These ladies keep me busy six days a week! I get a good variety of private and corporate offices all very close to home. They are great with communication and have systems in place to make sure I have received the information of where to go and what time to be there. I loved that I could control my own hours and how far I wanted to go from my city. If I didn’t like a certain office, they didn’t send me there. When I was going to school for dental hygiene, I was able to pick up a few hours there and there as an assistant to make extra cash during school breaks. Overall my experience was great.

I am the practice manager of a Salem clinic and Eugene clinic. Every time I have needed a temp, even at very short notice, this company has accommodated that need. I have dealt with Eve and Julie, and both are always very polite and a pleasure to work with.

Horrible experience with this agency playing office politics and middle school favorites drama with clients! I thought i was dealing with adults but it felt more like i was back in middle school being bullied by a bunch of mean girls that smile in your face but do things to cause problems behind you! Did i mention that my rights were violated? Oh yea they allowed and supported my being sent home without pay because i was talking about spirits in the lunch room ! I was talking with another employee about Jesus which she brought up and about negative energy in offices...so i was basically fired that day because of that! Them i got a phone call t reprimand and question me about why i was talking about spiritual things and i wasnt going to get paid for that day! Thats fine Im going to contact a lawyer how about that...and Im communicating with boli...that will hopefully resolve the issue...maybe i should send media the story..I think i will! Stay away from this agency!!!

I am a medical assistant and received my permanent position through this agency. I also loved getting paid every friday and being able to take a pic of my timecard and sending it in made it very convenient. Keep up the good work!!

As a dental assistant, dental/medical staffing was a nightmare! The offices they sent me to did not practice good dental care. The employees there are all about you making them money. They have proven to me time and time again that it isnt about the workers but all about the employers. I have spoken to many dental assistants that feel they were not treated well at dental/medical staffing. If you have to temp choose a different agency!

Very nice and understanding staff, they will work with you in finding what you need and where you need to work.

Our office called Dental medical Staffing on Monday April 8th, looking for a Hygienist to fill 3 days. Thursday the April 11th, Monday April 15th and Tuesday April 16th. For the first two days everything went accordingly. They were able to provide us with a temp and our days went on as expected. Unfortunately there was a fall through on Tuesday the 16th. I called Julie at Dental Medical on Monday the 15th inquiring as to if they had found someone yet to cover for tomorrow the 16th at this time she said not yet but they are still working on it, they would let me know. As the day went on, I contacted her again at 3:00pm to see if they had, had any luck. Julie again apologized and said they are still working on it and someone would let me know. I told Julie no problem and to please just let me know either, i even provided her with my personal number so that if it was after our office had closed they would still be able to contact me to let me know. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM, not that night, not that next morning, NOTHING. I had a full day of hygiene scheduled and had to move all of them last minute. I contacted Julie at around 9:00am the day the temp was needed and she said the schedulers are still working on it, as though she had no idea it was for that day. After i told her that i had already rescheduled all the patients, she said ill close this request, im sorry. While i appreciate her apology, it does not make up for the numerous upset patients i had to reschedule last minute. I would have liked for someone to contact me either the day prior or even the morning of to let me know they couldnt find someone rather then no communication at all.

This company is a JOKE... Ive worked with headhunters in the past and they NEVER collected my info i.e. SSN, DOB, etc before they would talk to me...I don’t know these people but they wanted an ENTIRE FILE on me before they would even set-up and interview to chat about what they had in the lines of a permanent position.. I can understand IF I was looking for temp work – then I would need to be verified before they can send me for a job BUT I WAS ONLY interested in permanent full time work AND I wanted to talk to them about what the position entailed i.e. hrs, location etc--thats just ridiculous. How do I know that I WANT to work with them or the office???? I guess they don’t realize that even though Im looking for a job Im ALSO interviewing the office or agency. Im not interested in just taking any old position but thats how they treat their applicants-Well Heads-up...Then thats the kind of staff their going to attract...desperate, ill-educated people willing to do anything to get their foot in the door. BEWARE DOCTORS the kind of staff willing to do that are, 95% of the time, not worth it!

I have worked for a few doctors that choose DMSI. They might come through for you if you have someone call out sick. The dental assistants weve had have been average or below average.

Do not work here! They have treated my wife horrible. Had her drive to an office and then told her they didnt need her then refused to pay. Stay Away!
