Love the service and the nails (do with gel) that Ive been getting here for the past 16 yrs. Qyenne does nails beautifully and with style not to forget to mention her sister Thuy who does Waxing services.Ive never been disappointed with the shape or style of my brows. Her continued honesty to not let me leave with fuzz on my lips or face has always been appreciated.You cant go wrong using their sevices.

First time there staff very friendly very helpful and salon very clean and nice. Was in and out very quickly. Couldn’t be happier so glad I decided to go there last minute. My nails look amazing and I will be coming back from now on.

If I could give 0 stars I would. If you’re a young woman, I would suggest you don’t take your business here. The owner was UTTERLY condescending about how I was paying as if I was a minor. My money is just as good as anyone else’s and I demand respect, I even left a good tip to make a point and she acted so surprised. Not to mention, I’ve had my acrylics for TWO DAYS and they’re already falling apart. She rushed my nails and told a lady behind me she’d need 10 minutes. Very disappointing. I was so excited to get my nails done for prom, but I will not be returning. It’s also funny because I went here on my grandma’s referral, they’re so much nicer to her just because of her age. I would tell anyone walking in here to turn the other way. Very unprofessional.

Horrible my daughters first time getting her nails done and they are awful and I went to talk to them and they are closed at 5 15 when they are open till six I am so upset and so Is my daughter. There is nail. Polish on her skin they didnt even push her cuticles back. She asked them to fix them and they said they are fine! No they are not I want them fixed or my money back!

Awful. I go in there to get acrylics and the lady cut them way too short and very uneven. She was upset about something personal going on and was very shaky. my nails are also very thick which I do not like at all. I do not recommend

Went for an acryllic removal, and this is not my usual salon. But they were literally HORRIBLE. I called and asked if I needed to set an appointment or if I could just walk in and the person on the phone said walk in is fine. But when I went, they seemed really confused but took me anyways. They literally RIPPED OUT MY ACRYLLICS. I thought there was going to be a point where she was going to rip out my whole nail bed it was that painful. My nails were red, painful and weak for about 2 months after until I grew them out again. Never going back and definitely would not recommend to anyone.

The staff is so personal and attentive !! Quyen especially always greets my daughter and I with a smile! I could spend hours just hanging out at this salon!! Keep up the great work!!!

Being a customer for 21yrs I can tell you this.. you want your nails done right, you want competitive prices, you want to laugh out loud and know that as a customer your needs are their priority..... go to Roses Nails and tell them Julliette sent you......
