I had a facial with Holly and it was wonderful. She was thorough, gentle and I was so relaxed I could hardly stay awake. She explained every step of the facial, always checking that the towels weren’t too hot., or she was applying the correct pressure. Holly is well on her way to being an excellent esthetician! I received a European Facial from Anna this morning. I had some major clogged pores from wearing a mask for the past year. I received my Master of Esthetics here and was so impressed with the Aesthetics Institute that I attended the Advanced Esthetics program directly after. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and professional. In addition, the space is clean and the curriculum is thorough. You receive a lot of one-on-one instruction and encouragement to be the best you can be. The Aesthetics Institute is a step above other schools in the area. I would recommend it to anyone interested in pursuing a career in Esthetics.

I’ve been getting laser hair removal with Rachael, and I’ve had a great experience so far. It is definitely a great value for what you’re getting, and it feels good to be able to help the students get their clinical experience. Their covid procedures also create a very safe environment

As a student at this school I definitely felt very confident leaving. Instructors are always available to help and I felt like I couldnt have gone to a better school to learn everything and anything about skin. My experience was great and I will definitely be returning as a graduate to get my facials and services done here just because of how well trained every student is!

I have been going for 2 weeks now, first thing you notice is how clean everything is. Ive been working with Mary and she is super professional, explains everything in detail before, during and after, its easy to tell that your comfort is her first priority. They offer a wide range of services and the students are also supported by their instructors so you never feel unsure of the quality of the work. 10/10 would recommend.

I really enjoyed my Renew facial with a MicroCurrent add-on. It was my first time trying MicroCurrent and my aesthetician, Kyla, was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process! I noticed a difference mostly in my jawline and neck and would consider doing it more frequently. The facial was relaxing and refreshing for my skin and again, Kyla was very caring and attentive to my needs in making sure I was comfortable during the facial.As a single mom, this was a very nice treat to myself that felt like I was still getting quality service while being reasonably priced. The experience I had at The Aesthetics Institute is from the students side. I really didnt know what to expect, but for some reason the vibe was just right when I toured. I got all the information I needed, asked all the questions I had, and felt confident in the way I was delivered information. Never was I pressed to sign up or go there. I was never bombarded by school spam. Although a follow-up to my tour would have been nice it wasnt absolutely necessary. I knew that when I had the time and the money I would go here!While attending The Aesthetics Institute I didnt have much to compare it to as this was my first certificate program outside of attending college. Maybe its because I had no expectations or maybe because I felt confident since the day I had my tour, but I knew this was going to be a good experience.Covid did change that experience a tad, but I was always enamored by the way our instructors kept the school going. They managed to help us forget just for a few hours each day what was going on in the world and focus on our futures and learn!My class size was small and small class sizes were one of the reasons I chose the school. I definitely enjoyed my class, the class that was ahead of mine, and the class that came after. While each class was taught at a different time it was nice to have others from learning stages to bounce ideas off of and learn from.The instructors might have been my favorite part. I also didnt know what to expect when it came to instructors, but they were kind, educated, thoughtful, attentive, communicative, and organized. Teaching is rough stuff, but somehow all of them knew exactly the kind of help I needed or knew how to explain something to me so that I understood and absorbed the material. You get different levels of expertise, industry specialties, and field experience.What they offer here really surpassed my expectations and It was sad when the classes ended and we had to graduate. I left with knowing how to start my own business, build a resume, product knowledge, industry tips for profiting, and much more! Id definitely recommend this school to anyone with an interest in Aesthetics.

I graduated from Aesthetics Institute after attending both their Esthetics and Certified Advanced Esthetics courses. I toured many schools before deciding on one and I’m so glad I ended up here. The curriculum is much more in depth than other schools, you will get much more hands on experience, and you will leave here with the tools to truly thrive in the industry. After working in the industry I can attest that the education you get here is way beyond what other schools are teaching even in other states. The instructors here are invested in teaching new generations of esthetician’s and put a lot of energy into making sure you are learning everything they know. It’s not just about getting you in and out of the door it really is about helping you cultivate skills that will put you ahead and create a better industry in the long run. After graduating I had a lot of support in finding the perfect job, everything from help tweaking my resume and cover letters to being the first to know about job openings to answering my calls when I have questions. There is nothing scarier than starting a new career in a brand new field but going in with a ton of hands on experience and the best knowledge I could get made the transition seamless. If you want the best, this is it.

I spent the majority of 2020 and part of 2021 enrolled in both the Masters and the Advanced programs.A little background. I live in Lincoln City with my husband and two kids. There are no esthetics programs in Lincoln City. Sure, I could have chosen one in Salem and had an hour commute, instead of two. But I didnt. I chose to drive 2 hours every Sunday and spend four days away from my family every single week... just to attend the Aesthetics Institute. Why would I choose a longer commute?Because I am passionate about skincare and want to become an expert in this field... and the Aesthetics Institute has that IT factor - that amazing element that sets it apart from the rest. You can tell the instructors really care about you. 4 years later I still can hear my instructors voice when I do my facial massage! I definitely recommend the masters program, it really prepares you for the real world.

It has taken me a long time to finally sit down and write the Aesthetics Institute the proper review they deserve. I was living in Florida and the standard for Estheticians in that state are very low. I wanted to be challenged and I wanted the most out of my education. I am thankful every day I found the AI. From the constant support, continuing education, and the many women who I befriended during school and can now call colleagues. My instructors were amazing. And they still are absolutely amazing. I can walk back into The Aesthetics Institute and feel this feeling of calm, its like being back at home. During schooling there it seemed like something were redundant and unnecessary, those are the things that I do every single day in my real job outside of school. They prepared us for so much, they had us used to being with clients and that interaction which is very important when getting out of school. I wish I could go back to school all over again, I miss school, and the amazing people at The Aesthetics Institute daily!

In my very long quest for a school that taught the most advanced treatments, the AI by far surpassed all other educational facilities.They take such excellent care of their students in making sure that they have all the tools needed to become a well-rounded, advanced and successful aesthetician/electrologist. They not only gave me a masters education, but an industry booming laser training and Medical Aesthetic Certification. I was a student here a few years ago, and all of my excellent training in school has totally paid off in many ways :). I am prepared for anything and I feel incredibly secure with all of my knowledge and guidance. Even after school if I still have questions, Monique, Mrs. M or Laura are totally there for me and give me excellent advice. I learned everything from chemistry, histology, waxing, chemical peels... literally everything it feels like. I will admit it was really hard to learn so much, but its totally worth it.Also I still go there for all my waxing, facial and body care needs, and I have never had a more pleasant experience before. The students are still learning but you can hardly tell. They are always professional and precise. I have been to other schools for waxes as well, and it doesnt compare to the excellent service at AE.

As a student of the Aesthetics Institute, I can in in all honesty say that this school has IT. I have never been to a school where students are so eager to learn and to provide fantastic services to their clients.We use great products, have more machines than you can imagine, and we learn from the best. I am very glad I chose AI. Here, I know that we are learning far beyond just the basics of Esthetics- I mean, come on, Intense Pulsed Light laser hair removal course and Medical Esthetics offered? Oh yes, we have that.

What I didnt know when I graduated from this school was whether my training equipped me with the skills that were actual used in the outside world. Once out there and practicing, I soon realized that I was VERY WELL TRAINED AND EQUIPED. Where I might have lacked the confedence, I have found that I could rely on my skills to handle/manage a successful service. It could not have been a better choice in schools.
