If I could give these Doctors a 10+, I would. I have extreme dentist anxiety and will hold off as long as I can to go to the dentist. Dr. Savage is my hero. The best dentist I have EVER had. He fixed a tooth that was chipped, he actually built a tooth. I had lots of damage from when I had dental coverage through Multnomah county, and I did not want to go through any additional trauma. I am glad I continued to visit the East side office because they have treated me exceptionally well and they understand my anxiety. The office is clean and the front desk staff always shows excellent customer service even when I am experiencing extreme anxiety. They are not just concerned about getting paid, I tried other dental offices after I got dental coverage and its all about the money and not dental concerns or patient comfort. This office is very affordable! The finest dental office I have ever had the pleasure of visiting.

I totally demolished a front tooth at 730ish on Saturday. My wife called and scored me a 1pm appointment on Sunday. I was treated very good throughout the entire process and came away feeling great and being able to smile again since my two front teeth were repaired. Thank you Dr. Savage and staff. No insurance and still affordable.

Fantastic Experience Every Visit. These folks are the help you need!! They are on your side!!! So... . going to an emergency tooth doctor is not fun we all know this. I have gone there in pain and they LISTENED to me, they HELPED me and were KIND and very SKILLED and PROFESSIONAL. They are truely there for you. They got me in ON A SUNDAY and removed a horrible tooth that had caused an infection - so painful!!The team of Dr Savage and Priscilla worked seamlessly together and were even thoughtful enough to begin the numbing process first (before the additional paperwork) because they realized and cared enough about my discomfort!I cant say enough good things about this dental office! I saw Thomas Pham for a procedure to remove my wisdom tooth today, I was so nervous and don’t do well with pain and it was a complicated tooth. He didn’t even have to cut it out and was finished way faster than expected. I am very happy and would recommend him to anyone who needs some work done

I came back to OR with the most UNBEARABLE tooth pain ever. Went to a place called Prestige Family Dentistry and the lady literally knocked against the tooth that was in pain. I cried all day.After that I called Emergency Tooth Doctor at 2 am to try and get in an app. I got one the next day at 11 am. They looked at the tooth and told me I needed to get an extraction or a root canal. Chose extraction cos the root canal would be extremely difficult since itd be on a skinny tooth.Dr. Costello looked at my tooth and she was honestly super sweet and made me feel like I wasnt just an annoyance. She was very sympathetic about my tooth problem. I tried to get it extracted twice but we learned that even with halcion and anesthesia, my body is so stubborn that it rejects numbing. Dr. Costello felt really bad and sent me home with medication and referred me to an oral surgeon. While I didnt get it extracted, this location didnt make me feel like complete garbage so I really appreciate it.

I went in as i was swollen in pain from an infected tooth. I told them exactly what was needed should they accept me. They scheduled me. I get there, they realized what was needed and then had the audacity to say they couldnt find my insurance. Receptionist just refused, i guess, to input the correct info i was giving her. I called my insurance next day and they said i was covered and there should have been no problem. I will never recommend this place, nor will i ever go back.

I went in for a same day appointment to have a problem molar removed. Called at 9am and was in the chair by 11:30am. Everyone here was very pleasant and professional, from the front desk staff/dental assistant to the Doctor. Everything was explained clearly to me and I was presented with a treatment plan that I then moved forward with.Dr. Costello was fantastic. She took the time to explain what she would be doing during the procedure. The initial Novacaine wasnt enough and she was very receptive that I needed more and was patient to wait while it set in. She was then able to remove my molar without issue.I was also very pleased with the reasonable cost. My total cost (no insurance-I paid out of pocket for everything) was under $430 for xrays, the tooth extraction and two prescriptions after the procedure (one antibiotic to prevent infection and one pain killer to manage the pain). They also included a large bottle of post mouth rinse, basically a prescription mouth wash to treat the gums and trauma from oral surgery. I did not have much pain or swelling, very pleased about that too.I would definitely recommend this place. Also, thanks for the TWO juice boxes to get my blood sugar level up!

Had a phenomenal experience here. Dr Gary Chang and his staff were so professional, helpful, and accommodating. They made going to the dentist a breeze. I would highly recommend for everyone to go here!!

Ive never enjoyed going to the dentist... Who does? But after my visit I would gladly go back there for my regular dental work. The staff and the doctors are AWESOME. They are very helpful and very kind. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Went on a Sunday, had lots of parking. Fully equipped bathroom. Friendly service, Dr Mazareei was great. Call ahead and make an appointment to find an open office.

Was able to get a same day appointment for a very painful tooth and was given pricings for different options. Ended up getting a molar extracted which was painless and quick. They even brought the price down bc it was easy and quick. They could have easily ripped me off, which they didnt. The doctor helped me feel really comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Overall really great service!

Very happy with the service I received here. I was able to get a last minute appointment, and Dr. Pham performed a difficult extraction relatively quickly. I came back the next week for a filling and cleaning. Overall very happy with the service I received and would recommend to others.

I saw Dr. Pham 3 times & had a great experience with each visit.He really takes the time to evaluate you & explain things & does not try to rush you out the door, even when I had two of my appointments scheduled about an hour before they close. He also does not try to push you to have additional procedures done if they are not absolutely necessary for your specific condition.I was a nervous wreck during my first visit, but he was very reassuring & encouraging & still operated on me despite the fact that I was shaking on the exam table.During the last two visits, I was much calmer since I knew what to expect.All of the procedures went well.These people work long hours, & I am really grateful that they are here.I highly recommend this place & would not hesitate to see him again for any other dental related issues in the future.

Dr.mosley was an awesome caring dentist! I give him 5 starts all day this dental office was so kind everyone in there and my dentist couldnt get my molar numb for extraction they tried 3 times but he was able to do it the first time thank god!!!! I was sk scared and had everyone praying lol god is good I love this place . If u need a new dental office to go to come here you wont regret it!!@

The administrative personal that checks people in were incredibly rude. I took my mother in to set up an appointment and all the front lady did was talk over my mother and answer questions that were not even asked, assuming she knew the questions we were going to be asking. The other younger lady on the other hand was kind enough to allow my mother to ask her questions and, in-fact, did answer them. However, the main lady who was a little bit older, continued to talk down to us. I will never step foot in this place again. Not to mention that they left the office earlier than the closing time on the door stated.

Ive had alot of work done by Dr. Pham at the Vancouver branch. But I had a terrible toothache and was in pain all night. Called the 24hrs. Answering service and had a call back and a appt at east branch with Dr. Costello that morning. She was amazing. It was painless. I was very impressed and pleased.
