Lost a 1700lb pallet. Can’t tell me where it is and they haven’t called to let me know. My wife was home to accept the delivery, didn’t tell her there was a pallet missing and let her sign for both as if they were. Called delivery guy when I arrived home and he stated he knew there should have been two pallets.
Very tight hardly any space to maneuver. But staff and drivers really friendly and funny
Agreed that the yard is crazy right and trailers are shoe-horned in the, but the guys in the office and in the yard are all very nice and very helpful.
DO NOT USE!I tried to change a delivery location for my salesman. All I wanted to do was have it stop at the terminal it was already going to so my salesman could pick it up. After being on hold for 20min I was told that I had to get the shipper to send an official email, it had to be a certain format, and it would cost 30$ to do! I have changed things like this as other trucking companies and have NEVER been charged for them to do less work. Very disappointed.
This company will not take care their customers. They want to say what they will charge you but then want to up the price seven times because their employee did do their job correctly or completely. They simple want to rip the customer off. I would never use them enhance forth to move freight across the country.

Ive been waiting a week for them to schedule a delivery of my shipment from their Portland hub to my residence. They say that the Portland hub doesnt deliver to my area very often...and I live in Portland..am I missing something?
Company says is completely wrong with they estimated shipping times. My load didnt move from its stop in Atlanta for 5 days on a 5 day shipment. They just kept changing the estimated arrival time with no communication. Customer service promised a tail load for first drop of the day after being 5 days late. Then I called and they said it would be the next day for first unload in the morning. Now its 11am and I still havent seen it. Customer service just blows smoke and says what you want to hear, but doesnt follow through. They just keep adjusting the expected delivery time as the day goes on.. As many times as it shows switching trailers, hopefully its still in 1 piece. By Far, The worst shipping in my 20 years experience.
I dont like to write a poor review but you need to consider an alternate freight company due to poor communication and failure on scheduled deliveries. After several attempts on a critical large cylinder delivery we had to send a truck up to receive the load in Portland OR. Customer care is missing in their service and it may cost your company and your customer. Hope they will remedy in the future.

Lousey dirt ball company. They ignore their quotes and pay no attention to the delivery times they quote. quoted next day. Two weeks later still not delivered. Simple job. now I have an angry customer. Completely untrustworthy. You have been honestly warned. I wish I could have left a better review, but it just isnt possible with people like this.
This seems the best way in the social media age to let companies know about their behavior. I have often seen SAIA truckers performing unsafe driving techniques. Just yesterday, I was pushed onto the shoulder by a truck starting with the number 88(I wont repeat it all here). Business and people pick another company that wont risk your product by risking lives.
Just little bit of space to park your load and not much Emety trailers to pick up there.
They need a bigger yard
Scheduled a delivery with them for a Wednesday. No show and didnt get any update until that Friday. They wanted to reschedule for the next Monday so I let them know that was ok. No show again and now they wont return my calls. (Update): Got a call on Tuesday wanting to reschedule for Wednesday. No show again.
Tight yard how ever yard dog was very helpful droped trailer in yard and he parked it!

Disorganized and cant get the job done. It wont matter how critical the items are to your operations, they just dont care.
Scheduled a delivery for Monday No show called them they said it didnt make it on the truck but it would make it today well No show again so I called and they told me yeah it didnt make it on the truck again Im not sure what is going on with these people but I would not refer anyone to them
