Today was my first visit with Dr. Lee at Timber and it was a great experience. She and her team took the time to talk me through every step of my new patient cleaning visit, and listened to me when I had questions. The vibe was very relaxing throughout the cleaning and the interior of the office is very clean and well decorated, feels more like a spa than a dental office. I’m looking forward to future visits there and would recommend anyone looking for a relaxing, comprehensive dental experience to try out Timber.

Love Timber Dental Downtown! Heidi, my hygienist, took her time with the cleaning. She explained everything as she went along. Gentle and careful. Dr. Eid examined my teeth and had great suggestions for continuing care and keeping my teeth and gums healthy. All the office staff was friendly. Timber Dental is the best!!

Like a few other reviewers, I have not been to the dentist in quite some time due to a lack of coverage. I am lucky to have good coverage and a relatively low amount of anxiety when it comes to the dentist, but I can, with 100% confidence, say that if you are at ALL worried about going to the dentist, you do not have to be afraid here.The scheduling process and form filling was all extremely streamlined and can be done online before going to the office. The office is super welcoming aesthetic wise, and the front desk staff is super helpful. The dental assistant was absolutely fantastic and let me know every step of the way what he was going to do and why, and Dr. Eid had quite literally the best bedside manner ever. What I can really shout out is the fact that they actually explain to you what they’re doing during the check up, why they’re doing it, and they walk you along step by step so you actually know what’s going on inside your mouth. There was no rushing, no assuming what you wanted, and the care was compassionate from front desk to check out.Honestly can say I can’t wait to be back again!

Heidi was my hygienist this time around and is fantastic! I always have a little anxiety at the dentist because…it’s the dentist! She has a great personality, is friendly and puts her patients at ease! And Dr. Eid is also amazing!Also as a female it is refreshing to see a female hygienist and Dentist. The whole crew here is amazing and glad I stumbled upon this practice!

Super easy to get in for an appointment, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Nice to have the TV on the ceiling so the dentist can go over your x rays with you, and also to watch something on TV to distract from the dental procedure! Everything was great.

Quite literally the best dental services I’ve ever had. The staff at the Downtown location are incredibly kind and really make sure to take the time to confirm your comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I just had a filling replaced (something I’ve had done many times at other dentists) and the dentist waited extra long to make sure I was properly numbed and when I said I still had a slight bit of feeling she gave me another injection to make double sure I didn’t feel any pain (something that other dentists didn’t do, they just let me be in a mild amount of pain). Add in these cool suction mouth shields that help you keep your jaw opened without fatigue and automatically suction your saliva away so you aren’t drowning in your own spit and TV’s on the ceiling with Netflix and it was a nearly painless and mostly comfortable experience that kept me distracted instead of focusing on the work being done. If you’re in the market for better dental care I recommend Timber Dental wholeheartedly and can’t imagine going anywhere else anytime soon.

Really loved the feel of the office (downtown), it appeared very clean and the TVs above you are a nice touch! I was a new patient almost 3 years overdue for a cleaning (whoops) and they were very kind about what we need to do to get me back to ideal oral health and keep me there. All of the staff were very friendly and explained everything in detail. The staff approached me in the room about cost which felt private and respectful. The goodie bags they give you when you leave also have really awesome additions Ive never received at any other office before. Overall, wonderful experience - feeling really good in my choice to come here!

This was my first time to Timber dental. It was really easy to schedule an online appointment for an Emergency visit. The communication was really good, and clear. I feel like I received too many texts for my personal preference, but I also understand this can be helpful for others. It was very clean, modern, and everyone was very friendly! The dentist was authentic and easy to talk with. We made a good and easy plan. I actually look forward to going back!

I haven’t been to the dentist in some years due to no insurance. Was very nervous for this checkup. Everyone on staff was professional, friendly, really knowledgeable and led me through my exam and cleaning with easy to understand language and explanations. Downtown timber dental has been my best dental experience yet. I’m not a big fan of the dentist but that place is awesome. Everyone there is so friendly and kind. Dr. E is the best too! I highly suggest you check this place out. Plus you get to watch Netflix when you get your teeth cleaned.

I have had some of the best dental experiences with Timber dental. They are detailed and compassionate in their work and walk me through everything they are doing step by step. On my first visit, they walked me through each tooth via camera and helped me better understands the facts around dental hygiene! It was the most thorough, educational experience. I used to put off going to the dentist because how unpleasant it was, but not anymore. I feel like I’m visiting friends!

I’ve had horrible experiences at the dentist . Horrible!!! Dr. Edi and the techs were absolutely amazing. Even the receptionist was welcoming, which was extremely calming. My exam, my cleaning and my cavity fillings all went well. Of course I was nervous, but everyone knew about my anxiety and did everything to ease my nerves. Dr. Edi and her staff were great!!! I’ve never been comfortable in a dentist chair. I never thought that was a feeling I would ever have, and I had it!!

I normally am really nervous at the dentist, but the staff at Timber Dental went out of their way to make sure everything was comfortable and I could do everything at my own pace. Very friendly, patient and helpful staff all around & a comfortable, not overly clinical, atmosphere and if you’re as terrified of dentists as I am this is important. The billing/scheduling person explained everything and helped me work through different options to maximize my benefits. And she have me a teeth whitening kit to see if I like it before I make my decision about purchasing options!

What a great experience at the dentist! The office was clean, the staff was super friendly and I was in and out with my cleaning in under an hour! Timber has it dialed in, I was even able to take a conference call while the friendly and efficient staff cleaned and polished me up. I just had my initial appointment and it was a first-rate experience from start to finish. Very excited to have found such a great place. Was able to schedule my appointment ONLINE with minimal info required. They emailed me and gave me any info I might need (directions, parking, asked for insurance info ahead of time so it would be processed when I walk in).I walk in, am greeted warmly and given a tablet to check in with. Again, very minimal/as needed information, rather than a stack of paperwork. I get a bit of anxiety and both of the people that worked with me were very friendly and accommodating, while still being professional and thorough.Not to mention it helped that I was able to put on some of their headphones and stream whatever I wanted on the TV they had on the ceiling.They then gave me a detailed breakdown of what the total treatment schedule and max cost would look like, without any pressure to schedule or sign anything.The whole place and experience felt very comfortable, which is priceless when it comes to something I typically have some anxiety over.It was only after I left that I realized they had stayed there 30+ minutes after close, in order that I get all the information I need.I hate the dentist and had put it off for years, but am so glad I scheduled that appointment online.

I forgot my dentists last name but he was really informative and explained everything he saw and what should be done about it.I chose to go to Timber Dental after reading great reviews so I thought I would pass the favor along. While traveling to Portland I had a dental emergency. I called Timber Dental and spoke to Torie. From the beginning of our conversation to the end of my appointment it went very smoothly. Torie, is a true professional who cares about the patient. Dr. Lee was very knowledgeable and presented me with several dental option going forward. I truly appreciate the services they provided and highly recommend Timber Dental.

Saw Dr. Eid, she is by far the best dentist I have ever seen. She genuinely cares about your well being, and pays extreme high attention to detail. Loved the state of the art technology at this practice as well.

This place was OK - I feel like next time I would ask a lot more questions about pricing, exactly what services I was getting done and the difference between the X Rays they perform because over $200 for a teeth cleaning is a lot I feel like! They were super friendly though and it was a very nice office.

From start to finish, the experience was great! Friendly staff made the first patient process easy and even fun. The staff were more informative in the general check up and cleaning then Ive ever had prior. Little surprise and added bonus, they have a TV screen on the ceiling and put on a great nature show that made the duration of the cleaning seem like lightning fast.

Excellent care. I enjoyed how the room was designed in a minimalist design. You walk in to a beautiful environment without the smell of a typical dental office.The dentist and assistant so pleasant and approached the diagnosis in a conservative manner.

Dr. Eid and the assistant Rona (sp?) were both very kind, informative, and frequently checked in to ask if I had any questions, which they answered well. Happy with the services I received and will be going back.Scheduling was also easy to do online, and get all the paperwork filled out ahead of time.

Quality of service is on par with top dentists in Portland, but admin staff is even better - very professional and efficient. They can provide cost estimates, have no trouble communicating with insurance providers, and scheduling is easy.

Great experience today! At the age of 39, I got my first cavity and Dr Lee was amazing. I didn’t have any pain, not even with the needle for the Novocain. The only thing I felt was a little cold as it was being drilled. About 10-15 minutes and it was done. Easy/Peasy! Definitely recommend them!

Dr. Lee and staff are wonderful! Shes gone out of her way on multiple visits to make sure I was taken care of, even if she did all the work herself. The office manager may even pitch in and help as needed! They were the only place that would see me the day after Christmas. I cant say enough great things about them. I was seen within minutes of me walking in. I was kept updated through the entire process, anything they did they were talking me through it. They made recommendations for me but I didnt feel like I was being pushed into anything. Plus theres a TV on th ceiling, so watching something while getting my teeth cleaned was nice.
