Best place to get your nails done. I’ve been going here for years now. Reasonable prices, good quality (especially the dip nails). I always call ahead of time and most of the time they are able to fit me in within the hour. Highly recommend!

I got nail extension with dip powder today with Annie. She is the most talented person I have ever met! she did exactly what I showed her but made it more beautiful! Annie went extra miles despite how busy it was at the salon with a lot of details. The staffs were very nice and welcoming. I am definitely coming back soon!! Thank you sooooo much Annie!!

This has been the first salon in PDX that I have felt has truly spent quality time with my nails and didn’t try to rush or oversell me. I used to be a nail technician for years and has a majority of my family in the business so I know quality work. You really can’t judge the outside of the salon by it’s cover (pink outside walls, can’t miss it)!

Just got my first pedicure there and I’ve officially decided this is my new salon. So nice and welcoming, prices were beyond reasonable. Covid precautions are there. Can’t say enough about how great my experience was.

COVID REVIEW! Ive been going to Salon Avenue for about 5 years and I was very concerned about their wellbeing when Covid-19 restrictions forced then to close temporarily. I went in today to find that theyre not only open, but theyre going above and beyond state requirements for social distancing, mask wearing, and sanitation. Theyve erected clear plastic barriers at their nail stations, as well as plastics sheets surrounding the pedicure chairs to separate clients from each other, as well as staff. Even after 3 months, I walked in, with a mask, and everyone greeted me by name. Im so impressed with their resilience and hard work. Tip your nail tech generously!

Great pedis. They take their time and I even walked in last minute an hour before closing and they took me in!

Me and my friend went to salon avenue yesterday, to get our nails done for my wedding. And they did such a wonderful job! They took there time to make our nails look perfect, they were so welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be coming back to this place! I have high expectations and they definitely exceeded. I left my wallet there and one of the ladies from the shop returned it to my home, I had just realized it was missing when she knocked on my door. I will be going back again for more than a manicure. Honest people and they do a great job! So nice to find a quality neighborhood salon.

Minh does a great job, reliably every time. I saw here for nearly 2 years on a twice a month basis as my hair grows pretty fast and I keep it short. Couldnt recommend her enough. Plus it is an amazing value compared to many surrounding barber shops charging 25-40 for a haircut with a shot of whiskey.

A small; slightly rundown neighborhood salon. Very nice ladies but often they work way too rushed. Last two times I was there they had me pay before they applied polish then pushed me out the door with wet nails and barely have any massage. Both times my manicure was wrecked before I got to the car. Just not worth the money for rush job.

Ming always does my hair just right. Sometimes better than the idea I came in with. Super friendly, remembers my name and my stories. Ive been coming to her for over 4 years and like to change my style, she always gets it perfect. Recently moved to Gladstone but gladly make the 25 minute drive to have Ming keep me looking fly!

Bottom line: excellent service and even better results; the best pedicure Ive ever had! I have been here twice now and both times I had the same top-notch experience. They are so friendly and the pedicure was divine. I have certainly been short-changed on length of time given and attention paid in other places but here they go above and beyond. It was over an hour for the service not including dry time. Honestly if that werent enough the best part really is that this pedicure looks brand new for weeks. I kid you not I had mine done 2 weeks ago now and its unblemished. They are competitively priced as far as pedicures ($20 as of this writing); not sure about other services. I could not recommend them more and will not go anywhere else if I can help it. Bonus tip: Around the corner is Buis Natural Tofu that has the most divine spring rolls with peanut sauce for only $3. I took a few to go, along with some other yummy treats.

I absolutely LOVED this place. Ive been looking for a reasonably priced mani/pedi for a while. I came here and got totally pampered. They gave me a lovely massage on my lower calves and hands, while the massage chair massaged my back. They did a perfect job on my nails.This place is nice and clean, big and roomy, with plenty of light coming in the south facing windows. It smells nice, too--not like chemicals like a lot of salons smell like.I cant say anything bad. I loved it, it was cheap, and I felt spoiled afterward. Next time Im going to get a deluxe pedi and see if its possible to feel more taken care of than I already was.

Such an amazing place! The staff is amazing and they do things so expertly! I got my nails done and am utterly amazed. The paint job was beautiful and the whole experience was so relaxing!

The owner, Minh, is extremely sweet, fastidiously clean and a talented stylist! The Other ladies who work there are also all warm, courteous and do a great job. Very long lasting manicures that rival the work of a $60 salon. I brag about this place all over town, whenever someone compliments my nails!

I go here because I only trust them to highlight my hair at a great price! They pay attention to detail and are courteous at the same time. I usually dont have to wait too long if I walk in w/o an apt, but I usually makes appts if I know ahead of time. I trust this place with my short pixie.

Family run business. They are very nice ladies. The younger gal did a good job on my nails. I dont get my nails done often, but with my best friends wedding coming up, wanted to be lady like. Just had some gel paint over my natural nails. I requested for an extra layer of glitter polish to the tips, which she did. Price was more for gel polish, which is normal, but being that I didnt have acrylic done or anything, seemed pricey. Then again, Im not a girly girl, so paying for all this additional stuff isnt worth being thrown into my budget on a regular basis.

I have been to many nail salons in Portland, and this one outshines them all. The women do an excellent job and are very nice. They even did a pedicure on me while my pinky toe was broken and were very careful. The price is also the best around!

I came here not too long ago to get my nails done (acrylic). I asked the lady if she could do the nails i wanted and she told me no and that i could do it on my regular nails and i explained that i wanted them longer and to be acrylic she proceeded to tell me no till my friend spoke up and finally she was able to do them. Once we were seated she told me she could do the nails and that she was just lazy... and my nails came out horrible and im so devastated about this place. They also had ONE lady who can do nails, like really?? then she had the audacity to over charge me for these horrid things.

It was a lovely experience. Although they were short-handed at the time, I felt that I was being pampered nonthe less. And what a great manicure and pedicure! Thanks Ming and Ling.

Was only $20 for Gel nails and did a great job. They were quick as well. I will go back!

My $8 haircut was atleast a 30-45 minute intensive. She really wants to make sure your haircut is absolutely perfect. Are you kidding me? Plus Minh is just the sweetest thing, do yourself a favor - go get your haircut...here!
