Love this nail salon.Found them a couple months ago and went in for a pedicure 2 days before my son was born. I went back yesterday and was very pleased again. I got a full set of white tips and a pedicure with a 4th of July theme. Service was excellent and they were so patient with my 2 month old and she was still smiling even after I messed up my design on my toes. She quickly & graciously fixed it for me.This will be my go to place from now on.

You be the judge...Cant believe I paid for this experience. Never have I bled and been burned getting a pedicure.

They did a great job didnt do so good on my friend she had to redo a couple things but in general very clean and very nice people...

Me and my sister went there for a fun day treat. They were extremely sweet and kind. They quickly corrected a mistake that *I* had made. I didnt speak up and say that I would like multiple colors, the person who was working on my nails comforted me when I felt bad that they had to redo my nails. They then completely redid my nails and didnt charge extra. I am very satisfied with the result and will be coming back for my next nail endeavor!

The most rushed poor quality work I’ve ever had. I usually go to the gallery which is in the same parking lot but they were packed so I decided to give them a shot. I never bled and hurt so much during a pedicure and the polish on them look like my 6 year old did it. The tool also were not pulled out of a packet like the gallery so no telling if they were sterile. The dip nails I got are so thick and lumpy and rushed. Just an all around bad experience for the price they charge for mediocre work.

Did a very amazing job, very focused. When I didnt understand what was being asked they very politely repeated. The best Nail Salon Ive ever been to. Very happy with the outcome.

DO NOT GO HERE! I paid for the most expensive pedicure thinking I would get a longer message the entire pedicure once she started took less then 5 minutes the stones touched my legs for 2 seconds and she dropped them and didnt do anymore she was sorushed. She also used tools that were already used on the lady before me which I said something and she said no they werent when I seen for myself.. I honestly would find another place.

The manicure hurt when it shouldnt of. The nails were too thick and I had gel powder under my nails that hardened and she lazily fixed it. she also missed spots of polish on the sides of my nails. I paid way too much money for such a rushed poor job. Not to mention my nails are already chipping its been 3 days. Do not spend your money go around the corner they are better.

Ive gone twice, and the technicians do a good job with the dip-powder nails. I dont get designs so I dont know how good they are at those. They are friendly, and do a nice job. Go in the morning-early afternoon monday through friday and they wont be super busy.

Sometimes they play games with their prices, by charging more. Their nail polish is cheap, my nails start chipping in a week. Otherwise its a cool place.

I wish I could give this place a 10 star rating because hands down the best place Ive been to with amazing prices. Came to get nails with my sisters, both staff members were kind, and sweet. They took their time and I had the perfect end result - both in color and shape. I am in love with my nails and have received so many compliments! Great price too, I definitely recommended!

This is my GO-TO spot for nails. Been coming here every three weeks, for several years now, and never been disappointed. They consistently do a fabulous job, the staff are super nice and they know exactly how to create whatever look I ask for! Can recommend them absolutely any day!

My husband bought a gift certificate for me and I was so excited to use it. Had a great time with my gal pals getting gel manicures with the staff here. The very nice woman and so sweet. And such a good sport after I changed my mind over what I wanted! Parking is amazing at all for this spot. The only reason I need to come back. I really like this place.

I went there close to closing time and they were very welcoming and did an AMAZING job. They have an artist that can do any design you can imagine. They are super clean and make sure to take extra care of your nails. I would highly recommend Kim Nail and Spa and won’t be going anywhere else from now on.

I came here for the first time with my friend and had a good experience. Staff was friendly, the lady did a great job and took her time on my nails. I was so happy with the results that I got. If you get a chance, check them out.

Best place on South hill to have your nails done. I will admit that the man in the shop is not so good. If you get hom you will get a so so job. Everyone else however does a great job.

I have a military ball tomorrow and needed my nails done. Except I had no one to watch my 2yo daughter, so I took her with me. They were so nice and patient. They gave her her own chair and the lady who didn’t have a client painted her nails, and they all helped get her water candy etc to keep her ocuppied. Amidst all her distractions they still did a perfect full set acrylic for me. Just all around great experience.

I had a manicure and pedicure and the experience was amazing. Im giving Kim Nail & Spa two thumbs up because they are knowledgeable about nail care. I am from NYC and I have yet to find a nail solan that can compare with this one. Anyone can do nails, but it takes a true nail technician to deliver high quality service.

I took my young daughter for manicure yesterday and the lady cut her finger and my daughter started bleeding. Also the lady told my daughter to wait for a second coat and send her to the dryer, but she forgot about her while working with other costumer. I won’t come back .

I will never return to this nail salon ever. From the start one of the ladies had a serious attitude. They became slammed while we were there but as people came in the door they would tell them to pick a color and sit down. Then they would partially start people so they couldn’t leave but then not finish them for a while. Mine and my daughters nails were done in such a hurry to get us out there door (in between waiting for them to do other people’s naols) but we were still there for 2 hours and all we did was get painted toenails (no pedicure) and I got a manicure. My daughters toenails were done so poorly I asked the lady to fix them and she got an attitude for me asking. My sloppy manicure cost $28 and was not worth the price. A couple hours after we got home, the paint from her nails literally started peeling off on multiple toes. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

My Mother and I did a walk in apppintmet for 2 pedicures. Tina and Tracy did an excellent job. Very nice and professional. Massage chairs are relaxing.

Outdated interior and furnishings, one of the worst and very rushed pedicures I have ever received. I could have done the polish better myself. Let alone when she checked me out she charged me for a “deluxe pedicure” not the “regular pedicure” She had given me. I was truly disappointed leaving here for I wanted to treat myself. Will not be back, will never recommend.

I got my nails filled, my daughters both got a pedicure. Not one of us has polish that looked great when we were finished. The woman who did my nails did an okay job but I kept having to tell her to go back and re-do or fix something.Not only this but if you look around, the place is not very clean. It can be time consuming but well worth it if you just wash the floor, baseboards, even the walls are needing to be cleaned.

Friendly atmosphere, great work. I always get compliments on my nails. Reasonably priced. I drive a long way to go here.

Went to get a much needed pedicure after work and had the worst experience ever. I got off work and called the place to see if they had time for a pedicure and they told me in ten minutes so I went over there. The gal that did my nails told me they close at 7 I apologized because online it said 7:30 and even showed her what I saw. I had never been there before. So I get to sit and start to let my nails dry and not even 10 minutes later I was told I needed to go home because they were closed and had my shoes shoved at me. As I was walking out I apologized to the man who I spoke to on the phone and he told me they were open until 7:30 but go home when no one else is there. So I guess my business didnt matter. My nails are all messed up and Im not happy...

Absolutely horrible service, the lady that did my nails was so rough and rushed the whole process, one hand looks like that of a twelve year old compared to the other . All together both still so bad, the only thing decent is the color. Then my sister got the mani pedi deal and it was horrible, she asked for the deluxe pedicure and the lady didnt even do that... No scrub no nothing, paint job was horrible . All together for about 80$, definitely recommended to take your money else where.

Id give no stars if I could!My cousin went in to get her nails done and as shes sitting getting the work done 2 girls come in and start complaining. My cousin is then told she has to wait so the other 2 girls can be helped. Shes been waiting for 30mins as the other 2 girls are taken care of before she gets hers done.This is so rude and unprofessional!!This shows that you didnt think my cousins time was as impotent as the other 2 girls. Its also how you lose customers!I advised my cousin to leave and take her business else where to be treated with more respect then she was at this place.shame on you for making her wait in the middle of her service!

I love my nails ! So I went here a week ago and since then one nail broke completely off and a few others were lifting I went in to get it fixed and they actually fixed it and gave me a full fill and only charged me for the polish (witch looks so cool) I got color changing shellac love it 😍 also I’m gonna tell you to try CATEYE I used #9 on my 1st set of nails and omg it was so sparkly 🤗🤤 they want thier clients to be happy and they made sure I was happy they make sure u like what u have and the price isn’t too bad I’m a mom and I stay at home so I use my hands a lot (dishes, diapers, cooking, cleaning,etc.) so she made them thicker so they wouldn’t snap off I will be back found my new nail spot

They did such an amazing job! I think I found my new favorite place to get my nails done but i did notice the price is higher than other place I went to I hope its worth it .

They have alot of color selections. I love trying out new things from mood changing, cuteues, chwme, dipping powders. Dont worry guys, they have it all! Detinitely recommneded dipping powdwers.

My friend and I went in and asked if we were able to see some sample work because we were planning for prom. One of the ladies looked at us like we were stupid, then the ladies talked to each other in a language we could not understand, then one of the ladies pointed to the door, said go look somewhere else, and when as the door was closing as we were walking away, they were laughing their heads off. Rude and I will never go back there for anything. Strongly do not reccomend.

My mom and I went in for a fill, manicure and pedicure. The polish was very messy and they wouldn’t remove the dead skin and when we said they needed to fix something they would talk in there language. They were very rude and It was very rushed and way to expensive! Will not go back!!

I have gone here for a long time, the upped their price and then charged extra for coffin shape without telling me, it was going to be extra. And the shape wasnt even coffin! Poor customer service! Never going back!!

Waited for 45 minutes with acetone on my fingertips while they started 2 people that walked in after my appointment. I scraped the gel nail polish from my my nails with my nails and decided to leave. They charged $10 For the removal which they did not do. Terrible customer service!!
