During a downpour the roof leaked into a condo unit in three places. The next day the ceiling caved in. ServePro dispatched a team within 30 minutes and cleaned up the mess and installed fans to dry the room. Super impressive regarding the level of communication, professionalism and quality of work.

These guys went beyond the call. My mom is 91 and cant hear well. they were so kind to her and worked with me on planning. The job turned out beautiful. Sure made my mom smile. I recommend them. Mark went way out of his way to answer my questions

This place was recommended by my insurance company. Came right out to inspect and inspector was great. After that slow response times, a canceled appointment, multiple billing requests with no appointment time set, workers left without saying anything. They could only do mitigation not restoration. I could have done the work myself and saved the hassle of them coming on the wrong day!

If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. If your insurance company ever recommends ServPro of Puyallup, run the other direction. At the recommendation of my insurance company I signed paperwork for ServPro to clean up minor water damage at my home and then restore what they ripped up. Their remediation took out hard wood that likely could have been left in place. they left my toilet in the backyard and bathroom vanity in the middle of the kitchen. Then they delayed for weeks to discuss any restoration. Finally said if I paid $4,000 upfront they’d schedule a time to come out in several weeks. I paid, waited a week for them to schedule a time and then they called and canceled the job. Now I’m left to figure out how to put my house back together. All in all, horrible customer service.Update 9/18/21The company’s response is the cut and paste answer used for anyone that they leave in the lurch. It is meaningless.

I was at work two hours away when I got word that my condo was flooding, badly. In a panic I called my insurance company immediately and asked them to dispatch their most trusted company because they would be working solo until I got home. When I got home, Nick was standing by the door with documents in hand like some knight in shining armor. I couldnt believe it when he said he was done for the night. He had the standing water cleaned up, and numerous big fans going throughout. In the 2 hours it took me to get home, he was dispatched and had already started the first, and most important,  of many stages. Throughout the following week, he walked me through all the steps, to include the need to demo certain walls and pull up flooring where I didnt suspect there would be water. His instincts of following the water was spot on. Floor board after floor board contained pooled water underneath. Had he stopped where I thought was the end of the water, the damage would have been far more devastating.I was lucky enough to have Nick show up every day, sometimes with a helper in tow, to continue the clean up and eliminate potential long term problems. Seriously, the work ethic of each of the Servepro employees I dealt with is impeccable. When it was decided that my belongings needed to be packed up and moved out of my home to facilitate the repairs, it was Nick who continued to show up day after day and work tirelessly to keep the process going. He packed everything with the utmost care, and he spared no bubble wrap. I have no concerns whether my belongings are protected and secure from any damage while being moved and stored. He even made constant trips to my coin jug to make deposits of the change he would find.Servepro, and specifically Nick, was able to get the dryout and storage done in two weeks making it possible to get the estimates done timely and keep everything moving. Servepro came through for me in amazing ways and I highly recommended them.

This was the most disjointed experience I could imagine between the insurance program, the construction manager, and the actual crew that came out and did work on my house. It took months to get my work done and scheduled from my house actually being impacted. The only thing that was timely or clear was communication about collecting money from me or my late penalties that will be incurred.Once the work started I had to bargain for available windows when the crew could be available around their other jobs, and the final result looks like someone was learning on my job how to sheet rock. I used a professional service because I dont have time to mud/tape/sheetrock, and I assumed I would get professional results compared to my own work. Really, really bad experience.

Issac was a good rep for the company and had a great demeanor. If he wasnt able to answer a question he jumped on the phone and ran it by his lead and got us a solution fast. He was there to get us put back together as quick as possible.

The actual work that was completed was okay. It took them longer than it should have, but the manager on-site did really well to work with me and keep me updated on the project.However, the owner is completely unresponsive. I have a check for them from insurance and I cant even get him to respond to tell me where to send it and how to pay him. Extremely poor customer service, would not recommend.UPDATE: I was finally able to get an invoice from them and paid immediately. They have signed for and received the FedEx envelope and will not respond to me with a paid receipt. I am trying to sell my home, already one buyer back out because of their negligence, and likely now will not be able to close again because of their inability to manage account payments.

These guys arw up doing mold clean up in our aprt attic have been in two separate occasions now in mt vernon wa n I leave when they come cuz i have dogs I dont want to have to lock up and yesterday I came home and they left my aprt unlocked and the door open I could have been robbed for everything in my house

My family and I suffered a terrible fire loss. We are thankful our insurance company referred Servpro of Puyallup to take care of everything. They were truly a 1 stop shop. They were skilled in not only addressing all aspects of the house and contents restoration, but they made dealing with our insurance company so much easier. Our house is beautiful now. This place is a joke!!! Our kitchen had a leak from the dishwasher. The water went into the floors. Which created damage every where in the kitchen and part of the dining room. Our kitchen was demoed immediately. Its been like this since mid august and its now just a few days before Xmas. Now that was 4 months ago. These guys still have not finished. Its one thing after another. The One thing that is for certain is if they even actually show up its many hours late... thats if we are lucky. Jeff lies through his teeth.... when he actually answers the phone... if he even answers!!! I know insurance has already cut them their check so its no wonder why this is happening. Our flooring was put in the kitchen and they sealed our carpet down as well. Without putting any padding back under the carpet. Like I said one thing after another. I could keep going but Im so angry and upset that my kids are living in these conditions and I really hope they would just finish. Oh yeah one last thing one of their employees went in my bathroom without asking.... mind you its my master bathroom and he had the nerve to shut the door while I was in my bed with my little children. Looks directly at me in bed and says Im gonna use this. In all my years Ive never felt more violated as I did that day. These people are sick, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. This is the last time I will ever be treated like this!!!!! Finish my damn kitchen already. Enough!!!!

The company was called to give my elderly mother a quote for water damage. The person(Larry) who came in gave her a quote fore more than $6000, with more damage that was there. She was told there was mold and that water had soaked the insulation in her crawl space, all the carpet on the main floor of her house had to be replaced, all the drywall and floor broads would also need to be replaced. Which wasn’t true, after having someone else(who was recommended by her insurance agent) come out none fo this was true and it could all be fixed for a lot less. I wouldn’t recommend any company that tries to take advantage of elderly or people who are in a position to trust that people will be honest and trustworthy.

SERVPRO came out for a small water damage, but it wasnt a bad issue and they coached me on how to resolve this myself. They were a huge help!

Massive wind storm on Labor Day blew branches into roof which created a massive leak inside the house a week or so later when the rain started. ServPro was called in. Immediately they dispatched a roofing contractor – Rob with ARMCO, who mitigated the leak and tarped my roof. The inside team showed up – Kala and Marissa – they were totally professional and did an amazing job of explaining what they were doing and what the process entailed, they sealed off area from rest of house, removed wet drywall, pulled up carpet, went into nasty crawl space to check moisture levels through floors, etc.. . Several repeated trips afterwards to monitor and add or take away dehumidifiers.. Once area was dry - the team of ServPro construction was on the spot with Joe providing me with a very well detailed plan of attack on the entire process of rebuilding. Nate the craftsman, has been at the house doing drywall and texture, etc… I am extremely happy with the team of ServPro folks that have mitigated out leak issue. Great job folks! Highly recommend!

We had a busted pipe Sunday night and water leaked into our heating vents and by Tuesday afternoon we had heat again! I want to thank Jacob M. And Darren for their quick service and going above and beyond. They were only going to extract the water and our landlord was going to have someone else come fix our flex duct (which meant we would be without heat for who knows how long) but the guys came back and fixed the ducts for us knowing I had a little one in the house and it was going to be freezing temperatures! Darren was awesome knowing how to calm my dogs from barking (I was holding my little one) while telling me what was going on. Jacob was very thorough in explaining to me the process! I do not answer my door to anyone, unless they have a house key that is the only way I will let you in my home. My husband and stepdaughter they answer the door. The reason my stepdaughter was home with me was to let these people in, and if I had a panic attack she would step in. I did not have any anxiety except for anticipation before they showed up. I met them, and my anxiety went away completely, except I wish my house was cleaned up a little better. They were all friendly, smiled, and seem very happy with helping us. I highly recommend anyone to request all 8 people, you will be 100% happy with them. The company they work for should know how lucky they are to have them. I would like to request all of them to come back. Our house has to be done in three sections because I refuse to leave my home, and stay at a hotel until our house is completely finished. They moved everything into the Pod that was downstairs. When the floors and walls are painted then we need the furniture taken out of the Pod and put back in downstairs. Then we need the upstairs furniture put into the Pod except for my bedroom. Then when that is finished, we will need them to come back and put the furniture back upstairs, and the final room will be done is my bedroom, and I will need my room put into the pod, and when that room is finished I will need them again to bring my bedroom furniture back upstairs into my room. I know it is a lot of work to do my house in sections, but I really can not leave my home, and that is why the insurance company is nice enough to work with me. Yes! I would very much like the same people to come back to our house to help us finish. If they can come back it will be easier on me then to bring anyone new to help. I am comfortable to not have my stepdaughter take a day off from school. I am confident that I feel safe to have them in our home with me being alone. I will answer the door to them. One of them offered to take my couch to the dump for me. He didnt have to do that, but it was very sweet he offered. I have all their names written down, but I dont remember his name. He went above and beyond to offer to take the couch. Every single one of them was awesome. They were quick too. Our entire house was covered in soot after cleaning out our gas fireplace. I called Serv pro and Josh L. came out to give us an estimate within hours of the occurrence. Writing for a friend cuz they prefer to remain anonymous and had a bad experienceThey dont care about mold or dust apparently. Buddy of mines kid does property restoration and said that spraying mold down with whatever chemical isnt enough to treat it, that theyre supposed to set a plastic barrier so mold dont spread, hepa vaccum it, spray it, and wipe it. Additional wire brush scrubbing on framing, which wasnt performed, which could potentially damage the structure.. Buddys kid also said they set plastic up for nearly everything to keep dust and etc from spreading, big peace of mind to customers.Its ironic when this place has the word pro in their name

I recently had a tenant move out of my rental. The damage they did was horribly devastating. If it wasnt for Servpro of Puyallup I wouldnt have been able to rent out my house. I have never been so impressed as I was with the professionalism and courtesy with which Roberto approached our water damage. He was always prompt and even if he showed up early he and his crew would wait and respect the schedule he set up with us. Roberto paid particular attention to our home by covering everything and placing paper on the floors. All work areas were kept very clean and all debris taken away. I thought it was great that Roberto took the time with his crew to make sure they knew what was expected and he would also take the time to educate them not just give instructions. Overall, our experience with Servpro of Puyallup was stellar and we would highly recommend Lucas, Roberto and their crew to help with anyone put in a crisis situation with water damage.
