When I called to schedule an appointment for my mother I believe I talked to Phillip. I indicated I hadnt dealt with UHC insurance before, not sure what I needed to do, do they accept that insurance? Yes they did and he was so good at walking me through the process, welcoming me to Timber Dental and getting her visit set up. Upon arrival you would have thought we had been going there for years. We were both greeted by name when we walked in the door and welcomed. Mom was taken back in under five minutes. Once out of her appointment my mother said everyone she met or listened to seemed like they were a big family. We went due to an urgent need, I said if she didnt like the place they could deal with the issue at hand for now and we would find another office. In all we had a great experience and we will be back!

My visit was excellent! The staff were super friendly and attentive. Cindi and Dr.Lee were both awesome in explaining the cleaning process and treatment plan. I will continue my follow up care with Timber Dental Bethany.

Like many of us, I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while. I had some concerns about my gums and decided to make an appointment atThe Bethany office is closest to me.The atmosphere is cheerful and bright. The staff is friendly and welcoming.Dr. Sarah was my dentist and she was wonderful. I haven’t had much dental work other than cleaning so the thought of shots in my mouth made me anxious. She was very kind, thoughtful and highly skilled. I really think I hit the jackpot.I have no reservations recommending Timber Dental and Dr. Sarah. ❤️

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and great service. They went out of their way to explain everything including what to expect with the exam and what they were doing every step of the way. They knew what was covered by my insurance and how much I would have to pay for anything extra. Molly the hygienist also did a great job with the cleaning and x-rays, no pain and no gagging. I would highly recommend them.

This was my first visit to Timber Dental Bethany and it couldnt have gone more smoothly. Dr. Lee and my hygienist Erina were very knowledgeable and spent all the time needed with me to orchestrate my Dental Plan. The patient care coordinator Philip was also very knowledgeable and helpful as well. This was probably the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was so nice. My hygienist, Kristin, did a great job of explaining everything to me. She went more in-depth about my teeth than any of my previous dentists has done with me. Plus they have a TV on the ceiling and played Netflix during my cleaning. 10/10 would recommend!

Everyone at the clinic, from the receptionist, to the dental hygienist and dentist were extremely kind and professional. I felt like every aspect of my care was well-explained to me and the environment is pretty calming (especially for a dental office!). Fun note: they have screens above your chair so you can watch Netflix during your dental exams/procedures.

It was my first time visiting Timber Dental Bethany and my experience was excellent. Top notch service from booking an appointment, checking in at the reception and getting my routine dental check up. All the people I interacted with was very accommodating and kind. Hope the Patient Care Coordinator was very cheerful and sweet. Nicole my Hygienist was awesome, she was patiently explaining to me every bit of the procedure that she was doing and she made me very comfortable during the process. Lastly, Dr. Lee was very detail oriented and nice! I am satisfied that I chose this place to be my primary dentist.

I ended up at Timber Dental by chance. I was desperate to have a tooth looked at and after making 12 calls to other places with far off appointments, Timber Dental Bethany fit my in within hours. All questions and paperwork was done via text and email. The staff was gracious, kind and took time to explain everything. I was in an out in an hour and am now swinging by Dental care to them.

I switched to Timber about 3 years ago when my dentist of 10+ years quit taking my insurance. While using Timber mainly for maintenance (cleanings) I had am OK experience, but last month I was found to have a cavity in a tooth next to an ill-fitting crown, so we decided that since the crown needed to be removed to repair said cavity, they would replace it. I was told this could all be done in the same day, but when i came in for the appt 2 weeks later, the tech said it would be a week before the new crown would we made. Fortunately I had a copy of the quote from an email that promised same day, and so they found a way. The dentist does not do very well in communicating, and this became even more evident when I had to return 2 weeks later due to ongoing pain. During the numbing process, he hurt me so badly he had me in tears. When I asked them if they ever use nitrous oxide, the tech replied not for something this minor. He said if i continued to have pain after filing down the crown, I would likely need a root canal. After 10 more days of pain, i called to schedule a root canal. They told me the soonest available was in 6 weeks. Meanwhile, Im taking pain medication around the clock and still cant chew on that side, and having trouble sleeping. As a nurse, I am appalled at their lack of empathy and accountability. I will be looking for a new dentist. I am just thankful that this is happening to me rather than my child, and that I now know to take my dental care business elsewhere. I will give props to Philip at the front desk - he handled my unhappy phonecall professionally, and is obviously not at fault in this scenario.

This was my first appointment with Timber Dental. I was having some issues with a crown. I was able to get in right away, they were organized, I had no wait time and they diagnosed my issue and fixed it right away. It is the next day and I am already pain free! Thrilled to have found this wonderful group of professionals. Everyone I came in contact with was compassionate and kind.

Honestly the best dentist experience Ive ever had. I was nervous about dentisting with covid, but everything about this place put me at ease. Ultra professional but very friendly staff. I felt really informed about my teeths health and not pressured to do anything I didnt want to do (Ive had bad experience with hard upsells at other offices). The price transparency for everything was immediate and comprehensive. They had a monitor on the ceiling to watch nature or subtitled tv, depending on your preference, and also to view x-rays etc. Super cool. Way above and beyond my expectations for an exceptional dentist experience. 6 stars!

Kristin is a good hygienist, gentle on my mouth, and shes cheerful and responsive. Philip (sp?), in the front office, is always helpful & gracious, andthe other office staff are friendly & welcoming. Dr Gerritz is clearly knowledgeable and skilled and has a friendly chairside manner. Im glad to have found Timber Dental. I switched dentists during the first Lockdown because my former dentists office informed me that they didnt know when they would be opening again during the Lockdown. I needed to see a dentist. In the end, my difficulty presented an opportunity for a change.

Took my 4 year old daughter in today for her first dental check up, and our hygienist was amazing. She did a really good job making her feel comfortable, explaining everything that a 4 year old loved and found amusing. Highly recommend her and the physician, for those with younger kids.

Needed an emergency dental appointment, was treated sweetly by the scheduler and got a next day appointment with our Delta Dental insurance. Check-In was amazing; high precautions taken including phoning before masked entry, and everything explained well. Both dentist and his assistant were kind and knowledgeable. Although it was probably only a popcorn hull I have happily become a new patient!

Gonna admit, not a huge fan of dentists, but dental health is important so you better have a dentist you trust. I hate dentists that are always suggesting expensive extra procedures. I never feel that way with Timber Dental. They are very friendly, honest, and their process is generally simple and convenient.

First time someone took the time and explained everything to me. I appreciated that I wasn’t talked to like I was too young to understand what was going on or that anyone acted like they were being my mom (we’ve all had this happen in our lives!) or even pressured to do any of the things they recommended. I was given even recommendations for items that wasn’t necessarily coming straight from their dental - which made me feel like they cared more about my teeth.Working in sales myself I tend to watch out for those sale tricks. I was nicely surprised on my treatment there - and that was the first visit!

My experience was AMAZING! I was having excruciating tooth pain after an unfortunate incident with my morning granola and yogurt. I was able to chat with a specialist via their website and get scheduled in 15 minutes. Additionally, I got all my paperwork done before I came in on their website which was very convenient. They got me in within two hours which was very quick for a new patient dental emergency. The front office staff, dental assistant, and dentist were kind, caring, clear and more helpful than I could have hoped for. Im now pain free and will be switching my family to Timber Dental, I recommend you do too!

Our appointments were on time and the office is very clean and clearly following strict protocol for covid-19. We were given respectful choices for our care and immediate, accurate information about cost with our insurance.The paper bags and wooden toothbrush are very nice and a refreshing change from the usual - we were very impressed the hygienist advised us to cut off the bristles and compost the handle when replaced.Our daughter says they were very gentle and nothing hurt at all. We are very pleased and happy for this to be our new family dentist.

Their staff are always incredibly friendly and they have you in and out as soon as possible while still taking quality time to care for you as a patient. I took my kids to bethany Timber dental clinic other day. Dr Lee was very nice, friendly but front desk staff lady who deals with insurance stuff was very rude and angry while talking to us. Even my kids noticed that and they were asking me like why was she eyeing on us like that. Is it because she found us to be Asian.

I have had great experiences at Timber Dental. My cleaning this year was thorough, but quick, and did not leave me with sore gums for the first time in many years at the dentist. They are taking all precautions with COVID-19 and I felt safe!

The office staff were well-prepared for bringing in patients in the time of the COVID-19 pandemic with everyone masked -- including patients until theyre in the chair -- hand sanitizing for all and more.The hygienist was friendly, competent, and thorough. The doctor was straightforward and ready to discuss options for treatments and timing. And no one was trying to sell me up to something I didnt need or want.

They make you feel comfortable, dont try and sell you dental work that you dont need. Other dentists in the past 25 yrs have always said I need work which I later found out I didnt need. Timber looked at my teeth and gave me a clean. I was informed of works that may be needed in the future, however I could tell Dallas was being honest to his word after thougherly looking at all my teeth.Would recommend this Dentist highly.

We have been happy getting dental work with Timber Dental since switching over for our dental care. The providers and great and the staff is efficient, friendly, and honest. I get straightforward answers about my care and feel I can make choices about dental work. I know costs of all care. Cleanings are great and the hygeniests are helpful and knowledgable. Definitely will keep returning and recommend to any family and friends. Convenient and clean location with a welcoming atmosphere, along with the extra bonus being able to choose a show to watch!

My 90yo father has been a patient at the Bethany Village dental office since it opened a few years ago. The dental and office staff have always been professional and friendly. Their work is excellent and the prices are reasonable.

The communication is incredibly lacking. They told me I was getting a basic cleaning done and with my insurance I get 4 per year with no charge; but then tells me that I owe $60 because they needed to do a deep cleaning; which was done a year ago. The hygienist cleaned my teeth for twenty minutes and that is by no means a deep cleaning. Then surprise! I owe money at the end without it ever being communicated with me. Offices need to be giving a quote prior to an appointment - it’s unethical to tack on charges without the patient knowing beforehand. Also, they insist I put sealants on my teeth, which is fine. But wow, they are PUSHY and it’s very uncomfortable. Since I was caught off guard by paying for a “deep cleaning” that I didn’t agree to, they print out a piece of paper showing all of these things that they want you to pay for ahead of time. STAY AWAY.

I came to this dental office as a new patient; staff was professional. Same week, I received an offer by mail for free teeth whitening for new patients... I wish they would have brought that promotion up since I had expressed interest on wanting that cosmetic service after my maintenance care. 🥺 As far as their quality goes, I expected much more (including equipment/tools used) considering their pricing (my private insurance with buy-up plan stated I had to pay 40% additional out of pocket due to their overpricing; my services weren’t worth as much as their insurance claims submitted) and location! You can get the same service at OHSU.

I havent been to the dentist in awhile because I usually hate the experience, but Timber Dental was amazing. Every single person I worked with was great and made me feel like I was taken care of and that they were really listening to my concerns. They ensured I had a solid treatment plan and went out of their way to make sure I understand my insurance coverage. For the first time in my life, I dont dread going to the dentist.

It’s weird to go to a new dentist in the middle of a pandemic, but they made it super easy. Everyone was very friendly. The hygienist explained everything she was doing and was very transparent. I might not be staying in the area much longer but if I do I’d absolutely go back to Timber.
