I had an excellent experience and I’m so glad I chose this place. I have a lot of anxiety about dentists and had been procrastinating on going for an embarrassingly long time, but I called them yesterday and they were able to get me in today.Everybody was great and took excellent care of me. They were mindful of my levels of anxiety and were always mindful of how I was feeling. They quickly identified the issue I was having with one of my teeth and were able to take care of it same-day. To ease my anxiety they provided me with nitrous oxide while performing the procedure, and the novocaine shots and drilling were all gentle and pain free.The office itself is great too. It’s modern and comfortable, and they offer a number of amenities, including a ceiling-mounted TV which I took full advantage of, watching old episodes of Arrested Development while they were taking 3D scans of my teeth.And importantly, they answered all of my questions, were very transparent with the entire process, showing me imaging results and being clear about steps along the way.

Recently moved to Oregon and I’m happy my husband found Timber Dental East Burnside! My first visit exceeded expectations. Everyone was friendly from the moment I walked through the doors. Dr. Jenny and Kenny took the time to get to know me (and my teeth), were extremely thorough and informative, and had awesome personalities! To top it off, the office was very clean and I enjoyed the decor. I highly recommend Timber Dental East Burnside!!!

I had to have all three of my remaining wisdom teeth pulled today, they did a great job. No pain, aside from the little pinch you feel from the needle to inject the pain medicine. I was not looking forward to it, but Im glad it is done and over with. I would recommend Timber Dental for any dental work you get done.

I love Dr McKay and staff! I have major dental anxiety and they always do everything possible to accommodate, make me feel comfortable and safe, walk me through any procedures. I’ve often felt shamed at other dental offices for being scared but not here. They brought me a blanket so I would be cozy during my procedure and I think I even may have fallen asleep at some point because I felt so at ease! 😂 This office truly goes above and beyond I would recommend them any day 100 percent!

This place is a vibe. They have what feels like the latest dentistry technology in place. Things operate smoothly before, during and after appointments. The ultra modern office feels clean and inviting. They send you appointment reminders by text (space cadets rejoice!). And the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and diverse.I look forward to my appointments because I know good work will get done, and also because I know I’ll have some hilarious conversations with a bunch of super kind, talented and dedicated people. Highly recommend for Invisalign.

Dr. McKay and her whole team are the absolute best! Always friendly, informative and they genuinely care for your well-being. I first came in under emergency circumstances and received such great treatment that now my daughter and husband also get seen at Timber Dental East Burnside. It’s comforting knowing that myself and my whole family will get the best care from the same Dentist. Online appointment booking is also super easy and the receptionists are welcoming and very helpful.

These people know how to make the dentist comfortable. With the Great British Bake off on directly above me and explanation of each procedure done made me feel cared for. I even got 2 chapstick in my goodie bag! Its like getting a sticky hand as a kid but Im an adult. Highly recommended!

So happy a friend recommended me this dentist office! They were so positive and nice- I really felt like they cared about making sure I was comfortable. They were willing to answer any and all of my questions and took time to explain what they were doing during my exam and their own recommendations for a game plan for my dental health. So happy to find a place where I wont feel scolded for a lapse in appointments or rushed in and out of my visits. :)

Dr. Leo was excellent with the way he dealt with my cracked tooth that eventually needed extraction. He took care of me by communicating with me throughout the procedure which was very important for a person with severe anxiety from dental procedures. How often are you allowed to go to the dentist?Im infinitely impressed at how quickly and easily the team was able to repair my cracked tooth, and I couldnt be more excited to schedule another appointment for an exam and routine cleaning.Originally I scheduled this appointment because Timber Dental was closer and had a sooner appointment than my usual dentist, but now that Ive been here Im not going anywhere else.Also they have cute little succulents.

I had a wonderful experience. Id had a swollen jaw for a week and found them on Google for a free er exam. We all bane seeing the dentist i use to drag my feet wait till it hurt or bugged me to avoid them & the expense. Not a good idea FYI. But timber has been amazing they are fast & efficient the staff is friendly very informative and patient focused its been a very nice experience and I highly recommend them if your needing anything from a check up to crowns an more Ive had it all done at timber and have always left smiling

Had my first dental cleaning (with Timber Dental) here yesterday afternoon. Entire staff, dental hygienist, and Dr. McKay were all extremely friendly, thorough, and professional. I was impressed that the hygienist even did a soft tissue exam around my jaw, tongue and gums before my cleaning. I felt very well taken care of and was given a very clear estimate for some follow up work.

Dr. NICHOLE was very gifted in looking after my dental needs with such caring and gentle hands, my apprehension and tensions were melt away in her care truly magical..And all her assistant staff were very dedicated as well.Feel very secure in good hands finally..

I am someone who is notorious for avoiding the dentist / equates it to my worst nightmare / would rather knock my tooth out with an ice skate like Tom Hanks in castaway before visiting one.... BUT Timber Dental is the first place I’ve had a genuinely enjoyable experience time and time again! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable and relaxed the entire time. For sure 10/10 recommends: if you’re an absolute baby about going to the dentist (like me) this is the place to totally change your perspective!

Had an end of day (5:30 PM) appointment to fill a few cavities. Got in to the chair no problem, and was given three shots of a numbing agent. It was at this point that I was left watching Netflix for over an hour before I got up to see what was going on.Apparently, they were running late that night and didn’t have a timeline for when they could complete my fillings but were willing to “stay late” and give me more shots of the numbing agent if I “felt like I needed it”.There’s a lot to unpack here but at the end of the day they began a medical procedure on me and didn’t allot themselves enough time to finish it. If that isn’t a one star review then I honestly have no idea what is. I see nowhere online that shows this place as having gotten anything less than a five star review ever. Ever. Even if I had a generally positive experience that would be suspicious to me but given my own personal experience there is no way they aren’t gaming the review system.Avoid this place like the plague. I can’t suggest strongly enough that you do not go here.

Timber Dental was awesome! My first few visits, I was apprehensive since it had been awhile since I had been to a dentist. They were not only professional, but super friendly as well! Every single person who helped me during my visit was helpful and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. I look forward to future visits now with Timber Dental.

Today, I was a new patient at Timer Dental and was super pleased with my experience! The moment I step in the door, till the moment I left, each professional I engaged with was kind and clear. I am always weary of hidden fees, but they laid everything out for me with cost, so there were no hidden or surprise fees. They explained each play they made and for the first time visiting the dentist I could actually understood what they were talking about! Their facility is spotless and I noticed them taking their time to actually go through the steps of cleaning and following covid protocol, which is a relief with the anxiety of taking off a mask in a public space. I highly recommend this office, especially for first time patients!

Timber Dental East Burnside is by far the best dentistry clinic I’ve ever been to. The staff is friendly, they thoroughly explain everything and I feel like I’m getting top notch care. I really can’t recommend them higher! The whole crew is femme, with makes me feel much more comfortable. I had a really great experience with both the dental hygienist and dentist. They were both on the same page and in agreement the entire time and it seemed like the hygienist was able to anticipate what the dentist would like more images of before it was asked of her. This kind of teamwork saves time for the patient and is great for morale. It seems like all the employees I encountered enjoyed what they were doing and were happy to assist. This was my first visit to Timber Dental and they have me as a patient until my teeth fall out! (Which I do not anticipate being anytime soon!) Thanks for the great care and conversation!

I loved this dentist office! Everyone is so warm and friendly, and the hygenist/assistant and dentist were both super personal and thoroughly explained everything throughout my appointment. The cost was very affordable and all charges were clearly noted and explained. The office is comfortable, appointments ran on time, and everyone clearly cares about the patient experience. Came in as a new patient and was really impressed. Excellent COVID safety measures. My hygienist Dani was great at keeping me informed on what she was doing and keeping me comfortable for my cleaning. Nature doc on the TV above was a nice distraction. Had questions about cleaning and aligners and appreciated that Dr McKay recommended over the counter stuff before recommending anything more expensive.

Moved from out of town this past December, and had previously gone to the same dentist my entire life. Just went in to Timber Dental for my first visit. Got a standard cleaning and x-rays done. Everyone there was incredibly friendly. All of the rooms and areas were clean, and they provided hand sanitizer and clean pens to use. The cleaning was much better than my previous dentist. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Will be coming back here for sure.

Best experience in a dentist office I’ve ever had

I honestly have never loved spending time at a dentist office like I do at Timber Dental East Burnside. Dr McKay and her staff are so genuine and fun. It felt a lot more like hanging out with girlfriends with a side of dental care. I had to get quite a bit of work done and it was such a seamless process. Casey in the front office is an insurance-billing/payment/scheduling wizard and finds ways to make everything work out just right. They allowed me to make payments on some of the bigger procedures which was super helpful. I’m grateful to their whole staff and looking forward to the next phase of my treatment plan.

I definitely recommend Timber Dental! I had a few bad experiences the last few times I went to a (different) dentist so I hadnt gone in in 3 years. Everyone was so friendly, supportive, and really made me feel at ease. They answered all my (numerous) questions and took their time. They were prompt but I didnt feel rushed. I LOVE these guys and Ive never been able to say this about a Dentist. Im one of those; Dentist visits gives me anxiety but since I started going to Timber Dental I no longer have anxiety in fact I actually look forward to it and thats saying a LOT. The receptionist is super sweet, the staff are caring and take the time to talk to you and ease you into your appointment without judgment and Dr. McKay is EXTREMLY sweet and knows her stuff! Their environment is relaxing and they even have Netflix set up for you to watch while they work on your teeth! I mean just watching my favorite show to distract me while they do their thing actually works! Since Covid-19 Started they have taken extra pre-cautions and I havent felt like Ive been at risk going to their office. Why are you still reading this... Just make an appointment. You wont regret it.

I have dental anxiety. I hate dentists. Dental clinics are horrible torturous places. That WAS how I felt until Timber dental my hygienist and Dr. were fun, kind, and very calming. I left with a beautiful smile and calm nerves. The office is clean and beautiful, staff is thoughtful and courteous.

The nicest dentist ive ever been to! everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist & dentist were all extremely nice. they had some cool advanced technologies to show you your own teeth using a live mini camera in your mouth which was really informative, and comfortable chairs with a tv on the ceiling to watch while you are having work done. highly recommend!

Everyone was super friendly, positive, and nice. I hadnt gone in a long time because my previous job didnt provide insurance. Id always been nervous about going to the dentist, but I didnt feel that here at all. They even had TVs on the ceilings so I could see the x-rays of my teeth as well as watching The Great British Bake Off (they let me pick) while they cleaned my teeth. Timber Dental is simply the most fantastic Dentist Ive seen in years. Everyone I spoke and interacted with was incredibly sincere and helpful. Everyone genuinely seemed to care about me and my dental health. In the dental chair, it was nice to be able to look out the window and watch life go by as we spoke about my dental health. Jeopardy was on a TV directly above me, which kept me focused and entertained while my teeth were photographed, measured, and cleaned. I cannot wait to go back six months from now for another cleaning and chat.

The cleaning and check up itself was painless and straight-forward. Being able to see the live view camera of what my teeth looked like up on the screen was really cool. I was really pleased with my experience as a new patient at Timber Dental! The hygienist was super friendly and reassuring. I have a lot of anxiety in general about getting my teeth cleaned, which I expressed to the hygienist, and she explained exactly what she was doing along the way and checked in frequently to make sure I was ok. The cleaning was extremely thorough and well done!The dentist was excellent as well. She listened to my concerns (I have a crown I’d like replaced) and gave me several options on what the next steps could be. I didn’t feel like they were just trying to up sell me on a bunch of unnecessary procedures. It feels pretty rare these days to encounter medical providers who actually listen to you, so I’m very appreciative of all the time both the dentist and hygienist took with me.Overall, this was the best experience I’ve had at the dentist in years. I am actually looking forward to returning in six months!

Everything about this experience was positive. You can fill out forms ahead of time so that you walk right in at the time of your appointment. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the cleaning was very thorough.
