NOT TO BAD. CHECK IN WITH GUARD WHEN YOU ARRIVE!!! DONT GO TO OFFICE UNTIL YOU CHECK IN WITH GUARD. Appintment was 0400, showed up 1 hr and was asked to come back 15 mins till. Got dock assigned at 0345, MT at 0530.

The fat guy who is at check-in (night shift) doesn’t have manners. he uses abusive language every time. Ill recommend don’t go there for pickup or delivery.

Guard was friendly and helpful. There is a deli nearby with pretty decent food at affordable prices. The guard recommended this food spot. It’s called MOCK BOTTOM. Go check it out. Chicken Teriyaki was tasty.

Parked here now. Guard is friendly. Appointment time was changed and never told to broker (he said/she said thing) hence why 4 and not 5 stars. If you cant deal with hurry up and wait, stay out of the military and trucking. The industry has been this way forever and isnt about to change. Ill update as this pick-up continues.Update: Im in a door. Pays to stay positive.Final update: took 2 hours to get loaded. (Per industry standards thats average). They made sure that whatever delay due to the changed appointment was resolved. Im pleasantly surprised and upgraded to 5 stars.

Took more than 18 hours to unload my trailler. Plus city of Portland give my no parking ticket on the road.Which this company security guard told me to park. No one want to pay fine on ticket now.Never coming back to this company with any kind of shipping even any broker any company pay me good amount for a load.Enjoy beer cage I drop here.

Delivered here on a Sunday night. Guard was friendly. I arrived right at shift change 11pm. I received a slip from the guard then went to the shipping office. I received a door right away. The backing was tight because trailers were parked in the lot. Not bad

Very nice guard. Got there early and I was out in 3 hours. I took pictures of the pallets just in case... The plus is the scale on site, all big companies that load heavy need that.

I was there in September 2nd 2019 and everything was fine, the guard very respectful and helpful, and the unloading was really fast,,,, they are doing a good job thanks guys

Good people if you be there before 11 pm. after 11 pm God bless you.. you can get a tiket if you parking on the street but is a mcdonald close to there that have parking for truck McDonalds3110 N Going St, Portland, OR 97217

Word of Caution to my fellow drivers:When doing what us drivers are told regardless of the no parking signs. The guard if you pull in the lot to check in will stop you and make you move to street. The city of Portland will come by and ticket you. This is all Budweiser’s doing. They tell you to park out there regardless of signs or not. If you receive a ticket the guard then tells you that they will reimburse you if you file a dispute claim with Budweiser(Oregon transfer). Once you do go find out how to get the form from the office they will then lie and tell you “we always tell drivers not to park on street” not true period. We do not talk to office, we talk to guards so how can they tell you that? There is no other option to do except park on street and check in with guard. So in the short time it takes to park, walk up to guard shack between doors 16-17 you may end up with a ticket not being your fault. I would suggest that you don’t show up no more then 30 minutes before appointment. If you happen to show up early if you see a little white golf cart car looking thing going from truck to truck then don’t park and keep driving until he leaves because you will get a ticket period and he is extremely fast. The tickets are $85.00. These are the slowest people possible.

If their was an option to leave 0 stars I would. My husband and I arrived 45 minutes before the appt time, 5 hours later still waiting... but whats worse is that the guard told us to weigh in and than park on the road til they called us... we were told twice to move and the 2nd time was from a police officer that said we couldnt park on the road... so we had to drive 15 minutes away to the nearest truck stop... and when we arrived at the truck stop they called us to come back... this place is a joke, its congested and disorganized! Stay away from this place.

I deliver here the people are very nice and very friendly.

So.This is my 2nd delivery at this location.Last week it was no man power.People called in.Now its..... an audit for at least 4 hrs.I checked in at 11a.m. for a noon appt.City arrived giving out no parking citations.I had to move, oh and by the way.Im on elogs....So now Im screwed.Such a small warehouse, why would they overlap inventory with shipping and receiving?!?!?!Just dont schedule anything in so we as carriers can manage our time!In the dawn of E-LOGS.....This is just smart business all around!Recieving needs some reformed measures asap!.Based on whats talked about out on the street.Seems like no one likes working there.When clerks answering the phone compt an attitude...Thats drawing the line.I hope they get paid good wages.It just seems carriers are not important enough.God for bid if anyone there is delayed from getting home.Even security has an attitude.Well... the morning guard is cool but the night guard?!?!?!?!YIKES!!! Not bad, we took delivery at 20 hours earlier, everything is polite and friendly.

Pretty straight forward place. Check in with security, get a door, back in. They have signs posted giving you directions on what to do. I didnt read the signs at first cause apparently I had a case of the Ill figure it outs.. hey what can I say, no coffee...

Sometimes places just deserve 6stars. I got there the night before and checked in, while doing so they couldnt find my appointment and they managed to find me an earlyer one. Night and Dayshift was nice and polite. First thing in the morning i checked in 30 min early waited 20min for door and 70min to unload. That is fast in my general trucking experience

This is the worst ever!!!! Union workers that refuse to do there job and unload a truck in a reasonable amount of time. Mark is a worthless manager!!!! My truck sat there for 30 hours waiting to be unloaded and over 7 hours in a dock to unload 10 pallets.

I cant speak for the service to vendors, but as an employee they are horrible.

Please have a shrink evaluate the night security guard, I think he has anger issues. I was told some cases of my load were damaged so, obviously I wanted to see and eventually to take a picture for my company. He told me that he was not paid enough to deal with this... His supervisor denied my access to the load as well... I got treated disrespectfully and kicked out from there without a proper explanation or description of the so called damage. Needless to say load looked perfectly fine when I opened the door and there was no spill or smell in my trailer. I wish I could rate 0... it does not deserve 1 star...

I have delivery here several times, every time is being a fast unloading, now I’m loading here for first time and it’s been hell, I’ve been sitting for 3 hours at door and still unsure if my teller has been touched. There is parking on the street in case you are early or ran out of HOS.

Drivers beware! Just delivered here..90 cases damaged, kept, pictures taken and sent to Anheuser Busch drivers arent allowed on dock...when load locks were removed from trailer ALL pallets standing straight up...believe unloader screwed the pooch and tipped a pallet over, now they want to blame damage on driver...

Showed up for my 5 am appt at 4:45. Got ignored by Receiving for 16 minutes. Receiving has no record of it. Tells me to wait until 6 when office staff arrives. I get outside and security kicks me off the property. Everyone I encountered was very indifferent about the whole thing. Avoid this place if possible.

I had a 3 pm appointment on Monday 4/30/18 to load return load to la porte tx. I sit 10 hours on the street where earlier they gave tickets out for no parking. Real bad set up avoid if possible

Guard has some mental issues I guess. Came here at 12:40pm and still waiting. Now its 6:55 PM. This is supposed to be First come first serve(FCFS) but apparently guard has no clue what to do. I dont know how long Im gonna wait. Bull****

They take a long time to load you and get you on your way. It took 7 hrs so we were under the gun the next 2 days to get their load there on time without being an unsafe driver

I delivered bush beer here from st. Louis Missouri.I supposed to be here January 9th 2017 and because of freeway was closed Wyoming i 80,and I-84 in Oregon .I call dispatch and he contact the broker and broke her schedule for January 10th 2017 and then told me between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PMThey will work me in.I got here at 12:30 January 10 2017They told me earliest we can do 9:30 PM.This is terrible company to do business with.

I went here 2 years(almost) ago to pick upLoad my experience was horrible that time I pulled from dock and cancelled that load. so I come back today (9/12/2018) to pickup again. I saw alots of chances in the behavior of staff communication with drivers and loading/ unloading times .i specially want to thanks management they really taking action for improvement.

Clean and quiet, on the weekend anyways. No wait hardly to get unloaded.

I was suppose to pick up on Thursday night, load wasnt ready they said. Didnt get loaded Friday night cause load still wasnt ready.... 3 days later and its Monday afternoon. I was at the door at 10am and its already 1:00pm and the load that was supposed to be ready is not even half loaded in my trailer. No wonder truckers hate this company.

Be prepared for a long wait if you are an OTR driver. Took me six and a half hours this time ten-and-a-half hours the last time I was here.

I showed up at 330 pm for a 4 pm appointment. Got a door at 6. Finished loading around 10. Self explanatory.

The most terrible company, arrived at 9:00pm,they said they would unload later because we were late, waited all night long when they call and all morning and still waiting..... Now 8 am. And last night ask them please unload me asap because I have load already in the morning but I guess there nobody want know your problem. So thank you a lot for understand me Oregon transfer co... I hope they will unload me today
