Ridiculous appointment scheduling. If you want a scheduled service you have to wait 2 months. Wow! But the service is pretty good though.
Car had a recall and they were very helpful and friendly. Took time with my car and washed it before returning it. 💘 that. Thanks 😊
All of my speakers stopped working in my 2015 Hyundai Genesis. They claimed my amplifier had water damage and reported that to my extended warranty company. Took the car to get a second opinion at a different shop and the mechanic called me down to take pictures of the amp and surrounding area which had ZERO debris, dirt, water damage. Luckily, my warranty company covered the fix at the other shop after verifying that there was indeed NO water damage to my stock amplifier. Scammed me out of almost $200.
Service is always good but the courtesy shuttle is a myth. Ive requested it 4 or 5 times in the last couple of years and it has never once shown up.
