Le did my hair she was very patient and kind while it took me a Alf hour to make a final decision on what I wanted she was very communicative and fair on price in the end I wasn’t entirely happy with it not her fault I’m just picky and she said she would do whatever I wanted t “fix” offered to do it the next day and she was so sweet about it she was very careful not to get dye on my skin it was all in all a nice and relatively quick experience thank you le!!!! (Home I’m spelling her name right lol)

Asked for a French tip manicure. First the lady told me she didnt have the white, gave me a box of colors to choose from, then took a white out of the cupboard below. I had to ask several times to verify she was doing a French tip with real nails. The French tips were drawn on thin and crooked, and she left blobs in the clear that I had to point out and have her fix. At a certain point I gave up at having her make it better. Had to go to another salon to remove it and give me a proper French tip manicure.

I called for an appointment, and got one that day. The shop was clean, and Lee was very nice. She gave a great, super flattering cut at a reasonable price. They offer a lot of services. Lee seems to give solid mens cut, too (a man had just gotten a cut as I came in). I dont normally let other people cut my hair, but I plan to go back when its time for a trim.

I actually wanted acrylics but they dont do that, but I already wanted my toes done so I got a standard manicure and pedicure. The tech was nice enough but she didnt do a good job. The polish was very thick and it was applied unevenly, so that you can see thin spots through it and the surface has texture. When I got home I saw that the polish had smudged, because it dried only on top but not all the way through. She also didnt apply the polish all the way to the sides of the nail or the cuticle, which wasnt pushed back. I paid for the service but wish I hadnt because Im totally dissatisfied. I dont know her name so I can tell you who to avoid.

Le is an amazing stylist. I only get my haircut once a year, but managed to make it to her 2 years in a row. I hope she never closes, Id be very sad.... Both times Ive asked for 6-8 chops, her products smell amazing and i just cant stop touching my hair its so soft!

Lee did a great job cutting my hair from a bob to a pixie cut! Very affordable, payed $25. She was very friendly and a good conversationalist. I have very bad anxiety and she made me feel very comfortable.

I just recently moved to Portland from Vancouver. Im not someone who gets their nails done a lot but when I do go get them done I like good quality and customer service. This salon had both.I had my eyebrows waxed for the first time here and had my nails done here as well. Lee was very personable. Im a closed off individual with social anxiety so I dont speak much but she was very very very nice. Not pushy like most salons Ive been too. She did my eyebrows very quick, not so quick to do a bad job. I could tell she was concentrating. They turned out good. I will be coming back for that as well. I think it cost $8.My nails turned out good as well. They have a good basic color selection. However, I love to get crazy with my nails since I dont get fake ones. I enjoy a good foil look. So that was the only down side for me. I will still come back here because my nails turned out good. Dong did accidently cut me slightly, but honestly I think its because Ive gone 5 months without my nails done. He did apologize for it.Overall, i had a welcoming experience. When i got in the shop I could tell Lee was trying to leave for lunch but stayed when another client came in. They obviously care about their clients. I want to come back and get my hair done. Thanks Lee and Dong for a wonderful experience.

I always come here for my hair. Lee is such a sweet lady and you can tell she cares about her customers. In addition to that, the place was clean and I felt very comfortable while she cut my hair. Im very satisfied each and every time I come here. Will continue to give them my business!

Lee accepted a last minute appointment - an accident on I-5 kept me from getting to an scheduled appointment at another salon. Her mani-pedi was outstanding and the mani stayed perfect for a week (I cook and was traveling). The pedi lasted a solid month. The salon was super clean, the chairs had awesome massage features. Lee is a delight. Absolutely will have another session with Lee.

Very good results at a good price but mostly I like the people. Very friendly and welcoming. The massage chair while you receive a pedicure is fabulous.

I found the best hair and nail salon around. The place was VERY clean. I would be completely comfortable getting a pedi. I had a fill done today and Jon did a beautiful job! He paid close attention to my nail bed...I am so happy! Lee does hair. I am going back in two weeks to get my hair done. She does any color. I am telling all you girls and guys you have to go check out Paradise Salon on 159 and Division. You will be happy you did.Paradise has my repeat business.

Really nice and accommodating. The hairstylist was super attentive to my hair and checked in with me often about the length I wanted. Overall great experience will return !Updated March 30th, 2019: I came here again to do another haircut and the service was as amazing as alway. Even though they were busy, my hairdresser still took the time to cut my hair just how I wanted it and confirmed with me about the look for the process. This place is definitely a hidden gem !!!

A standard nail salon. A little too loud, a little too expensive, acceptable results. Not the place for relaxing. Continuously selling additional services, Way too much Vietnamese chitter chatter.

Good place for mens haircut. Going there for over two years . Actually moved away to troutdale a year ago but still come back. Price is good and they can be quick or fast if u wish. Usually slow when I go there in afternoon. Never waited more then 7mins tops.

Now the only place I go. Price and quality are top notch. Highly recommend going here!

Came in for manicure and he did ok but I told him square and I got pointed the broken nail was to be the length of all my fingers but he left them all long and that one short. I guess he didnt understand what I wanted lol. Otherwise their very nice and clean

I came in to get my nails done. I wanted a full set, ombre design. I asked if they could do it, he said yes, $45 total. Says thats a discount from how much he would usually charge. I came in at 4:30pm. He was finishing a haircut and would be with me soon. When he finished i should him a picture of what I wanted. Said he could do it. Im Vietnamese which they had no idea, but I could understand what him and his wife were saying. Complaint that they didnt have the black dip powder to do the ombre I wanted. He showed me a pretty sparkly dark purple as a sub, nude pink ombre with purple tips was the new plan. As soon as started I had a bad feeling, it kept getting worse. The shapes were uneven, lengths were super long 1 hand and short on the other, the powder was inconsistent and not nude like I wanted. Very patchy, and the sparkles made it worse. I wouldve preferred he said he couldnt do it, that was I wouldnt have been so mad on my 1 day off, and not left with the worst nails Ive ever gotten, I left the shop at 7:10. He ended up filling off most of the pink powder before putting the top coat on. Said I could come back and they could discount me???? Im not coming back do you can mess it up again. Last time I help out a local mom and pop shop

I love this place ! I went there once, and do plan on going there more after my first visit. The people who work here are very friendly, like seriously so nice! The woman who does nails does an excellent job. In fact the first time I went there were 2 other ladies getting their nails done who commented on how good she is. The man who cuts hair alao does an excellent job, he cut my boyfriends hair and he looks amazing! Seriously, this is a great salon. Its pretty small, with a nice friendly laid baxk enviorment . 5 stars!!!!
