I loved my stay at Centennial 2 until the very end. They totally dropped the ball as far as refunding me my security deposit. At the July cleaning check I turned in my key and was told that I didnt have anything to worry about as far as my contract. However waiting for my refund I come to find that they charged me for failing the August cleaning check and also the August rent. (There was no way that I could live there having turned in my key) They cheated me out of the security deposit and have been irresponsible in how they treat their tenants who are leaving

If you clean the apartments they are just fine, and honestly the enviroment of the quad set up makes for a tight knit ward as long as you keep the blinds open 😄. Management isnt an issue and neither are the utilities ($45).

You get what you pay for. The living room is relatively spacious and the three bedrooms are a little cramped. Each room is set up with bunk beds. The bathroom includes an enclosed toilet and tub. The two sink vanity is located in the hallway. The appliances function fine. Everything was initially built to basic code requirements. The partition walls and floor systems transmit a fair amount of noise. There is nothing that would be marketed as a luxury item within the apartment. The exterior grounds are well kept. There is a community BBQ available to residents which is nice. The Ryde system circulates exactly north of the complex on 450 N which is very convenient for students. Laundry units are located near Centennial 1 or by Little Caesars to the West. Shady people do accumulate in the evening by the dumpsters so make sure you have proper security for personal belongings. Overall, it is decent and very economical.

I lived there for just a year, but it was one of the best experiences ever. The people were great, management was really easy to work with, and the apartments were clean. Sure, they arent the fancy ones, but they were comfy and perfect for what I wanted. They were close to school, but far enough away that traffic wasnt crazy and pedestrians were all over the streets (like right on campus). Super close to a Golds Gym, blood donation place, Wells Fargo and a few little fast food-places, as well as Center Street, where a lot of other fun stuff goes on. I think that if you arent picky with how the apartment really looks, and are more for comfort and simplicity, then go for Centennial II!

Great prices but hard to get a hold of office and some staff members are not very pleasant. But overall I enjoyed living here. I had great roommates and a great ward.

You get what you pay for, so dont expect a luxurious palace. Its a bit older, but I love the place. Its still pretty early in the semester, but it seems like most people are pretty open and friendly. The management seems to be on top of things and are always willing to help. The apartment had an old-timey smell when I first moved in, which is the only reason its getting a four instead of five stars.

Where comfort meets affordability is the motto. The overall price is probably one of the cheapest in Provo and youre definitely getting what you pay for. But I cant complain, because Im saving money, and this apartment is 10x better than anything I had on my mission for 2 years.

Pros: most of the employees were impressively polite and prompt. The cost was decent.Cons: there was one employee who acted like routine aspects of her job were burdensome, which made her unpleasant to go to for help, but I think she’s already quit. My roommate had some mold, which is supposed to be taken care of by the property. She refused to contact them, which is why they didn’t, but you’d think they’d’ve noticed during cleaning checks.

Its a good price but you get what you pay for. Theyre not the fanciest apartments but youll get air conditioning, a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. Our dishwasher has been having trouble but the other appliances all work fine. Theres only one bathroom for six people, which might be a problem for some but it has been just fine for us. The fridge can get a little cramped sometimes and theres not as much storage space as some other apartments but its still a pretty good amount. The staff is very friendly and willing to help, which is great. Overall, not the swankiest but not bad.

These apartments are cheap, but not necessarily the nicest quality. They could really use some sprucing up. It is, however, a good location, and the shared living spaces are a nice size. There is only one shower and one vanity area, and its a bit difficult when you are sharing with five other people! Its alright for a broke college student, but if youre not in that position in life, I would suggest finding somewhere else.

I liked living here. Its a great social environment. Its very inexpensive and there is a bus that goes to byu campus for free. I am not a big fan of the owner. I saw him evict people with unnecessarily short notice.

Terrible Management. They Overbooked the complex, returned my money without telling me why and then sent a letter (to the wrong address) telling me they refunded my money and my contract was canceled. Two months after that (and a week before the semester starts) I finally called them because they never sent me anything and all they did was dodge my questions and just said sorry and said good luck. Now a week before the semester I have nowhere to live!DONT LIVE HERE. Shoddy Complex, Horrible Commuunication, Very unprofessional.

These apartments are absolute garbage. You pay out the wazoo for utilities (upwards of $50 a month). DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER LIVING HERE!
