I got a phone call from Jessy yelling at me saying that we my company is ridiculous because we are asking to change font and color of font in and insurance plan. He didnt even say who the mutaual interested party was I had to ask about who he was referring to.. We just requested to be listed as additionally insure to cover both businesses. We did NOT ask for font style or color to be changed. Do not use this company they do not have your best interest and are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I would highly recommend Insurance West. Probably one of the most amazing small business insurance companies Ive ever worked with. They have brought me so much value. Charmine and Jesse have helped me over the years finding me the cheapest insurance and shopped until they found something affordable and something that fit my needs and what I needed in my car insurance. They have also went to bat for me when I had a issue with an insurance company who didnt do their job correctly but Insurance west (Jesse) went out of his way to make it right and showed the best customer service I have yet had. He accepted my frustration let me take it out on him didnt get mad at me but instead talked me down and made everything right. I highly recommend this company for your insurance needs. While the young lady on the phone was an absolute sweetheart and Im sure just doing her job, the company itself as a whole seems like its engaging in some SUPER shady business practices. Avoid this place at all costs. Id trust the sketchy homeless guy down the road before ever trusting Insurance West again.

Only had for 4 months and the rate has changed they are charging me $46 more for no reason, havnt had any new tickets or changed anything at all

I have had insurance here for a while. I needed to provide some information to them to get a new policy and I didnt have the information on me and certainly didnt have it memorized. I didnt know I would be asked the question. The woman that answers the calls, but isnt an insurance agent, literally laughed and said ya well that would be important. She said it really sarcastically. Really? There are 100 other places I can go for insurance and not deal with with rude people. I decided to go elsewhere and ended up saving about $10 a month over their quote and the service was great!

Truly a terrible company. From the top to the bottom this agency is set to rip hard working people off. Do not use Insurance West!!! Scammed me out of several hundred dollars and didnt care - from other survivors Ive talked to sounds like daily biz for them. Be warned!

Very shady company. We were referred to this company after buying a car and they do not mention they charge you $150 for their fee just to find you insurance. When I asked why the first payment was so high the agent said that this was the fee through progressive instead of being honest and stating they charge you. Vern Fonk will find you the lowest insurance without charging you. Don’t use this company, they will deceive you.

Was not notified of the 150.00 fee they charge on top of your car insurance down payment in till after I had already gave my debit card info and it was charged then I received paperwork stating the fee. So instead of me just paying 310 for my insurance down payment I was charged 460. But they made it very unclear of the fee in till after I was under the impression my down payment to my auto insurance was 460.00 but was really only 310.00 if I had known that before had I would of just did my insurance my self and it would of been wayyyyyyy cheaper!! Such a bummer after buying my new car to have to deal with that 😣
