Made a appointment the day before for 10:00 am and sat in the chair and waited for about 45 minutes until they even started. She kept pausing my nails to talk to her coworker or just look around but overall I’m in love with the nails there super cute. I just wished there service was a little bit better. Definitely might go back again!

I was delightfully surprised that their pedicures were full spa for a small price. I even had to ask if I was receiving the basic pedicure. Great job and pleasant experience.

Im regular and usually their service is really good! This recent visit was not typical and below my many experiences -- they were super busy, understaffed and a boat load of walk-ins had them rushing and trying to squeeze people in. It is best you make an appointment first.That said, Im going back because this is not their usual.

Just got an amazing pedicure and manicure! I put my shoes on too soon and smudged three of my nails. They repainted them even though it was my mistake. Great service, I will come back again!

I had an amazing experience with Tammy!! She took her time, she was very friendly!! She gave me the exact look I had asked for!! I drove 45 minutes to this place and definitely was NOT disappointed!!!

My girlfriend and I got our nails done here and they were very unprofessional - laughing that we were getting matching nails done. Not to mention my girlfriends came out terrible :( I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially not to my LGBT+ friends.

She did amazing work only woman in there I had went got my nails done the day before at the mall and the did awful work can in to the new place and asked if my nail can get fixed and that’s exactly what got done. I’m so happy with my nails now

I absolutely love Mike, hes been a great nail tech to work with throughnmy first acrylic installation and every dillnsince. He and the other team members are talented, and the nails hold up well through my job as a housekeeper. Even when they break its only 10$ to have the nail repaired and the whole team works hard to make sure every experience is great.

The entire time i was getting my nails done another staff member was on their personal cell phone speaking very loudly. She then proceeded to sit in one of the unused pedicure chairs when she was done talking and watch a tv show on her phone. I found it very hard to relax. The man doing my nails stopped halfway through to go outside for a smoke? It was very unprofessional.

So I’m newer to this area and was looking for a new go to nail spot. I go in and the guy is nice but doesn’t seem to understand what I want on my nails so I just go with whatever he’s saying. He insis I get the dip so I go for it. He then doesn’t cut them shorter when I asked twice and he said no they’re strong won’t need a fill for 3 weeks now my nails are nothing like I wanted and he’s rushing to get out so he can smoke a cigarette and go home to watch football. I spent 60$ on sub par nails when I used to go somewhere for incredible nails, kind people for about 45. Two weeks later and 3 nails have broken. I will not be back. Rude customer service, sloppy work.
