Jeff is so amazing! He has been cleaning our carpets for 10 years now. We had our carpets cleaned on 6/10/21, and Jeff had my home smelling fresh and clean. On 6/15, I had a carpet emergency happen at our house. My son had to take his girlfriend to the hospital, so they dropped my grandoggy off for me to babysit. They told me that the puppy had already went potty. WELL, this little urinator…He drizzled his pee on my carpet. I was so stressed out. I called Jeff in a panic, & he was beyond awesome. My upstairs carpets were filthy, but Genesis cleaned them to like-new in no time, and also added a very pleasant scent (with the pet treatment) that filled the house with a delightful aroma. I have been using Genesis to clean my carpets at my home and rental property for several years now. Jeff does a fantastic job and is always so personable. Great carpet cleaning at a reasonable price and making appointments online is easy.

Genesis did a good job with the general cleaning of my carpet, but I paid extra to have the areas where my dog lays cleaned, as you can see where he lays, I guess thats worn-in dirt. Those areas looked good when the carpet was still wet, but as soon as it dried they were back. So I would not pay any extra money for the pet cleaning, but I would have them clean my carpets again. They were easy to make an appointment with, friendly, on time, and pretty quick.
