I love this place. Both times I have gone to get my acrylics they have done amazing and gave me exactly what I wanted! I’ll keep going to this place for everything from now on.

Tint color is pretty far off, requested medium brown. This looks black. Fairly uneven. :(Good pedicure place tho.

Horrible experience! Came in with a bridal party, made reservations a few weeks prior and they overbooked themselves. Rushed through us and even tried denying services to us because they were short staffed and had walk ins come in. Not to mention one of the ladies in bridal party got burned! The bride herself asked for navy blue nails and received purple, transparent nails like ones pictured. The shellac nails I received was an additional $20 and they are peeling off after 2 days! The interior may be nice and up to date,but the quality of services received was not worth the over $700 spent for 6 ppl to get mani/pedis. Overpriced, rude, unprofessional and overall not a great salon. Last pic is after only 3 days of wear.

I was pretty faithful to this place since they opened. I liked the fact that I could book my appointments online. he staff were friendly and welcoming. Erica and Bella did an exceptional job. Recently they let the friendly staff go because apparently laughing and talking are not allowed for employees. Since then, things went downhill. They continually overbook making scheduled appointments wait. They sat me down with my feet in the water for 45 minutes. When they came to warm the water up for me because it would be a little longer, I refused and walked out. Fortunately Puyallup has dozens of other choices. If you have plenty of time time sit and wait...then this might be the place for you.

Hailey was Amazing. Im pretty simple. So I appreciate not just my color but how my skin and nails are addressed. She was detailed and never hurt me a bit. Checked repeatedly that I liked it. But it was perfect every time. Quiet, but pleasant and attentive. I loved my experience and plan to be back next month!

Clean environment, welcomed at the door. The front desk assistant followed covid protocol as well as my nail technician. The nail polish was good quality with a lot of matching colors for shellac and regular polish. Mimi was my nail technician and did an excellent job and needed minimal instruction. Not to mention she provided a great leg massage during my pedicure and then neck and shoulders with my shellac manicure. I should have taken a before picture because it was February when I last got my nails done!

I have gone to this place multiple times now, the first time was great but every other time after that something has happened, I booked an appt and showed up 1 minute late and they let 4 walk ins go in front of me I can understand 1 but 4??? They ladies are usually really rough and speed through the work and my nails always chip or break off within 2 weeks. I finally pulled in the towel I’m done with this place.

They were amazing, the atmosphere was both calming friendly and my nails look amazing!

This was my first time visiting this salon. I booked an appointment and came in in an hour. They didn’t walk me to my seat right away, even though I scheduled an appointment I had to wait like everyone else. People are really nice & professional though, and I am glad I can say it was worth the wait! Riley was a girl who did my pedicure and she is highly recommend among the staff. Will come again!

I have been going to the salon for a little over 2 years. During this time I had multiple services including waxing, dip powder nails and pedicures. Every time I have great service by professional team members and my favorite for my nails is Erica. Fiona the manager always remembers my name and treats you like family.

Friend booked several hundred dollars worth of services including facials, body wraps and full body massages. The tech INSISTED on upgrading my facial at an additional cost and the massage was what I would describe as a vigorous lotioning. There was no massage involved, the tech basically just rubbed lotion on me. The body wrap was a product that makes you feel very cold but the tech didnt attempt to describe what to expect beforehand, then they have you remove undergarments (while you have this scrub based product on you) so that you can shower it off and your undergarments end up with product all over them - seems like they could offer a basic disposable undergarment for this purpose or suggest you bring an extra set. Overall, just very disappointed with the services for a $400-500 visit. Salon is beautiful and people were very nice.

UPDATE: March 2021Still a fantastic experience every time I visit. On the rare occasions I have had a problem, they have offered to fix it right away or have offered a credit for my next visit.Today I had the fortune to have Erica take care of my acrylic nails. She reshaped them into a more tapered shape that is more flattering for me. She did a beautiful job applying the acrylic so they arent flat. I had her trim my cuticles, which usually makes me nervous but didnt hurt at all. And she finished with an expertly applied polish.I am moving and will miss the ladies at Pure Harmony very much.This was my first visit. I needed my nails filled and this new salon had good recommendations.First of all, the salon is beautiful! Light and airy, with modern touches like subway tile backsplashes at the sinks, weathered wood wrapped accent walls, and large glass globe light fixtures. The white manicure tables are clean and chairs comfortable. I was greeted immediately and given a chance to choose a nail color before being taken to a manicure station by Bella. She offered me a beverage (I chose a cup of hot tea which was perfect on a cold, snowy day). Bella took her time and did a very good job filling my nails, taking time to trim my cuticles, shortening and reshaping the nails, and finishing with a perfectly applied gel polish. The atmosphere, quality of service and value for your money is far above any of the other salons I have visited in the area. I will definitely be back (and look forward to trying a pedicure next time).

This salon and spa is so great in so many ways. Everyone is friendly and values you as a customer. The intereior is beautiful and bright just like the staff! Ive tried a lot of the services they offer and have been extremely happy with all of them. I got these nails done before going to Jamaica in the summer and they were so fun! The have a wide variety of colors to select from as well. I have done the Spa & Signature Pedicure and they both are amazing and relaxing. I am on my feet a lot and these two pedicured definitely give my feet the attention they need!!! The wraps were well done and I need to get my eye lashes tinted again! I dont live in Puyallup but I definitely make the drive there for the great treatment and experience.

This place was highly recommended by a friend so I figured I would treat myself and check it out! (It’s been 2 years since I’ve had my nails done.) I grew my nails out for the appointment and went in to ask for something fancy; a pink and white ombré style manicure. They asked if I wanted acrylic and I said no. The technician immediately sanded the top of my nails, haphazardly cut my nails back as far as she could, and grabbed the acrylics and asked me what length I wanted.It all happened so quickly... I didn’t even realize what was happening. They could tell I was confused, and clearly upset, so the Manager came over to speak to me. She asked if I was happy with the length of my nails - which confused me because they were entirely gone! I told her, “not really, they are extremely short, but what can we do about it now?”At this point, I just wanted to leave without getting a service, but I opted for the Express Manicure, hoping they could salvage what was left. They did their best to shape my nails (they are not even, and some are so short they are painful) and paint them and offered me a $5 discount. I had to switch nail technicians and seats 3 separate times during the ordeal as well. Overall a very frustrating and disheartening experience. I felt like no one was listening until it was too late. I don’t plan on coming back.

When we started coming here for our pedicures a little over a year ago it was great, but the more we have come the further the service has declined. This time upon arriving when we sat down, the woman who I would assume runs the place (only woman wearing a dress with a bun in the building that just floats around) asked the nail tech “Which one can you do faster”. Wait what? The nail tech then ripped and ran through the pedicure spilling her materials and bumping things the entire time leaving nail polish all the way up on my moms ankle. The poor girls scrub top was absolutely dirty and it isn’t even 12:30 PM yet. They also consistently rush through their foot/leg massages, so if that’s something you look forward to, do not get your hopes up. The girls are all very nice, but they definitely seem over worked and over booked. Typically throughout the service the nail techs are always asking different questions about how your service is going and looking for areas to improve your time there, but the woman running the place is clearly focused on quantity over quality. We are not particularly picky people when it comes to a pedicure, just looking for someone who does quality nail art to get us through the next 6-8 weeks. It certainly might be time we start to look for another nail spa if things do not start looking up for Pure Harmony.

This was my first time coming here and it was so nice. The lady doing my pedicure always made sure I was comfortable and I appreciate that. I brought my fiance for his first ever pedicure and he loved it as well. We will be back for sure.

First time going here. Everyone was nice and the facility was clean. I hadn’t had my nails done in over a year. Opted for dip powder with a couple tips for my shorter nails. My nails were so thick that they looked chunky and my nails were different lengths. After a few days, they looked very grown out. After one week, one of the tips popped off. After two weeks, I went to a different salon and asked them to to take them off and start over. Two of my nails had green mold underneath. I’ve had my nails done for many years with dip powder, acrylic and gel. I’ve never had something like this happen. I don’t usually give reviews, but I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. I will not be going back.

Mimi has done my nails the last 2 times and its been fantastic, I switched from dip to acrylic with gel polish. Fast and makes sure you like what she is doing throughout the service.I personally dont recommend Annie my service was rushed, didnt like the filing technique, and there was nail dust (from filing) left in the final product. And my nails were black so I could see the white powder and my nails were NOT black black like I wanted.My daughter gets her nails painted here she is 3, normally comes off that night sometimes while in the car. Thats fine its regular polish. Today we did gel was told it would last atleast 2 to 3 days. Weve been home an hour and 3 nails have come off. She isnt doing anything crazy.. however Im not too worried about it but was expecting them to stay on until tomorrow.Overall fantastic nail art and customer service! Only room for improvement would be filing for perfection, I normally find a few flaws in filing on a few nails. Not terrible just not perfect.

My mom sister and me came into the salon. We had been before and it was great the first time. This time though it was way more expensive. When we went to ask the lady at the front desk about why the price was different, she was very rude and abrupt with us. She said for a party of 3 they charge a 20% service fee which was not discolsed to us at the start of our appointment. When we said that was not fair, the manager said that she would refund us but if we came back she would refuse us service. So we will NEVER be going back and I do not recommend this place at all.

I went in first time going. warning to not go what so ever this place is a rip off I went with my mom and disabled sister the lady made my sister cry.they never told us we have to pay extra for different colors pay extra for gel pretty much extra for everything. they messed my moms nails up didn’t even finish and messed up my sisters and they charged us $350 dollars for nails that were all messed up. this place is a complete rip off.also they charge a tip for the nail technicians they added $54 tip to my bill. 247 for are nails & a tip they added it’s required they add it on and they never told us! moral of the story! Don’t go here there rip offs and charge extra for everything.

I recommend Annie she fixed my nails after one of the employees did a lazy job I was not having it with how this lady was doing it so I just said Im gonna do a different style and the owner put me with Annie and she actually made my day by making my nails look really pretty so Im happy

Cindy always does a great job and I always leave happily. While our last experience was trampled by rude customers being verbally rude. Cindy and the staff did a great job handling it and they deserve great customers.

Great nail salon, a little on the pricey side but I’m never upset for paying extra for great quality.I am one to want nails I’ve seen off the internet and they do a great job matching what I want. Ladies are always friendly and appointments are always available. This is my go to place.

This is the first time I have ever written a review and I have gotten my nails done for over 10 years now consistently. My first negative experience here was when they charged me over $50 for a fill. They did not tell me certain colors cost more or getting nail beds clipped were so much extra. I still gave them one more chance and came back today. I got a basic fill. The gal told me I had water under some of my nails and popped a couple nails off. She did not put any acrylics back on since my nails were short.. when I went to pay at the counter they told me that it was $5 per nail they had to pop off.. the girl proceeded to tell me that all salons do this which is not true. So if I had to get all 10 nails popped off it would be an additional $50?! Plus $10 for gel and the $17 for a “fill” so that would be a $77 nail appointment not including tip. This place is a rip off

The people scheduling appointments need so much additional training. When you schedule your next appointment, they don’t actually schedule it then you show up for what you thought was your appointment and you can’t be seen because they didn’t schedule it correctly. It’s so frustrating.

My only constructive criticism would the lack of regard to my request to not over sand my nails making them so thin. I wish nail technicians would not be so eager to sand so heavily. My nails & eyebrows look good though. Just wish the care of nail health was considered. Its not just here.

Look at my ombre dipping nails at Pure Harmony. They have been 3 weeks and even I was very rough with my nails but they still look great. All my friends, include my husband was jealous with my beautiful nails, so I will bring all of them to Pure Harmony to get theirs done tomorrow. So excited!

The salon was clean and the service was great. I got a full set of acrylics done. My nail techs skill was awful though. I even asked her ahead of time if she was capable of doing what I wanted and she failed. Another tech had to come help her. She rushed through the service. I’ll never be back. I wish she would have just been honest and said she can just do simple designs. I wouldn’t have been so disappointed.

Had great service on Saturday 2/22 with pedicure and dip powder manicure. As of today 2/28, not even a week later, half of my powder has chipped off. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. Wasted $45!

Came in today got a pedicure which cost $35. The gal who did my pedicure accidentally grated the top of my foot with the grater and it was bleeding and very painful. I complained and they gave me a $20 gift card. I now can’t put on a sock or a shoe because of the pain. I called and asked for a refund because I don’t want to come back and use the gift card. Manager said they couldn’t refund me and that the technician said it happened because I moved my foot even though she was holding my foot still. Now I’m in pain and was blamed for this unfortunate accident. I have been getting pedicures for years and this was the worst I’ve ever had not just because I got severely hurt. Do not go there!!!!!!!

I was looking for a new nail salon closer to my work and decided to try Pure Harmony today. It was the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had! They were so thorough despite being busy and everyone was so nice. Plus, my nails look amazing! I’m so happy I found a new regular place.

I have been going there for over a year and only seeing one girl well she’s no longer there. The past two times I went I saw someone else. My nails started braking off really easy. My thumb acrylic nail came off and I found NAIL FUNGUES! I have been getting my nails done for over 6 years and NEVER had this! I have it in 3 of my nails I was told that it was due to unclean tools! I will NEVER return.

Walked in at 638pm they close at 730pm asked to get a fill no polish just a fill the girl looked around and said oh we stop taking clients at 630pm. This is not posted anywhere she literally could care less. Bad business I am a licensed beauty professional, if its a policy fine how about post it. Do not ask me to help me if I cannot receive any services.Especially when you have clients still receiving services.

I received a pedicure, eyebrow tint and wax. The pedicure was fine, nothing fancy just a basic pedicure that you could get anywhere. The tint and wax was horrible. I have had this service elsewhere and loved the results. The waxing was just awful. Not only did she miss places, but spots she did get she took my skin right off. 4 days later Im left with scabs that continue to peel and are very painful. I have never have this happen before and I am extremely disappointed. I will not be going back. I have had pedicures elsewhere that were better for a lesser price.

The salon has recently mandated a 20% tip. I don’t feel that’s fair considering the multiple cuts and bleeding I endured.

I actually started coming here because of Erica who is a nail tech here. I followed her from a salon near my house in Kent where i had been seeing her for months. This place is BEAUTIFUL everything is brand new/and gorgeous. The ambiance is amazing and they have tons of colors/dip powders/etc. i have nothing but good things to say about Erica she is wonderful. She truly cares about making the customer happy, she takes her time and never rushes. As someone who has religiously gotten their nails done every two weeks for over 15 years i WISH i had found her sooner. I have made Pure Harmony my new nail salon and am so happy with my nails every time. THANK YOU ERICA !

The lady who did my nails didn’t even put them to my cuticles and 3 nails fell off within 36 hours and the others are peeling off then since they were only have on my nail it broke my actual in half and my actual nail came off also it was over priced

This might just have been the best pedicure Ive ever had. I got the detox and anti-aging pedicure and Kim did an amazing job on my calluses and the paint job is flawless. Everything seemed very clean and well appointed; all staff members were incredibly friendly as well. I also appreciate that the parking is very easy. I love this place!

Was seeking a new nail tech and decided to try the new Pure Harmony Spa just minutes from my home. They got me scheduled right away. When I arrived they were running on time, Fiona, Le & Yen were all professional, gentle & did a great job. I will definitely be back & will refer my friends & family.

First time going here & I have no complaints. Made an appointment and they helped within 5 minutes of walking through the door. My nail tech lady was Amy and I absolutely LOVE my acrylic full set. She took her time on my nails and she was super nice.

So clean! Bella is an amazing nail technician! A wonderful experience and will definitely be calling this my new nail salon!

I scheduled an appointment yesterday for today and had no idea today was their grand opening. The staff is so kind and the spa was beautiful! I had a wonderful gel manicure and already scheduled two additional appointments. I strongly recommend!

Totally worth paying a little bit extra for their services! Fantastic staff, all treatments start with a complimentary foot soak where they provide you with a free drink when you got a $45 service up. They are brand-new but everything is perfect. Due to the grand opening promotions, they have a lot of clients, but I don’t feel any rush on their services. This is going to be my favorite spa in Puyallup.

This was an excellent experience. I was really impressed with the level of service and how friendly the staff were. They each wished me a happy birthday and gave me a birthday card. The manicurist and esthetician were very thorough with delivering on expected service level. The spa was well maintained and clean. I am local and will return.

Went the week they reopened. Super clean and efficient gals. Easy to book either online or via phone. Went in f or a pedi, left with eyebrows tint, waxed, and a dermaplanning. Super cool thing. I’ll be back next month. Ask for Kim, she’s the skin gal.

I HAVE to give this place the most glowing of reviews. Waltzed in like a dummy 30 mins before close, 2 days before my wedding. Ive never had my nails done before an Im a biter and a picker so my nails were nonexistent and my cuticles were shredded to bits. They squeezed me in and gave me the most gorgeous false nails super fast! Best, most friendly service. I will be returning when they grow out.

Beautiful new spa on South Hill. The aesthetic is what every salon should strive for. Clean, modern and spacious. It is on the pricier side (50$ for a dip manicure) but worth it in my opinion based on the quality and service.

I have gotten a pedicure and lash extensions at Pure Harmony and have loved both services! The atmosphere was relaxing and the girls working were kind and professional. The owner was so nice and friendly. I will definitely be going back!

I had an old acrylic set removed and new a set. I hate getting them removed because most places just rip them off and dont care if theyre hurting the client. But I came in here to get them removed and he was very gentle and asked repeatedly if I was doing ok; he was very sweet. For my new set I got coffin shape and normally coffin shapes look a little wonky and me because my nail beds are crooked but he did a beautiful job. They came out perfect! I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know.

DO NOT waste your time or money here. The service was horrible. My gel polish peeled off 2 days after I got it and a nail fell off about a week after I got a fill. I had to go back in and have it fixed but the job they did was still horrible. The polish job was awful as well, they missed the whole side of my nail on several fingers and they didnt file them the right way. My nails were filed crooked and they were bumpy where they should have been smooth...just a big flop for me. The facility is nice but it doesnt mean anything if the job you are paying them to do isnt done right! They seem to rush through the service too, not taking the time to make sure the little details are done right and done well. I was very disappointed with this salon.

Grand opening! This is the nicest salon here in Puyallup. The ladies were very friendly and attentive. The owner was friendly and you can tell she was very passionate of her customers and workers. Since we moved 2 years ago from Kirkland It’s been hard searching for a good nail salon here in Puyallup. Glad I came to the grand opening! You won’t be disappointed. Sofia was my nail tech- she was awesome!

I ‘be been wanting to try out the spa here for quite some time now and I am glad I did. Made an appointment for their wrinkle resurfacing facial and Eyelashes extension. I was having some issues with the black head and wrinkle at the time. They was causing me bad feeling. I forgot the name of the girl who did my facial and lashes, but she was great and definitely helped with the black heads and gave my skin a new look. I also specially love my lashes now. They look amazing. I love this place so far!

If I could a zero, I would. I walked in for my scheduled appt a few minutes early and the employees there all looked at me, then continued to carry on with their conversation. Not one person said anything to me while I stood there for about 2 min, even after I said hello. What kind of customer service is that?Edited to add: that would be an acceptable response if the employees were busy. It was so quiet you could hear crickets.

Came in with my friend for her birthday and we got pedis. They turned out amazing! The staff were very kind and the receptionist was an absolute doll. Will be returning for lashes some time in the next couple weeks☺️. Ill update after my next visit.

Staff is very nice and the service there is excellent.

Went in for a simple shellac manicure, they didn’t have an open chair at 3pm and was told to come back at 6pm. Once there they sat me and said to pick a color. It took me 15 seconds to choose my color, the woman then asked which I picked, got up walked off and brought me a different set (dip gel) colors and I told her I didn’t want dip gel.. then she walked away again. Finally 20 minutes later she came and asked me if I picked a color, to which I said yes then she told me they don’t have that color (off-white) and I needed to choose a nude brown. All in all I understand that you’ve just opened and maybe don’t have everything in stock yet. But that should be told when someone picks that as the only color they want. Not 25 minutes later!

Dont go there. Went there with my wife tonight after going for almost a year. This is not the first time we had problems with they way the product turns out. Wife got eyelashes done again after only a week ago we got the touched up they offered to squeeze my wife in and do them they did them and the conners of them arent completely done all the way and she asked they wanted to charge her an extra 45mins of time and wanted to fight with her that they were fine and charged her for them the manager told her its okay to just come back in 2 weeks for touch up. She tryed to blame Jay Inslee and the requirements to shut the shop down and clean that we pretty much were an inconvenience to them

Best Nail Place In Puyallup Great Staff Erica Did A Great Job On My Nails I Will Be Coming back Here And I Highly Recommend This Place. And They Have Great Vietnamese coffee.

The owner truly cares about her business and goes above and beyond to fix mistakes and make sure that you leave happy. I am impressed.

I wouldn’t recommend. The lady got an attitude when I told her I didn’t want the UV light on my nails because I was getting dip powder. Then she shaved my nail bed down so far to the base that my tip bent and snapped half way down my nail and bled everywhere a few days later. Also my nails were un even and rushed. My hands were left dusty with glue everywhere. Just seemed very unorganized. This place has potential but I did not have a positive experience. I will not be returning.
