I would HIGHLY recommend! I called another place in Rochester and it was triple the price and had limitations that Crown Trophy did not. The price I paid was very cheap compared to prices I saw online for engraving yeti mugs. They were very friendly and finished my mug in like a day! Definitely go here for all your engraving needs, I know I’ll be back!

Absolutely terrific! I came to Shane and his team at Crown Trophy with a request for personalized flasks for my fire department. I provided him with an image and an idea of what I wanted. They went above and beyond to make it work and delivered the product in a very timely manner. The flasks turned out great! They were very professional and great to work with. I will definitely be coming to them in the future.

This morning I stopped into Crown Trophy in Portsmouth to order a very important plate to go on a cremation urn for a family member who passed away. Shane is awesome. I submitted an inquiry on Thursday evening, and I woke to an email Friday morning with all my questions answered. I, unfortunately, had procrastinated and needed the trophy within days, and Shane and his team did everything they could to meet my need. Their prices are competitive, their turn around is fast and their service is top-notch. I requested a proof prior to having the trophy engraved and was delighted at the fonts chosen and the format (Thanks, Cory!) I highly recommend Crown Trophy of Portsmouth. Simply put: they deliver quality and service you just cant get from online retailers. (Shop local!) I hope to work with them in the future and will certainly send friends and family their way.
