Very friendly and professional. Just not sure why I was being moved away from the Pedicure station as to sit outside for nails to dry.Ive Always sat in the chair for my feet polish to dry.A little puzzling!!!

I have gone here for years. The ladies are nice but they do speek in a different language to each other while working on you. Cost is reasonable about $22.00 for a gel manicure.

This place looks very fancy and people here are good at receiving. But their work is really bad and poor quality. I went to this salon a week back to get gel manicure. A lady there greeted me very well and started removing my previous gel color. During that process she cut my finger twice. Its so annoying!!! And i asked for a color from their matching tote and they said they don’t have colors what i asked for. Then why did they even bother to show them to clients if they don’t have stock. I ended up getting a color which is completely opposite of what i asked. And now I waited for a week to check check how long the color stays. Its surprising that it din last even a week. A normal nail paint would usually last for 2 weeks on my nails. I wouldn’t recommend them if you are going there for nails, because they would sure send you with many cuts.

I would not go back again! ! Double charge (in my humble opinion) charge for pedicure + additional charge for gel in lieu of polish. If I remember correctly the additional charge was the same as the pedicure charge.

I had a bad experience at Lele’s nail salon because I asked for coffin nails and she literally gave me square also she kept saying I was “too young” and made my nails super thin.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE,bad sanitary conditions. Im treating a bad toenail infection & a ingrown from Lele nails. I had to have minor surgery to get 1/4 of my nail removed. And on 2 antibiotics.When kimmy texted me to remind me of my acrylic refill i told her to cancel my appt no apology no nothing. BAD customer service.VERY Disappointing for a nail salon in Poway.

I love this place best place in town kimmy is amazing my lashes are amazing been coming here for over 5 years I love all of them very clean and very reasonable prices.
