Beginright has been such a big help to me. Ashley Jarvis who no longer works with them was my favorite. I was still new to working a real job and all and wasnt sure how to approach situations like taking vacation or sick time or putting my two weeks in and she was so caring and helpful. Really sad she doesnt work there anymore! But Ive gone through a few jobs with them and they were always on top of finding me a new one ASAP when I lost one.

Im sure they are great with certain people. But If you have experience in certain industries, they with pre-judge you. I remember trying to get on at Western Box Meats. They wouldnt hire me, so I applied with the actual company, and I was hired.There was 1 guy that stood out. He got into arguments with everybody and he was reckless on the electric pallet jack. Begin Right hired him, but not me. I guess I looked like I would be a problem. But that clean cut guy was definitely a problem.They will judge a book by its cover...

Here are the facts: This place will get you a job so they can mooch off your hard work. They wont negotiate for the wage you deserve and they wont have your back if the customer wants to treat you badly. When you quit, they will try not to pay you wages until you threaten them with the state labor laws.I dont recommend this company to anyone unless you are faced with living on the street, they are useless people. You are better off finding your own job. And to boot, they will try to share your personal information (breach of privacy contract) on a public forum in an attempt to bully you. All the below just proves my point that these people are ridiculous leeches.Beware.

I have had a good experience with begin right thanks to Christine I explained to her what I was looking for and she got me work the next day thanks to her I am working at a place I love and the hours I needed. Also the front desk staff is friendly everytime I go in to drop off my work hours thanks again Christine for getting me such an awesome job!

Applied online and was called about a position they said Id be perfect for. Went in that day(Friday 8/25) for a interview, was told I was perfect for the position praise praise praise, told them I have limitations with manual labour- entire story changed.Said someone more knowledgeable would call me back the following Monday. No one called me- I called Tuesday 8/29- they made false statements about interview, I corrected and clarified again- Friday rolls around, me being very proactive I called back, got run around again- made claims they havent heard from employer and they would contact me ASAP when they get back. That was a week a go, so you contact me- interview me for a position you dont have or have no knowledge about-I dont think so, I think you dont like that I have limitations, and neither did the company the position was with, refuse to accommodate our even attempt to find a position that would be suitable.Lets say, for arguments sake the position didnt pan out, its still been two weeks, everyone is desperate for employees every job agency Ive been to is begging for people, even Nike Intel etc held events to recruit employees. Yet you have no positions no updates? When I was there people were constantly coming and going and staff were all on phones talking to employees. Yet I have nothingWill be making a BOLI complaintBy LAW you have to make reasonable accommodations, I never made any requests for anything that would be unreasonable. The position wasnt even describe as having anything that would interfer with my limitations, and even if there was- my limitations are easily accommodated.

This is a really great agency to work with but although I can’t give more than 1 star till I talk to the manager of this begin right location. If you go I highly recommend to avoid talking with Derris about potential job opportunities he’s rude and has no desire to help anyone

Begin right kept me employed when I needed, with opportunities for full time. They treated me respectfully and helpfully as I can imagine, for someone whos indecisive. They regularly called me making sure I had something to do, though I didnt find where I wanted to stay, I was happy with my experience and if I ever need employment again I know where to go.

Beginright is Very unprofessional.In 2017 I went started at Beginright, I was let go from a great position over a dental appointment that I told Beginright about previously before in the initial interview, and I waited months for this specific dental appointment because it was a specific operation.Afterwords Beginright employees acted very unprofessional, some were rude, and some just made lies to make me feel like I was gonna get the job back.I even got told that I lied about the dental appointment date lol.Overall, I honestly liked the work I was doing, but Begin-right gave me the runaround after this and I never heard back from them.....The whole situation was unfortunate, but I guess we are all replaceable in the temp agency world.

I am young and have next to no experience in different work like environments. Which made it so I wasnt qualified for half the jobs online, and no one wanted me for the rest. I was greeted warmly and after a quick interview i was appointed a job nearby for the very next day, and i loved it!!! The work was simple, the boss and coworkers were nice, and the pay was great! Ashley Jarvis, the lady that helped me, was very sincere about learning what I wanted. Not just take it or leave it! As i was expecting. But actually cared about the long turm and made sure i was happy with my job. She even checks in every once in a while to make sure everythings ok. I am now in a long turm job that is better than i could have asked for! Thanks to Ashley and everyone at begin right!

This place is so unprofessional and unorganized. Dominic at the Vancouver location suggested to my friend that he lie to his current job so that he can make it to a interview. They act as if they get a bonus for every person they get hired on or something. He was trying so hard to get him to call in even if he had to make up an lie excuse.They dont care about your work preference they just want to get you out there to whatever job is available.

All I know is they advertise Direct hire on Craigslist, yet this is just another staffing agency who is making money off of people who are desperate for work...when the staffing agency is actually working for The Company not for the Employee as it may seem, and are actually false advertising because direct hire actually means, Permanent Employing which staffing agencies no longer provide...

.Companies go through temp services to keep the wages down .And if you ask for a raise they will fire you and bring another temp in .its called temp cycling..its fraud and someone should file a federal complaint,,,,,,,temp agencys take 35% out of there pay, government takes 35% out there pay that 70%. Should bring these allegations up at the state bar, I know people that when threw this company for 7 years and havent been hired on, These businesses should not be allowed in the state or anywhere else.
