Been going here for a little over a year. Talya is my favorite! They are clean, consistent and super friendly. Sugaring has really changed a lot for me and I’m so glad I found such an amazing place. Talya is so thorough with her work and will seriously get every little hair. Love this place!!!!!

I’m torn on this review and have sat on reviewing for a few months but since I’ve told a few friends they said I need leave a review. I went in during COVID, ordered a Brazilian sugar. I was overgrown cause of Covid closures. It started off with the person not trimming anything and just going in. I left with some stray hairs but not excessive. That night I woke up pained, I shined a light and had a red mark. I took a picture to see, and there was a layer of skin missing. I feel like the person who did the job likely or should have noticed. I would have been okay and understood a mistake if they tell me and not let me find out in pain. The pain continued, it scabbed the following days, and finally after about two weeks when it was healed it stopped hurting. This place is so close to me I wanted it to work out but the lack of transparency about taking a layer of skin off is unacceptable. I feel like if she would have trimmed she would have not ripped off any of my skin.

If I could give this place a 0 Star believe me I would.I’m 9 months pregnant and really wanted to get waxed before being induced in one week, so my mom went online to the website and purchased a Brazilian+Brow for me but they didn’t give the option to pick a date figuring I could call in and set it up we didn’t think twice about it. I’ve called for the last few days, leaving voicemails trying to set up an appt but they never answer or return calls. At this point I just want a refund so I can go somewhere else.

I have gone several times now for Brazilian waxes. Everytime, I still have long hairs that were missed. I had explained to the front desk person that I had to come in every 4 weeks due to how fast my hair grows. She insisted on pushing it out to 6 weeks. Well my hair is now well over 1/4 of an inch just as I tried to explain to them would happen. The last person I saw straight up man handled me. Not gentle at all. Pushing on my legs and backside while going over the same spot over and over again, with still a ton of hair missed. The last straw was when I became very ill. I absolutely could not make my appointment since I could not keep anything down. I explained that I was very sick in a voicemail I left at 6am the day of my appointment before they even opened. I received a voicemail while battling the flu that I would be charged half the fee of the Brazilian but they hope I felt better. I understand their same day cancellation policy, but with the compounded issues I have had, I just cannot see myself going back again.

All of the staff are lovely and so helpful! They are quick and, while the process is not painless, it is less painful than waxing. Plus, it doesn’t feel like your skin is being ripped off of your face. The price is comparable to waxing, a few dollars more, but the service is 100% worth the $5 you might save going elsewhere. Quickly becoming a regular!

Kate, the owner, was incredibly nics and sweet about the experience I had with them. Amazing customer service coming directly from the owner. She even had a meeting addressing my experience here. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable in their field. Clean and sanitary work station and comfortable settings. Highly recommend seeing Talya, she is very friendly and makes the experiences that much more enjoyable.

Ive been going to this location since it opened and have had amazing sugaring experiences with all the staff. The vibe in the space is very welcoming and warm. If youre looking for a friendly unique experience I would recommend 10 out of 10 sugar me.

First time getting sugared and wont be the last! Chelsea was awesome! Made me feel so comfortable being my first time...Fast and efficient...and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes for an extended bikini sugaring

Super pleasant experience. I had previously been waxing at home, so this was waaaay worth it for time, efficiency, and comfort.Jenna did both underarm and basic bikini sugaring for me and was friendly, efficient, professional, and excellent at checking in with me throughout on my comfort level.Its not a painless procedure, but is probably the least painful way to do it. The Division location is clean but not clinical, smells really good, and has a lively yet chill vibe.Every staff member I interacted with was excellent. Ive already scheduled my follow-up appointment.

So I was very excited to come here and have my brows done. I made an appointment online for my spouse and I. Well we had a schedule conflict come up and I needed to cancel. Now I do t remebe reading any where that said same day cancellations or late cancellations result in 50% fee charge ( 22$ for brow wax per person) . Which you can imagine threw me off guard when I called to cancelled. For a moment I thought to push back, but instead let them have it.I will not ever be making another appointment, and thats a new customer snag the company has missed out on. Well you made one full brow wax off me and thats all.Maybe you display better your cancellation policy as well as maybe take the time to look at the fact that I was a new customer appointment and maybe give a one time fee wave or free with reschedule. Or maybe thats my bad for not being rude and pushing back. Either way bummed.

Great place for hair removal. Friendly people and natural ingredients used for sugaring (which hurts less than waxing). I really enjoyed my experience here.

My GF goes here and I love the results. She seems to prefer it to waxing and likes all the girls working there. They do gift certificates, great gift idea for that special someone.

I really wanted to love this place, my eyebrow wax was good and affordable. Except- I woke up with very noticeable red raised skin along my eyebrow the next day. After about a week of this, I went to the doctor and was told it was a fungus (ew) presumably from unclean practices. It still hasn’t fully healed 2ish weeks later 😭.

It was terrible! I doing Brazilian for years and I know how it should be done. Yes, sometimes it can be a bit painful, by this time at SugarMe was so tough!!! TONI WASHINGTON the esthetician was so tough and sometime even aggressive and doesn’t take care at all. Even when I’m cried and asked her be carefully. She just said if you want we can stop on the halfway. That’s one of the worst experience in my life...I just sat in my car and cried after that....

Wow I was pleasantly surprised that sugaring hurts much less than waxing, I also noticed my skin wasnt nearly as irritated as it was after waxing so I will definitely be doing sugaring from now on.

Less painful than waxing. The staff was kind and professional. The facility was also very clean and didnt have that yucky smell Ive come to associate with waxing places.

Clean, friendly, quick, quality. Highly recommend for sugaring (and if you wax at all, consider switching to this method and go here!).

I normally don’t go here (or write reviews on anything, but I’m disappointed.) I left with uneven eyebrows (overplucked on one side, which I felt happening but I put trust in the professionals.) overall sugaring experience was mediocre (I got a Brazilian, Brows, lip, chin) - and maybe it’s just the product they use, but she went over the same area like 7 times and there were stills hairs that she didn’t tweeze (but I could get them out using my fingernails.) AND it was expensive. Will make sure to book out with Opaline spa in the future. Sigh.UPDATE: Despite the comment below, no one has reached out to me. My face broke out HORRIBLY (again, Ive been getting sugared for years now at a different studio and have never had this type of reaction.) Poor service and poor product.
