Great salon. Very professional. I come here every month for a deluxe pedicure. Honestly, you can’t beat the paraffin, scrub, mask and HOT STONES and of course the pedi for less than 60 bucks. Highly recommend

I went in for a basic manicure. I had some specks of varnish still on a few nails. Some of them are still there a d the cuticles werent fully dealt with. She didnt talk to me except to ask if my hair was real and say she liked my makeup. After each question shed then giggle and talk to the other coworkers which had me feeling awkward. Im not that woman who feels paranoid about that kind of thing either but it just felt rude in any language. It sucks to feel mocked or disliked by someone youre paying for a luxury service!She asked if I wanted clear polish, I said yes. She didnt end up using it. I wont go back there. $24 and a $6 tip...she stood about 2 feet away as I used the ATM and asked if I wanted change from $40. Uh. What? Who would give a $16 tip on that?!?! No thanks.

Its very easy to make online appointments through their website! Their pedicures are consistent quality and feel very safe and clean. Staff is always friendly and kind! Great color selection in both traditional polish and gel polish. I do think theres an unusually significant price difference between their regular polish services and their gel polish services - a bigger difference than other places Ive gone. That being said, theyre still my go-to for peds!

Always professional and on time. I made an appointment online and they confirm your name when you walk in the door and stay true to the appointment time. They always uphold a nice and clean atmosphere. On Broadway there are a lot of options for nail salons but Plumeria will be my go to!

This is the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to. The ladies here do a wonderful job and are extremely friendly. The owners are always present & obviously care about their business. They don’t use acrylic, so plan for a regular or gel manicure/pedicure. I am a regular patron here and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Always a great experience here! They were able to fit us in for a pedicure, and two manicures on the spot. My aunt just had a baby, so the baby was with us and when at moments she cried or wanted to be fed out nail techs were understanding and patient.Will be returning again! Very clean, beautiful space. There are always appointments available and I love being able to book online. COVID protocols followed (ventilation, masking) and I’ve always had fantastic service and long-lasting gel mani/pedis.

We recently moved to Portland from Chicago. Ive tried a number of nail salons since arriving. Plumeria surpasses all of them. Relaxing, excellent experience and service. Will be returning soon.

Short notice got a group of us in for pedicures. Everyone of us left satisfied and glowing. They were friendly and thorough. A few of us got the paraffin wax, which (at most places) is very hot to the touch. The gals cooled it on our feet before wrapping them in it. 2nd best pedicure in Portland!

I went to Plumeria to get a pedicure, and I was greeted pleasantly and chose from a wide selection of colors. Tracy did a lovely job with the foot scrub and painting my nails, and social distancing measures were in place and followed. All of the employees wore masks and gloves, and people were stationed 6 feet apart. My feet felt brand new after walking three miles that day in slightly uncomfortable shoes.

THEY ARE NOT WEARING MASKS!!I made an appointment for manicure/pedicure at Plumeria Nail Salon. Their website states that they are very concerned about their customers safety regarding Covid-19 and masks are required! As I sat down, I noticed that the manager of Plumeria was not wearing a mask. I mentioned it to my nail technician and she asked her coworker to put it on. She complied. Then a few minutes later, I noticed another employee not wearing a mask! I mentioned this again and they made excuses that she was sweeping the floor and was not near customers. They have a sign on their front door stating that masks are REQUIRED. I was and am appalled that they are not following the mask MANDATE and putting their customers at risk. Unacceptable and irresponsible. Needless to say, I got up and left! I went down the street to Lotus Nail Salon where everyone was wearing a mask, following social distancing and adhering to the protocols necessary because of the PANDEMIC we are in!

Plumeria is the best in town!I drive all the way from Gresham to have Vy do my nails. The attention to detail is unmatched. COVID precautions are followed and the salon is always very clean, spacing people 6ft apart. I wont go anywhere else!

They fit me in 20 before closing time and stayed after to finish my nails with no attitude or rush. Everyone was also so welcoming and nice. Thank you.

I have been a client here for more than 4 years. The owners, ken and vy, are absolutely lovely. Since reopening during covid, they have put into play all the safety precautions needed and the shop is always clean. The shop has always been clean even before covid . They recently expanded (right before covid) and the addition is beautiful. Staff have always been kind and knowledgeable. Nini is my girl and I arrange my schedule around her availability! She is a gem! Manis, pedis, no acrylic. Much love!!

Went here for the first time instead of my normal place, since I was looking for a last-minute appointment. Very friendly, efficient, and accommodating! Seems to have a lot of regulars, which is understandable--they did a really great job. Not on my normal route between home and work, but might make a detour to come back sometime anyway! I mostly interacted with Ken and Thao, who were both great.

I had my first manicure in 20 years here. Well, she did giggle when she say my pitiful teeny, shredded nails---then made them look like a million bucks. Ive been admiring the little red berries at the end of my fingers for three weeks. The shellac helped my nails grow longer. Going back for more--thats high praise !

Very clean and I was really happy with how much time was taken to make sure my nails were even. They also give a neck massage with the manicures!

This place is absolutely amazing! I dont think you realize what a difference it makes to be acrylic free until you experience it. I got a Mani pedi and the service was great. The massages were long and they even did a neck and shoulders massage during the Mani. Loved it!
