Mike and his team did a great job on my Nissan car. Had major repairs done. Head gaskets, all timing chains & guides, water pump, motor mount, valve covers, oxygen sensor. Car runs great!! Much appreciated. Thanks!!

As a woman Ive had some bad experiences with auto repair shops. Ive been talked down to in regards to explaining my cars issues. But Ive been working on cars since my 20s way before there were computers in cars. But now in my 50s & unable to work on my own I went to Mikes as a referral. I was treated with respect & kindness. Mike explained some things about my car & what needed to be done. I definitely walked out of the shop with a smile on my face. I would highly recommend this shop.

I called and told the guy who answered the phone my issue and I felt he was really rude. Didn’t seem like he cared at all. After reading a similar review, I feel like that person talked to the same guy and I’m definitely not bringing my business here.

My family has taken our trucks to Mikes for many years and always have a good experience. Quality work at great prices.I recently had to swap my transmission in my Jeep Wrangler. All other shops wanted outrageous prices to do it. I called Mike and he was able to do it for a fraction of what those other shops wanted. Mike and the team did a great job and were very friendly. I highly recommend their shop.

Called to get an estimate for diagnostic when my car stopped running all the sudden..The guy who answered the phone was pretty rude and didnt even wanna give me a ballpark price. He just told me it would take a few hours at $95/HR. So im paying $300-$500 just for them to tell me what happened to my car??? Sounds like a joke to me. 1 star.

I took my car in to Mikes because the mileage seemed to be dropping suddenly, for no apparent reason (recent service, good maintenance, ect...) and I needed to find the culprit QUICK! Mike got me into the shop within 3 days (4 days faster than any other shop I called) and charged more than $40 LESS than everyone else. He and his crew were efficient and professional, and very thorough. While you may have to wait your turn for quite awhile at the local coffee shop nearby, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mikes shop!

I always have had good luck knowing good mechanics but we were in a pinch when one of our cars broke down. I called Mikes since it was near our apartment. I really was apprehensive about using a mechanic I didnt know if you know what I mean. He did a great job and charged very fair on his prices. Since that time Ive taken others of our cars back. I have to say, its nice to find a mechanic who doesnt even know you and yet will be fair.

We took our car to Mikes on the recommendation of our regular mechanic. The cars diagnostics reported a short that left in the internal lights on and drained the battery. We got the initial diagnostic from my regular and trusted mechanic and all the information on the codes for the short coming from the diagnostic computer, and contacted Mikes Automotive. He said he could take the car right away. We dropped the car off on a Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon, Mikes auto still hadnt looked at the car. They said they would look at on Wednesday. Wednesday comes and goes.. still nothing.TWO days later- On THURSDAY they finally looked at the car. Their answer when I spoke to them; We couldnt find anything wrong.. your wife must have left something on.Now, my regular mechanic found a problem.. the problem was NOT user error.. But as far is Mikes Auto it was regardless of the facts that were presented to him.My wife goes to pick up the car.. and is treated like a complete and utter moron. The guy running the shop (Im guessing Mike) saw two men that arrived AFTER my wife did BEFORE he would speak to her. He was rude and condescending and said basically the same thing that he said to me on the phone; well, you know.. if you leave things on in the car it will kill the battery.. you should be more careful in the future.Worst service my wife and I have received. From ANY mechanic.. EVER. You dont talk to ANYONE like theyre stupid and you dont blatantly behave like a chauvinist jerk to your female customers.We wont be back. Not recommended.

Mike has been my mechanic for several years now. I was referred to him by my mechanic that was retiring! Actually, Mikes has the most reasonable prices I have run across! My former mechanic had me take my T bird to a new exhaust system many years ago. Since then, he has been the only mechanic to work on our vehicles. His staff include a great guy named Mark who is very diligent and informative. I totally trust Mike and his crew, I do not ever feel pressured nor do they over sell! His honesty has kept me coming back to see them for many years! I am not one to write reviews normally, but today Mikes went the Extra Mile for me and I truly appreciated it!! I would love to ask the few people that wrote a bad review, if they truly noticed the amount of cars an the Quality of cars that were being serviced??? It has been my experience that if they are Good Mechanics you will see Muscle Cars and other antique cars there. I have seen many of these there, antique car guys are very particular on who works on their cars!Thanks Mike and Mark for squeezing me in today without an appt! My car is money...if I do not have it I cannot get to work!! Today was another golden opportunity to tell you why I trust them so much!! The car would not start, we had power just no action....It was a fuse!!!!! He could have really made some money as we had no clue what was wrong! But instead, i was told No Charge!! I said no, could you please do an oil change and a check up?? Not only did they take care of the fuse, they showed me where it was and how to change it!!These are the type of guys that know how to bring people back to their shop! That is why his lot is always full and it is hard to get in at times. I truly doubt that the people that wrote the bad review are happy anywhere! Feeling Blessed to have such loyal community people in our little town! *****Five Star Service*****

Sad experience, will not go back. Even if this place is close to u, its not worth it!! There are better mechanic out there!!!
