This company is a joke. How are they a contractor for Costco?? 3 different days they said the item would be shipped over the course of 2 weeks (and of course needs someone to be home to sign and receive), first time it was wrong item and the other 2 times they called the day of and were like actually no we cant find it? You cant find my package thats over 6 long and 3 wide?
Worst company Ive ever dealt with. My shipment goes missing for weeks, I contact them everyday, but I spend hours on hold waiting to get in contact with someone, and then when my shipment finally magically appears in their location, they make me call again to schedule a delivery and act like there are not issues with their process.
After having another delivery company who was far below par in expectation or customer service let me down, Ceva stepped up and provided AMAZING delivery tracking and service. The delivery person was great and an overall good experience. I would recommend Ceva to anyone looking to have products delivered.
Email you a week out to schedule an appointment for delivery and the day of they advise you after taking time off work that it wont be delivered until Friday. Today is Tuesay and thanks for letting me know about the issue the day of. Tried calling the local number that Ceva provided to no result, went straight to voicemail and never received a call back. Stay away from this company and their affiliate. Worst customer service experience in my life and disappointed that Costco uses them for their delivery services. Ceva showed no remorse for their mistake or fault in this instance
