My roommate came home very sad. she was there from 2:30 to almost 6pm and thats what they did to her. So Horrible job plus she also had to pay an extra $ 20 for parking

Everything was great. They took my temperature when I got there and made sure I wasnt sick. There was only one other person there and I was happy about that. I ended up getting a set of acrylic. I was so relaxed I could have fallen asleep during. Very nice experience overall!

They take the time to do a thorough mani and Pedi. I will be back.

Love this place it is 100% my go to for pedicures. So relaxing and the people are SO kind. My nails always look fantastic and look good forever. Highly recommend 10/10

Absolutely the best salon I’ve been too! Katie and Kevin are so wonderful. Extremely thoughtful, patient and talented people. My nails look stunning. They give me such a confidence boost and they are so strong. I highly recommend the deluxe passages. I get my toes done with the paraffin wax and massage. It’s the best feeling in the world. Katie does my eyebrows too! You come out of here feeling like a whole new person. They are so fun and flexible. I only go here and take my word for it, you will also!!!

Katie, Kevin and their staff are the best! The salon is always sparkling clean, stylish decor and with the most modern massaging chairs. They have taken extra measures to COVID safety including plexiglass shields at the nail tables, take your temperature at the door upon checking in, masks are required and have momentarily removed extra items like magazines. They have a fabulous selection of colors and use excellent product... most of all, they always treat us like family.

First time customer as a walk in but will be a life long client. Katie did an amazing job on my nails. the customer service here is outstanding, they know almost everyone by name. very nice and welcoming. highly recommend!!

Katie rocks! I had a horrible hack job at Elegant Nails down the street and Katie stayed late to fix it and didn’t want to charge me to take off the awful polish that Elegant Nails. I insisted on paying the full amount and am totally satisfied with Katie’s excellent work. The price is reasonable and the staff is accommodating and kind! Thank you Katie for making it right even when it wasn’t your issue to fix!

I have to say that I have only gone there once and I loved it. They were wonderful! They give you a massage and a hot sack and a drink if you would like, or you can even bring in your own wine. I got the Shellac manicure and it is by far better than where I was going before. I do unfortunately have to go back right after 2 weeks but that is not due to them (i have thin nails and pick at them when I get bored). Would recommend them for anyone.

What an amazing experience! Took a friend here for her first manicure (I got a pedicure) and it was honestly the best experience you could ask for. Great service, friendly and funny staff, free wine, and great prices for amazing service. We will absolutely be back, and we’ll be bringing friends.

Okay so the customer service was okay and they take care of you when you are there... give you a bottled water and a hot towel and all that good stuff. But the work is really not as good as everyone sets them out to be. The girl who did my nails this last Sunday, which was the first time i went there, cut my cuticle TWICE on the same finger mind you. The first time she cut me i was like OUCH! and she said she was sorry.. but the other side of the same nail, she snipped my cuticle so deep i bled AGAIN. Now i have what is not the most attractive manicure because i have two huge scabs and it hurts like anything.. i will of course not be going back. She didnt even offer to give a discount because she cut me twice.. and stood there while i included a tip with my card in one hand, kept saying how much tip?? i crumbled and tipped her five.. but i regret it now since i cant even type well with this finger.

It took 3 hours for a acrylic nail set. It should not take more than a hour. On top of that the nails were un even with the acrylic powder. Also there was 4 coats instead of 2 so my nails were super thick. Definitely don’t recommend to waste your money here

I have been going for years and there is no one better--waxing, manicures, pedicures--they are awesome. Plus they are the sweetest ladies ever.

While out shopping on 23rd today I saw the sign for Radiance nails and decided to stop in and check it out. First of all, I was blown away by the incredible customer service, the girls were so friendly and warm. Katie, my nail tech, even poured me a glass of wine! The basic pedicure comes with a 10 min massage per leg, and Katie was the best! My nails turned out great and my skin feels so soft! The whole experience was very relaxing, for $33 (mani-pedi) I might just start coming here instead of getting a massage! Bring cash, but they have an ATM inside if you forget. And tip these girls well ;) they seem to love their job, but we all know its hard work, and a great attitude deserves a reward!

Terrible SNS experience, they are lumpy and she put a gel coat on top, the edges were not clean. The nail top gel coat began looking dirty (weird I know) the day after I left. I asked for a refund or for them to be redone and she gave me 20 dollars back on the 40 dollar nails. Waste of time and money.

I get my nails done here all the time. Nice salon, nice people, excellent work.

This could be a long review but Im just going to say that this place did a HORRIBLE job taking off my gel nails to get a manicure. I spoke up several times to salvage the situation but I left the salon with half of the old gel still on my nails and a sloppy polish job. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
