what I always get. She kept insisting that I get acrylic nails to make them longer. After pure frustration I caved. They did a good job but it is not what I asked for and I did not even get a manicure. They also made me feel super uncomfortable with all of their banter and laughing back and forth. Call me paranoid but it is something I deal with on a regular basis due to being a trans girl. The only difference is I dont know what they are saying😔. I think I will have to drive back up to my normal place in Renton to get my nails done until I find a place in the Puyallup area that is pleasant. At least they are nice and small talk with me at my Renton salon. I even got a pho recipe from the owner. I would not go to this place again though I am sure others have better experiences for obvious reasons.

I had Len I believe the owner or manager. It took two and a half hours to get a acrylic fill and pedicure. She kept answering the phone getting up to do God knows what. She did not apologize once. Very bad customer service.

Dont take your young child for a pedi there unless you want them exposed to cursing and inappropriate content on all the screens. When asked to change it, they did... to another inappropriate movie. They lost my business.
