I have used Plass for many years. They do good work, but are extremely expensive. For instance, three months ago, they installed a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal for $2000.Last week, I asked them to take a look at the disposal, as I have had to snake the drain twice since installation. The technician was pleasant, ran water for about two minutes, and felt it was working fine. He was here for 10 minutes. The visit was $227.If I continue to use them, I will ask for written estimates in advance. I wish I did not have to do that.

We had a waste pipe issue. They sent Chris to us to give estimate. He gave estimate and temporarily repaired sewerage issue until he could schedule full appt. Chris returned and completed the full repair without tearing down walls or tiles, except a large access panel we removed in the basement. He was pleasant and explained everything to my me and my very elderly parents.

We have been using Plass for the past many years. They have always been professional and competent. This was a clean valve installation.
