After waiting weeks after my call for the service man to arrive, he quickly diagnosed that our oven needed a new element. He ordered the element and made an appointment to install it about 4 weeks later. He quickly installed the element, took my check. While I wrote the check I asked him if the oven came up to temperature. He said he turned it off to set the range clock. After he left I turned on the oven to 350 degrees. After 30 minutes it had come up to 305 degrees. I began a long and frustrating chat on your company’s service line with a person named Wood. The only appointment they could give me was 2 weeks out. I waited many weeks for the initial appointment, many weeks for that appointment, then 2 weeks to have the problem really diagnosed. I have paid $447, wasted many weeks for no effective results. Added to that is the three times that I have had to change my work schedule. I am very unhappy with the service I have received.
The technician Charlie was very good but the dryer couldnt be fixed until parts are ordered. The washer needs to be replaced.

I have a 5 year old stove and all I was told was, Buy a new stove the oven repair will cost $750. My stove is 5 years old and if I have to buy a new one then it will not come from SEARS
Took 2 weeks + in summer to repair .. however, runs OK & does its job.Reasonably Satisfied.
My LG refrigerator suddenly stopped working. Technician came on May 2 and diagnosed that compressor died and ordered the parts(arrived in 1 week) and told us he will be back on May 14, 2019(2 weeks). When I called for approximate timing, surprisingly found out there was no appointment and technician close the case stating work was complete which was completely wrong. I had no other choice except to make another appointment which is 1 week later. I am now without refrigerator for at least 3+ weeks. I wish he could have guided us to call sears and set up an appointment as soon as the parts arrived.
