I loved my manicure, it was perfect. I got a beautiful design and it lasted a WHILE. Buuut — the owner was legit falling asleep while removing my old dip mani. Like, I don’t know if he was “nodding off” or if he was beyond exhausted, but he couldn’t keep his eyes open and was straight up sleeping. It was so strange. The girl who did my nails was great, tho!

Really enjoyed the pedicure here! They used clean tools and did a great job painting our toes as well! Will be visiting again for a pedicure.

Really nice place. My daughter and I got pedicures the other day and I got a manicure. Best pedicure I’ve ever received. They really pay attention to detail and the leg/foot massage was amazing. I would highly recommend this place!!!!

The constant upselling can be a little overwhelming, but the pedicure was fantastic and my toes look great! Friends on TV is a fun addition, and the massage chair is so relaxing. I was a walk-in and they were able to get to me right away. It was a good experience overall and Ill definitely be back before my next beach trip

This place is wonderful! Walking distance from my house, great prices, and friendly staff. I was a walk-in customer and was greeted and seated immediately. My gave me a pedicure and she was awesome and so friendly. Didn’t try to up-sell me or hide their prices. They have three levels for pedicures: $29, $35, and $48 which is a great deal for all you get even with the cheapest option. It’s also so great to walk in and not be so overwhelmed with fumes. Definitely recommend!

My friend brought me here this week for the first time. We walked in without appointments and were immediately seated. Annie did my nails and she was so friendly and did a wonderful gel manicure! They have a lot of fun color choices (chrome, shine, sparkle, etc.) and mine came out great. They give you a arm, hand and neck massage as well as paraffin wax hand treatment all included for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend!

First pedicure and it wont be the last. Annie was spectacular. My feet and calves feel fantastic. As well as my back and neck from the massage chair. I got the deluxe package ($50) because I wanted the full experience and I was not disappointed. The hot rocks were on point. Its almost like I didnt take a ten mile hike yesterday. She deserved the $10 tip. Plus their ATM has only a .50 charge! Like Arnold says Ill be back.

Every time Ive visited PURE Nail Bar & Organic Spa I have been a walk in client, and Ive always been attended to promptly unless they were previously booked out with appointments, which is of course understandable.They offer an assortment of free beverages, have Friends playing on a TV (muted with captions) that everyone is able to see whether theyre getting a manicure or pedicure, and give a wonderful complimentary shoulder massage at the end of your service.I always get a shellac manicure and pedicure when I come and they always come out looking beautiful!

Great place for quality service. Very enjoyable visit. Neck massage included. Hot stone and paraffin wax for hands and toes. Bring your own nail file and file block, $1 charge for a new set. Very reasonable prices. Quality work.

If I could give this place more than five stars, I would. I went to Pure Nail Bar about two days ago to get a shellac manicure and pedicure where I only asked for the most basic service they provide and received the best service I have ever had at a nail shop in my life. Not only did my nails come out absolutely amazing because both ladies took their time doing a wonderful job, but the massages were to die for! One lady is an actual certified masseuse and she was awesome. They even offered to let me stay there and relax in massage chair while I finished my green tea they had given me. All in all, these ladies are the sweetest people you will ever meet. My service that I received was well under priced. This is forever the only nail shop I will go to from now on. Thanks, ladies!

Awful full set. West Ive ever had. Was supposed to be matte finish. Looks​ bumpy and uneven. Dont recommend.

Always the best care! They give a great massage and even to the neck and shoulders so make sure to wear a shirt that you dont mind getting a little lotion on if getting a manicure.

Got the worst gel manicure here (my BFF asked if I had done my nails myself (not a compliment). It was so bad I had my nails redone 4 days later at another place. $50 for 4 days of wear. The ladies were too busy looking at their mobile phones to actually pay attention to the quality of the work they were doing (I got handed off to a second person halfway through) and they were both distracted and couldn’t be bothered to do their job. Will not be going back and I do not recommend.

They overbooked basically were supposed to get our feet and our nails done and then the women that I had didnt even know how to do acrylics not to mention every single time she wrapped my feet she burnt the s*** out of the sunburn on my feet and it hurts so bad I flinched and I was about to scream at her I lost my fiance this was supposed to be relaxing to find out it was $70 to be burned by a towel did not even get acrylic done

I live within walking distance so I thought I would give it a try. The folks there are very nice. Now here comes the but, the water bath was very hot! I can take a lit of heat and pain. So when it is too hit for me it is hot. I told her it was a bit hot and she chuckled but my feet in any way. She waits and massaged my legs and that felt great! Then the paraffin wax, it wax very hot as well. And I was wiggling my feet trying to get comfortable. I told her it was too hot, again she did a bit of a giggle. She said it will feel good dont move your feet. So I stayed still. Then the hot stone massage, for the most part that was good, until she put my feet on top of the stones and held them there. She asked if it was hot, and said yes but she just kept my feet there. I thought it was bit sadistic. Any way, my toes look great! But would like a more relaxing experience and one that isnt so painful.

I cant recommend this place unless I truly despised the person I was recommending it to.Do not get a wax here. They left my friend with an uneven result AND BRUISES. Her clothes were damaged and there was wax still stuck to items of her clothing when she left. They didnt even pull her skin taut when they waxed.Mani/pedi was not worth $67. Ive had better from other salons for $40 out the door this was not even remotely worth the price that theyre charging. Polish smudged and fissured immediately. I would have asked them to do it over but I spent SO LONG here to begin with I didnt want to stay any longer.The massage was a joke. Ive had cats kneed me harder. Staff clearly didnt want to touch me or talk to me. It made for a very uncomfortable 2.5 hours.

They do a great job with mani and pedis. Price is right. Most of the staff is friendly and does a great job to earn your business. There have been times where the staff seems to get into heated disagreements, but I’m only assuming because I don’t speak their language. From the pointing and shouting, it leads me to believe they aren’t thrilled with one another. And sure, you can make an appointment, but it’s rare they are ready for you at that time. I love the place, but it’s becoming more about jamming people into schedules that aren’t realistic, but hey - everyone’s got to make a living! I keep going back...

I was NOT happy at all with my experience here. I was critized for the service I wanted. At first it was funny but it didnt stop. They rushed my nails and I was there with two other friends and we were wanting to get pampered before a wedding. My nails were uneven, lumpy and not even fully colored. They cut corners and tried to give me acrylic for the price of gel. I will NOT be coming back here. I wanted to walk out so badly but I was there with friends and didnt want to make a scene. I got the gel stilettos and they looked awful. Three also broke off a week later. I was opening a white paper envelope. I hate to give bad reviews but I dont want people wasting their money, or maybe they will take time with their customers. It was also super hot in there and it was strong of chemicals. Also in the middle of my nails my lady got up and was gone for like 20 minutes and didnt even say anything. I understand if they have to help other customers but I just sat there and waited without knowing what was going on.

I went in for a mani-pedi as part of the brides pampering day with my sisters-in-law. The ladies in the salon were all wonderfully nice and thorough. I feel like the service I received would have cost way more in other salons. I look forward to having Annie do my nails again.

Had appointments for myself and a friend. They had either over booked or said yes to anyone who came in. There was no seats and we had to wait. When two chairs were open we were sat down and then my friend was started. I sat and watched for over 45 minutes and not started. When I was finally started I felt it was rushed and not done completely. Trying not to be negative I kept quiet because this was my Christmas gift from my friend. In total my pedi took a total of only 20 minutes when it was finally started. I had requested the hot stone massage not a stone touched me. No deep massage. My toes nails are now have ingrown and I didn’t before and to top it off I have two weeks later burn marks on my legs from the too hot water and towels used. All this for a very overpriced price! Oh I can’t forget! The yelling going on between the person who did my pedi and every other employee in the place! Not relaxing at all! Ugh! What a bad Joke tbh!

I came in to get a full set done first thing when they opened. The nail tech my (her name) cut multiple fingers while using the dremel to the point of making me bleed. I chose to get a chrome finish on two nails which she put the wrong top coat, a matte coat which made them look dull. She then needed to remove all the shellac and start over. I spent almost 2 hours for a full set there. When I went to pay, she said it was $30 for the set, $10 for shellac and $5 for my chrome nails. She then proceeded to add $5 worth of tip to my bill, which I did not give her permission to do. I was not planning on tipping $5 primarily and she wasnt careful and kept cutting me. I am furious. And what was supposed to be a nice time of pampering, turned into a stressful and painful experience. I am so angry, and i will absolutely NEVER go back again.

Very mediocre experience and very pushy about trying to get you to buy the most expensive options.They don’t let you put in your own tip amount on the card reader so you have to verbally announce how much you are tipping.My friend paid in cash and was getting tip money out of her wallet but before she could even grab it the guy who did her toes started begging her for a tip. Very unprofessional and very uncomfortable.

My wife and friend went together with an appointment to use a christmas voucher. The friend was finishing as my wife was starting. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Not the first time this has happened either. Took over 2 hours for pedicure. NEVER AGAIN

Great attention to detail and very pampering

After reading the other reviews for this place I felt prepared. We were Walk ins, Id just make an appt next time if I could, we ended up waiting about 20 min, not unexpected.The place is clean and a shellac mani is $25, regular $15, so good prices. They offer you tea, water, wine etc free drink when you get in, which is nice.The deluxe mani, with the sugar scrub, includes a neck massage, which was a bit unique and I enjoyed every second of it. I did overhear that it is $5 for callous removal on a pedi, so fyi there.Id go back, though there are a few places in the area to try. My mani still looks great a few days out.

It took a little over 3 hrs to do a fill and pedicure and it was mediocre. Nice people but for the time spent there I should have walked out feeling fabulous and I did not.

June 2017 got a pedicure, pleasant atmosphere, great massage, toes look great, complimentary drink is a nice touch.
