Chris was the technician. He was excellent. Clean (left NO cleanup for me), wore booties, noticed we had air in our system (hot water, baseboard heating) and corrected it, Never have I had a better tech cleaning out boiler. Kudos to FoxAir for employing him. He is a keeper.

Replaced our boiler and gave us top notch service. Everyone was professional and they cleaned up before they left. Even came back to correct minor leaks. A++

Had my yearly AC maintenance done on June 4. Fox Air did my complete new AC installation years ago and had to replace the Lennox coil last year. This was the first time I can honestly say that everything was handled so professionally and in a timely manner, Dan was super in explaining and detailing everything. Hes the only tech I want servicing my unit!

Had an urgent request for service on Fathers day - Water heater unit started leaking hot water out of the pressure relief valve. Water all around the unit and the furnace. Called the on call FoxAir tech - Dan. He responded promptly and was able to resolve the issue in an expedient manner. Very courteous - explaining the work that had to be done. Tested the repair and the issue was resolved.Would recommend FoxAir to all for their air conditioning and heating needs. They definitely are 24/7.Thank You DAN.

Fox Air was out to my house to service my 2 central air units. Dan B. was outstanding. He thoroughly cleaned both systems and tested everything. He took the time to explain how the systems work so I could have some basic knowledge. For pet owners I offered to put my dogs away like I do for anyone who comes to service anything but Dan said I could leave them out and they were big fans of him too.

I hired Fox Air to install gas and air duct lines for my dryer when it was moved to a new location in my home. They were wonderful and went above and beyond to get the job done. Recently, my HVAC system was leaking, Dan from FoxAir came to my home and not only fixed the leak, he also showed me all about how to system works and gave helpful advice on how to keep my system running most efficiently. I contracted FoxAir to maintain my system going forward.

Install boiler system. I’m very pleased with their professionalism I especially like Kenny because he communicated while he takes the time to listen and he shows that he understand what it is that we are asking. He shows up when he said he would and he takes time to point out areas of concern. When pricing he goes back and look for price that work within our budget.He’s a very pleasant young man and I appreciate his honesty. Can’t say enough about him. So far Fox air is also been very courteous and helpful. Look forward to working with them.

I had a routine maintenance done on my Central AC. Steve was wonderful! He took the time to explain everything to me and did a very thorough job of checking everything do that my AC is ready for summer. I highly recommend Fox for routine maintenance.

Worst possible experience. Their team miscommunicated details of the agreement and offered cost rebates. I bought and got the product installed based on their promise but they refused to offer the promised rebates.Dont hire them if you value your money.

I have used Fox Air Corp for all of my furnace and air conditioner maintenance needs for several years now. The young man who came to clean my furnace today did a stellar job. He was prompt, kind, courteous, professional, neat, and helpful. I was very pleased with everything. It has been my experience that all of the Fox Air employees (from the people who answer the phones & emails to the technicians) have a great work ethic and a pleasant, positive, customer-oriented attitude! Everyone at Fox Air is the absolute best. From Karen picking up the phone and scheduling, to the maintenance technician that cleaned our boiler. We have always had great service and will continue to refer them to everyone we know.

Fox Air came has now been out to my house twice to service my units. The first time they came out they found a small problem before it became a bigger one. They were looking out for my well-being not just looking to make a quick buck. Their work is top notch, their staff is courteous and respectful and they always show up on time and return calls. I would not let another company inside my home other than Fox Air.

Fox Air has been servicing my HVAC system for several years now and they are always very professional and do a great job. I find their charges to be very reasonable as they always try to keep costs down. There is never any pressure or up selling. They provide details about the status and condition of the units and discuss different options to agree on a reasonable course of action. Most recently, Jason came over for an annual inspection, he was on time and efficiently serviced the units. He found only a minor cap that could use replacement and that was it! See you next year!

Jason and his guys did an amazing job with installing all new duct work and a UV Light for our central air system! Everyone was extremely professional from the drop clothes to protect our new carpets to installing new duct work throughout our entire house. We had a new heating and cooling system installed this June 2019 because our central air was noted to have efficiency issues. After discussing our options with Jason we explored other options and equipment. We decided to go with fox air because of the positive review online and word of mouth inour community but also the pricing, consumers report ratings on Lennox central air.The work of replacing the furnace and CA began on time as promise. A crew of three arrived bright and early and got right to work. This crew worked efficiently through out the day, completing the job in one day . Before they left they reviewed with us the functionality of our new system and answered all our questions . We were very impressed with how friendly and professional this team of coworkers performed their job. So far this summer our central air is keeping us nice and cool.

Our repairman, Tom, was extremely punctual and did a great job explaining the workings of our system during his visit. He took to the time to explain all of the tune ups and repairs he was working on. We were very impressed with his professionalism and efforts.

Absolutely the nicest people on earth! I went into their office looking for a part to my Lennox furnace that I was going to fix myself. After talking to a few of the guys there they determined that the part I thought I needed really wasn’t the issue. They diagnosed my problem without even seeing it and got me the part I really needed to get my furnace up and running on one of the coldest days of the year. The way these guys helped me out with no hesitation speaks volumes of how this company does business. I paid $35 for a part and got my heat back on. What moved me most was how these guys were so willing to help when I’m sure they had many other more pressing issues to tend to and expected nothing in return. I had Bill & Jeremy from FoxAir respond to a hot water issue that required replacement, these guys were extremely professional and respectful with no foul language or profanity, they showed they knew exactly what they were doing and best of all did there upmost to not damage anything like walls and floors. Ive had my ductless air conditioning/heating system for almost a year, and its the best decision/upgrade Ive ever made. It turned a once unlivable area of my house into my favorite space. Every step has been awesome. Allen was attentive to questions, and his estimates were accurate, and on time. When we had a problem with a lack of heat in the Winter, Tom came out twice to fix the problem and spent the time needed to properly diagnose and correct the issue which was covered under warranty. We just had our first year tune up/check, and John was quick, efficient and covered his shoes when coming into the house. And... Tina is always friendly, when you have to call to schedule or ask a question. All in all a wonderful experience from estimate to service!!!

I found my gas fired water heater was leaking water in the basement. The water heater was installed on 4/1/2012 so it was still covered by the manufactures 10 year warranty. I went to the manufactures website to find a dealer in my local area. Fox Air was closest to me. I had no prior knowledge of them or experience with them.As I drove to their shop, I was wondering how many days it would take to get my system up and running again. I arrived at the shop at 8:15 AM and explained my problem. I fortunately took a photo of the leaking water heater which did include the manufactures information on the unit including the model and serial number. The office staff was able to verify the warranty information and validate it was still in effect.Jonathan arrived at my house at 10:30 AM for an examination of the heater and he provided estimates on several installation options. By 12:15 PM, Chris and Joe were swapping out the old heater for the new replacement one. By 1:15 PM, the new system was operational.I was impressed by the quick timeline and the professional installation... they came to my aid and successfully completed the project in 5 hours from first contact to finish. Dealing with them was a pleasant experience for me.

Although the technician was knowledgeable and did the repair on my boiler, I was not only charged for his fee and his labor but charged hundreds of dollars over the price of the cost of the item that they replaced. When I emailed to find out why I was charged so much, I was told that the extra charge was for labor, which I was already charged for, and I was also told that the extra charges cover their training for their technicians, all of their overhead, stocking their trucks, storage of the equipment, and essentially everything that the company needs. I told him it was ridiculous to charge me twice for labor and to markup a $7 item to a $400 price tag. I agree with the previous review that this is outright fraud. Watch your back with this company, and get a detailed receipt. Youll be amazed where they tell you the charges came from

Fox Air installed my neighbors AC system, so I gave them a call for an estimate. I wasnt really ready to change out my current system, but I knew it was old and not as efficient as it could be. Jason came over and gave me a great run down on how the systems efficiency works, and gave me 3 different options. He also broke it down to me in monthly financing payments. I couldnt believe how affordable it was. Fox Air is coming next week to install my new AC and I couldnt be happier.

This past weekend my heat went out. I called Fox Air on Saturday and they sent a technician right away. The technician Tom was pleasant, wore shoe covers, and explained what the problem was. Tom gave me a price which I thought was fair and he was able to get my boiler up and running within an hour. We even signed up for the annual maintenance program. Having had my boiler serviced in October, and having paid $1200 in repairs in November, I was not happy that Fox now wanted to charge hundreds more for repairs in December. However, the repairman carefully explained the circumstances, showed me the old part and the new so I could understand the need for replacement, and installed it in a prompt and professional manner. I was annoyed when he arrived, but grateful by the time he was finished.

We hired this HVAC company to re-commission two AC units at our club in Staatsburg, NY. Issued were encountered due to the age of the equipment at the club. They brought in additional service techs to help with the effort and successfully completed the task. The did not charge more than their original quote. Very professional and I highly recommend.

I have dealt with Fox Air since 2007 and have not been disappointed with their customer service and products. For example I recently had my annual AC system checkup done by their technician Tom McRitchie. He was personable, knowledgeable and did an extensive check and cleaning of the entire system. In the fall he will be back to do the same with the heating system. I highly recommend Fox Air for your HVAC needs.

FOX AIR CORP RIPPED ME OFFFox Air Corp guys were at my home a couple of weeks ago to do annual cleaning/maintenance, and to replace a faulty pressure relief valve.Here’s a synopsis of how they did:-Failed to diagnose an extremely dangerous and faulty control, despite two indicators of symptoms that were explained up front – this could have caused my boiler to explode and killed someone (Google “boiler explosion”)-Failed to notice multiple holes in the chimney pipe (including one 3”x3/4”), allowing dangerous fumes to enter my home – this can kill humans and animals (see pic)-Failed to brush & vacuum the boiler and chimney pipe despite charging me for this on their invoice - FRAUD (see pic)-Grossly overcharged for all of the above - $250 for the cleaning/maintenance, PLUS $335 for installing a $14 part that should take ten minutes (minus a 15% discount), and they were here only 1.5 hours – total $583-Failed to perform a proper diagnostic/efficiency test, since the holes in the chimney pipe diluted the results-Failed to mention or fix an efficiency rate that was lower than it should be for our unit-Fostered so little confidence that I had to hire another technician to check Fox Air Corp’s work so we could feel safe in our homeThe new guy was here for 1.5 hours, exactly the same amount of time as the Fox Air guys. He vacuumed and brushed the boiler and the chimney pipe, since Fox Air failed to do even that. And he replaced the nozzle ($15) at my request for a more efficient one. Yet Fox Air charged me more than FIVE TIMES what this guy did for the same exact amount of time and similar part. Fox Air is entitled to somewhat higher rates due to their overhead, and sending two guys. But five times higher? That’s ridiculous.Fox Air Corp didn’t even do the work they invoiced and charged me for – and that’s outright FRAUD.

I’ll try to keep it brief. In 2013 I finished my basement. I wanted to save money by switching from oil to high efficient propane furnace and also high efficiency AC. The GC recommended Fox Air Corp. They installed the equipment, Lennox $25k signature series, and signed me up for a maintenance contract. No mention of price per year on maintenance, my mistake for not asking. The first year into the contract on a NEW system they came out and did basic maintenance. They wanted me to pay $600 yearly for maintenance. Defeats the whole purpose of switching from oil to propane - NO SAVINGS if I’m paying $600 per year to Fox Air Corp. I canceled the maintenance of course. Had a problem with the system now July 2019. System needed to be recharged with refrigerant. Not a big job at all. Called Fox Air and spoke to Lauren. First question out of her mouth was, do you have a maintenance agreement. Went through the process of explaining that with her. She told me she “MIGHT” be able to send someone out tomorrow. I told her I would call her back. Called her back an hour later, she now said, Fox Air only services customers with maintenance agreements. Reminded her that she said someone MIGHT come out tomorrow. She said no on that. So Fox Air tried to STRONG ARM me into paying $600 per year (old price) for a maintenance contract and all I needed was to have my system recharged with refrigerant. It didn’t matter that I spent $25k with them in the past. I guess they have people spending $25k everyday. Good bye FOREVER FOX AIR CORP. To the public, BE CAREFUL with this place. They want that MAINTENANCE CONTRACT in the worst way. My system is up and running again - NO PROBLEMS. I’M BETTER OFF ! NO MORE REFERRALS FROM ME.

UPDATE- we found out that when the builder was in storage some of the mechanical parts were damaged because of improper draining.We bought a boiler from Fox Air, they also installed it. The boiler had to be removed and stored while the house underwent construction. Fox Air removed it, stored it, and happily charged us for this removal and storage.Then the company was sold and the new owners are not honoring the commitment to reinstall and warrantee the work and boiler. They want nothing to do with this thing.Meanwhile the storage was not done correctly and many of the pats have seized or rusted.Again, this is all while happily taking storage fees. The costs to undo Fox Airs duplicity and fraud are now exceeding 2500$.We used to be incredibly impressed with the honor, integrity, and quality of Fox AIr’s work. No longer.
