I have been looking for any place that can cut my hair properly for years and years now. Tried dozens of Barber shops and salons and Ive getting to the point where I cant trust Google and Yelp reviews anymore.I found this place on Google and the reviews made this place seem amazing! I was hoping to finally get a decent cut but that just was not the case. I got one of the worst hair cuts that Ive ever gotten and if I could give this place 0 or negative stars, I would. My haircut is so bad that I cant even stand to look at myself in the mirror and have ended up shaving my head.After reading all the great reviews for June, I should have waited for her. But I also read many great reviews for Esther and she was the one who was free when it was my turn. I went against my intuition and I regret it.Esther absolutely butchered my hair. The fade is absolutely terrible. Its uneven, sticks out in several areas, and there are no clean lines. There are no even lengths to be found anywhere. The entire top of my head looks like a rough patch of grass. Patches sticking up and divots everywhere. The length is incredibly uneven everywhere and my hair looks boxy on one side. She didnt use scissors once and thats a major red flag. She did all the cutting with electric trimmers and a brush. And she just hacked away at my hair with no attention to detail. I have tons of stray hairs up to half an inch long sticking out of all areas of my fade that should all be buzzed to an even length. And when doing lines around my ear, she just hacked away way too much and it looks ridiculous.When she handed me a mirror, I was horrified and asked her to even out the sides at the top of my fade which was incredibly uneven and patchy. She handed me a mirror again to check and not much was fixed. I wanted to tell her to do more but I had no faith left in her. I told her it was fine just so I could get the hell out of there.The pictures cant fully capture how truly terrible this hair cut is. I showed her a picture of a quiff style cut that I wanted and what I got wasnt even remotely close. I wasted 20 bucks for a cut that was so unbearably bad that there was no choice but to shave my head. Now I have to wait forever to grow it out to have normal hair again.I thought about waiting to post this review so I could go back later and have June cut my hair, but I dont think I will ever go back.

This is a very good barbershop. They are very good and can get you in and out in no time. Right now with the current restrictions there are only two people allowed inside while waiting and the workers there check your temp and give you hand sanitizer as you come in. I have been coming here for years and I have never left with a bad cut. June and ester have been my go to barbers, they are very good. I suggest this barbershop to anyone in the area.

One of my favorite barbers in the area! Been going for 2+ years. Ive had more great cuts than good, and only twice have I been less than excited about how it turned out. Theyre all good, and great with a 7 year old as well.

Just google searched for a barber and ended up here. I was lured in by there good reviews and it was worth it. Nice clean cut, skin tight fade, straight razor hot towel, plus a massage with a few karate chops to top it off. Very pleased.

Always gets me in when I need a haircut, I think the most time Ive ever waited was about 10 minutes. Always cuts my hair just like I asked, and they give you a little massage at the end which is nice.

Stopped here on the way back from Rainier for a quick haircut. Only walk-ins, but the wait, even on a Saturday afternoon was under 15mins.Got a clean and professional haircuit with a relaxing neck and back massage.

I stumbled upon this place yesterday and I couldnt be more happy with my experience. Its hard to find barbers who can give you exactly the cut youre looking for...especially with a mullet! Ester was excellent, the price was great, the massage and hot towel were soooo nice, and they had Monday Night Football on. This will be my permanent barber shop from here on out.

Found this place after great clips upset us. Got a hair cut for my 10 year old and I. Both of our fades came out great. Haircuts were done quick but then spend alot of time on the small details and take good pride in their work. This is our new place.

If you need your hair or beard trimmed or cut this place will do it.Then when you think you were done, you get a short back message.Parking is limited at times especially around the holidays.But the prices are worth checking them out vs. the larger chain barber shops.

Finding a new barber in a new location is very much like finding a competent, attentive, and professional medical provider. It is challenging and luck of the draw. I went to this place base on stellar 5 star reviews from 20+ individuals but what I experienced just now made me realize reviews can be quite misleading. I had the skinny long hair gal cut my hair. I showed her exactly from clear pictures on my cellphone what I wanted and how high it should be...unfortunately she got it very wrong. It resulted in a too damn high fade to the crown of my head...now I look like a punk. For frack sake I showed you a picture. Maybe she needed her glasses. I also found it quite annoying that she was more interested in conversing with her coworker then giving me her full attention. In the end I gave her a tip because the surprising shoulder massage actually felt damn good. Otherwise I am not coming back for lack of attentiveness and questionable competence from someone who has probably been doing her job for a long time. Oi

Been going to a couple of places in town and I think I found my new favorite place and it’s a great cut for cheap. $16 got me a cut with beard trim, eyebrow trim, shave, hot towel, and massage. Couldn’t be happier and Jade has excellent attention to detail. I’ll be back from now on.

This place does some amazing hair cuts. They arent the fastest, but their attention to detail is well worth it. Their prices are comparable to other barber shops like this one, and every hair cut is finished with a razor finish and a massage. My new favorite place to get a hair cut.

DO NOT GO HERE.I’ve never had such bad haircuts before coming to this place.The first time I got my hair cut here, the lady took a huge chunk out of my eyebrow and made my ear bleed. I had to go get my hair fixed somewhere else and had to get my eyebrows completely reshaped at a Waxing the City (which is a great place btw).The next time I needed my hair cut, I decided to give this place another try. After all, everybody has a bad day every now and then. I got a different person than I had in my prior visit, bit this ended up being a mistake as I received another terrible haircut. Again, I had to get my hair fixed elsewhere.After getting my haircut at another barber shop the next couple of times, I decided to give this place yet another chance. I went in to get my hair cut today and instructed the barber very clearly to hopefully avoid another mishap, but she didn’t listen and pretty much buzzed my entire head. I requested a “slight cleanup” and specifically instructed her to not take any length off the top. Guess what she did... she took the buzzer straight to the top and now 3 inches of hair is gone 🤷🏻‍♂️ Then when I told them I wasn’t satisfied and wasn’t going to pay because they didn’t listen to how I told them to cut my hair, they started yelling at me in another language for several minutes before reluctantly letting me leave.TL;DRDon’t go here. They did not listen to what I wanted during any of my three visits and they likely won’t listen to what you want either. They seem to just do whatever they want. Don’t waste you time or money here.

All I can say is wow and thank you. It is hard to find a well priced and good barber these days. They cut both mine and my sons hair and were so enthusiastic playing with toys with my 1 yr old lol. It was an enjoyable experience and not to mention they did a wonderful and professional job on both of us.

Ive been getting the military fade for over 10 years and this really is the Best Barber Shop. Ive never had a more consistent cut, and even though the military rate is $10, it beats cuts that Ive paid $40 for at other places. The skin tight fade gets a hot shave from a straight edge finished with a steamed towel. Upper back and neck massage at the end is just icing on the cake. The barbers definitely value quality over quantity... even with customers waiting, they still take their time to get the cut right. Ive never walked out of here disappointed.

So, I took my son here as I have the last 4 haircuts because the lady with the short mushroom cut hair with glasses always does a great job. Now in previous times I could sense the attitude when we walk in but this time Monday 22nd of July was the worst experience ever. First I now say for sure they dont like doing African American hair. Whenever we come we have to wait for this one lady who again always seems to have an attitude with us. I also make sure to let them know that my son is Autistic and has sensory issues. On the 22nd we came in and were next in line but when we went to go to the seat the lady said to wait for the other lady and made hand signals in reference to my sons hairline (shapeup). I politely waited and when the lady was ready I said the same thing I say every time I come 1 on the sides 2 on top. She then goes to mutter now you want different you get one way and yall always want something different. First off i am paying for this so who cares how i want it ( again i said the same thing i say everytime 1 on sides 2 on top) She then precedes to take a chunk out of my sons hair on the side and says thats 1 and then does the same at the top saying thats 2. Right then I should have cursed her racist butt out but Im bigger than that and have my son with me. I show her a picture of what she had done before in which she mutters oh so now you want short. Me, trying to stay cool, continues to praise her by saying no do it how you normally do, you always do amazing. The whole haircut she has a look of pure disgust on her face. My son begins to squirm and jerk due to his autism ( noise from clippers and feel from them) in which she say dont be a baby this just haircut and then asks how old he is. I tell her 8 in which she says 8 is big boy you dont cry like baby. We finish finally and I go to pay ( she still has look of disgust on face) then I realize they have a sign saying please try to bring cash. I try to apologize because Im using a card and this is my first time seeing this sign in which her look of disgust gets worse. Even though we received this horrible treatment I still tipped $5 because I know with my son being autistic it is a challenge for them. I say thank you and have a nice day she says nothing and again looks at me with disgust. So during the whole time we were there I watched her say, politely, to each person that came and left Hello and Goodbye. Terrible and they should be ashamed of themselves. Now I have to find another place to take my child because we definitely dont deserve to be treated like thay. Beware of you are African American or anyone getting anything other than a normal haircut.

I went here in desperate need to find a replacement for my barbers in Auburn, The Beau Shop (you should check them out) because of distance. I got there and no wait time. The lady that helped me had my head skin faded, with a hard part, massaged, and styled in less half an hour. She was very friendly. You cant beat their prices for a cut (12.5 for adults, 10.0 for kids) and all the little extras that will make this place my familys go to from now on. You live up to the name on your business. They gave me the best fade Ive gotten so far, out of five different shops this year. Looks sketchy and run down but dont let the appearance fool you. Their haircuts are FIRE. They gave me a low fade, long on top (think Zayn Malik type fade) with choppy texture up top. Also gave me a shoulder rub, hot towel, and back massage machine. All for $12. Best kept haircut secret in South Hill/Puyallup/whatever no mans land city its technically in. Their sign actually says Best Barber Shack so if youre going here because of Google reviews, dont let the name trick you.
