RediMedi Laser is my go-to clinic for treating sun damage and I couldnt be happier with the results. Over the course of numerous visits Ive watched my skin improve noticeably thanks to the clinics skilled and knowledgeable staff. Darcy usually does my treatments and is absolutely fantastic - her attention to detail and warm personality make every visit that much better. Highly recommend for both value and clinic environment as well.

I really enjoyed going to RediMedi. I appreciate that theyre open on Saturdays, and they have a large parking lot instead of having to park your car on the street (which is very common in that area). Darcy and her team made me feel extremely comfortable through the entire experience and they were very friendly. Darcy was also fast and efficient, during my facial treatments.RediMedi will be my new go-to spa for treatments.

Darcy is the only person I’ve trusted with my lip injections. She does amazing every single time! These photos are almost immediately after being injected. I’m obsessed! I have seen Darcy for years for botox and fillers, she is fantastic and does excellent work. I have had some recent body and facial treatments that I have been really pleased with. Darcy and Maureen are both great at keeping people comfortable during treatments, and theyre very professional when explaining outcomes. I feel very satisfied each treatment and I see great results quickly after my laser facials. I definitely recommend trying a treatment out soon.

I have been seeing Darcy at Redi Medi Spa for over two months for the Aerolase treatment. I have been blown away by my results! I was mainly trying to target scarring and some recurring acne, though I do also have relatively sensitive skin. After four treatments, my skin has totally changed. All of my spots have lightened significantly, and will likely have totally disappeared soon. Any acne that I do get resolves itself in less than a week, and I am left with little to absolutely no scarring. Ive always felt well-informed and well taken care of, and I am confident that after my own research and my own experience, that Aerolase was the safest treatment option of me. Cant wait to go back!

I love redi medi. The spa is open on Saturday and the parking is right in front and free. Plus, the owner does all of the procedures and it is dr owned. Darcy even texted me over the weekend to make sure the treatment went well. Great job! Monica

Darcy was nice but they made my acne and acne scars TEN TIMES WORSE than before! I went to see Darcy mostly to treat acne scars, as my acne had mostly (but not completely) already cleared up. I did two sessions of the Light pod neo laser at her suggestion. She insisted it was the best treatment for both acne and acne scars. After the first session I didnt notice a huge difference so in the second session she said shed turn things up and really make the difference noticeable. She also told me that her previous clients with similar skin as mine saw a great difference after two sessions.Within a few days it became clear that the treatment had aggravated my skin. My acne is AT LEAST TEN TIMES WORSE now, as are the scars! It made them waayyy more red and deep!! Im not even exaggerating, Ive literally had multiple colleagues and relatives say OMG what happened to your face? And that is not an exaggeration. Its now been SEVERAL MONTHS since my last treatment and my skin is still awful; I will probably be living with the damage they caused for the rest of my life. Its truly awful. If you are suffering from acne or acne scars DONT GO HERE!!*RESPONSE to response from business:*I DEFINITELY had TWO treatments. So that is simply not accurate to say that I only had one. The first one was a walk in and she saw me right away, so maybe there isnt a record of it? I just checked my email and it says, for the appointment on 3/27 laser treatment 2, which is maybe an indication that was my second treatment, if you have that in your records. The appointments were about 3 weeks apart, which is the time frame Darcy recommended.And yes, it 100% made both my acne and scars worse. As I said, when I went in, my acne was under control; I was mostly seeking help for my existing scars. It was apparent within 24 hours of the second visit that my skin was worse; at first I thought maybe it was just a temporary reaction in response to my treatment but here we are, months later and my skin is still AWFUL. Lots of active acne AND the scars are even more visible. I hadnt seen my sister or my mother in law for a year and I saw them both, separately, in the last 8 weeks. My sister said OMG what happened to your face? And my mother in law said Holy **** your face is so red, what happened!? Looks like the worst sunburn Ive ever seen!! But no, there was no sunburn, thats just the redness from all my old acne scars and new acne -- and YES, the laser DID darken my existing scars.I wish I had some ulterior motive, I honestly do. My only motive here is to hopefully spare anyone else from going through what I am now -- I paid $300 for these two treatments and now Im going to spend thousands more just trying to correct the damage they caused.

They are very kind and nice people there, Darcy was very nice to me but I went there to get rid of a scar on my leg, and omg she saids it was going to take a couple weeks to heal it’s been more than a month and my scar looks way worse than it used to look before the treatment, even the color of the skin hasn’t return back to normal after two month of the treatment, I didn’t have a good experience with the treatment.

Excellent work done from a very professional and comforting team. Darcy and Moreen did a better job with my tattoo removal than what I expected. The lazer they use is to die for as it gets the job done quickly and efficiently. They worked very quickly and precisely. My tattoes were lazered before I knew it. I would highly recomend RediMedi to anyone that wants to be worked on by a comforting team that diligently does a great job with your best interest in mind. They make it affordable and they do a great job.

I can’t recommend this place enough! As someone who’s always had troubled skin my entire life, I’ve been to many different medical and esthetician offices and tried all types of lasers for discoloration/broken capillaries. But I’ve never had instant results with laser like I did with Darcy. She thoroughly explained the procedure before, during and after - Even guaranteeing results or my money back. And I am beyond thrilled with the results, she did a fantastic job! I ended up also getting Botox the same day as well, which she injected quickly and relatively pain-free. You know she’s a pro. Highly, highly recommend if you want customized treatment and quality customer service and care. Thank you, Darcy!

Ive had a lot of laser work over the years, in various places around the country. Some places try to lower the affect/voltage claiming safety and say theres no difference, when I know a good zap is what does the job to the root and low heat just singes the visible hair; this keeps you returning and doling out your precious earnings. Being thorough is also important, and it takes someone with a love of getting that job done, as opposed to assuring the uninformed return for more treatments than theyd need if done right, at every appointment. I think this technician did a very thorough job, seemed meticulous, went over areas twice a few times. I just felt like it was a fantastic job done, really. To boot, when there was no mention before treatment about the fee, and I thought from their ads that my fee would be slightly lower than they quoted after the treatment, they said no worries and charged me what I thought I would be paying. These folks know how to get and keep customers; with good solid work ethic, and customer service MO. When its time for more Ill return here. rates were competitively fair.

I love this place!! I am getting rid a huge amount of tattoos removed from another lifetime and this place is make it wonderful! I have had many procedures by all of the technicians and I have had great success with all of them. My most recent experience in late January 2017 with Julene? was one of the greatest yet with respect to her procedures for after treatment. I cant say enough about these folks, especially the admin people! If you want a any tattoo removed please talk to these folks! I have had tattoo laser removal at other places and these people are the real deal. Effective results with minimal nasty stuff. They really want what you want at a great value!

I actually didnt end up going here for a tattoo removal, but Im giving them 5 stars anyway because Martha was so kind, helpful, and informative in my conversations with her. She even offered to continue to answer questions for me after I cancelled my appointment! Pretty awesome customer service.

Clean and tidy. Easy parking. Staff is friendly and very willing to explain everything! Have had microneedling and Laser hair removal was nervous about both but they are super professional and made it less intimidating.

I have been looking to get laser hair removal on my back for a couple years and finally decided to bite the bullet on Redi-Medi. The location is nice and the technician was very kind. However this place was extremely painful, covered a very small area, and took 2 hours. The next day I had a blister and I decided to try Luxe Laser (a nearby competiter) and it was a world of difference. Luxe was almost painless and their professional staff was shocked at the treatment I received. I will be using them for continued treatments and highly recommend anyone considering laser hair removal should not go to RediMedi.

From the time that I walked into the clinic I felt that MY CONCERNS and WANTS were addressed first and the details about the technology were explained to the level that I wished (for me I wanted thorough explanation!). The entire staff was pleasant and helpful.The laser technology seems to be the best way to remove tattoo, but this place was TOP NOTCH, and VERY competitively priced. The equipment was accurate, clean, everything was how I imagined it should be.I will be back for ALL my laser needs. NO question.
