Went to a wedding, facility and location are beautiful. Very clean and the view of the water is one of the best! Although the bartender there for the wedding was VERY light handed with the liquor, it was 3pm on a Saturday, dont be afraid to use a full shot in my drinks.

I went there for retirement party (around 50 people crowd) plenty of space, food was good and bar decent. Draught beer $4, wine $5 a glass. We had a good time. Nice water views, outside chairs, calm area, plenty of parking.

It was a great night of karaoke and company

We had our wedding reception at the Lodge almost 22 years ago. The venue was awesome. Plenty of room for our guests.They folks at the Lodge did all the decorating and provided the meal as well!There was plenty of room for a band and a dance floor that accommodated all!I will always think fondly of that night and also, how easy it was to set up!Thank you so much for a truly magical, fun evening.

I used this venue for my wedding. My grandfather was a member of this club when I was a child. I chose it for sentimental reasons. I would not have chosen this venue otherwise. Definitely needs updating. It is offered at a great price. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating which was very nice. I hated seeing the waitstaff walk out IN FRONT of my guests with boxes of food from the guests that did not show to take home with them. I was still charged for the food which is standard practice. I do not understand why the waitstaff were able to take th food that I paid for home in front of my guests. Bottom line would not recommend the venue

Great function room with lots of windows that provide a view of the ocean tidal waters. There are also two glass sliding doors that allow access to the nice deck area.

Attended a wonderful large birthday party at this place. It has a beautiful scenic river view and the food service was excellent.

Attended a wedding her eecently, nice facilities and an amazing view of the water. Staff was nothing but courteous and helpful. If you are looking to plan an event in portsmouth new Hampshire, its worth a look!

Management was very unprofessional, rude, and unpleasant. They book back to back weddings in a day and make it difficult for the entertainment to set up early, leaving only 40 minutes for a band/DJ to get prepared for the bride and groom... unacceptable!!!!
