My son, Charlie who is 3.5 years old just had his first dental appointment. We had waited so long because of Covid. Dr. Herrera and her dental assistant, Jenny were so great! Dr. Herrera was so kind and so gentle and really explained everything she was doing and what we could do to better cleaning in between appointments. Also! The front desk was very prompt, professional and very friendly. Extremely happy with the care my son has received and how welcome we felt!

Dr. Phan and Edwin continue to give me perfect and quality care. I only wish that I had been in their care all along. I wouldnt need all this help today if I had. Thank you all so much and shout out to Daniella for professional cleaning. Jana

Theres great front desk staff thats efficient, caring and friendly. Dental assistants are also great, friendly and knowledgeable. Dentists themselves are absolutely great, caring, professional, honest and great at what theyre doing. Overall, great place to take care of your Dental needs.

Dr Jamus and the rest of the staff have been amazing!! I have seen many dentists over the years and I feel the most confidence in this team than any others. They are professional, gentle, and attentive. I highly recommend!

Friendly and super professional staff at the same time !I experienced before cold or official tone elsewhere.Here I felt warm manners and treated like a human not like “just a patient “ if you know what I mean !Its extremely helpful when u know they will have to dig deep in there !

I went to this dentist to get new dentures, after several visits I had to go back to using my old ones. The new dentures make my jaw shift, I cant bite through anything without making multiple bites (like a chipmunk), and they hurt to the point I have to remove them. At the last visit the dentist told me my only option was to see a different dentist, which my insurance wont cover. Dont go here!

Dr. Jamus, Dan and Justine are just the crew for me. They’re a triple threat! I love their energy. Dr. J is gentle, communicative -I fell asleep during my first treatment. Always have a great time during my visits. I’m proud to call them my family and look forward to seeing their growth. It’s truly a big relief to find a safe space for my dental journey in my new neighborhood. The receptionist is always a charm too. Thank you!

I was nervous about going to the dentist after such a long time but Cindi was so friendly and informative. She put me at ease and got me prepped for Dr.Herrera who was equally amazing. They were quick, thorough, and came up with a plan of attack for me to improve the health of my mouth. I’ll be going back... because I’ve made future appointments but also because the experience was great.

I had a wonderful experience here - Cindi took my X-rays faster than I’ve ever had X-rays done and had a great sense of humor that made me feel at ease. She was very empathetic, skillful and transparent. She made sure to explain things in advance so I never felt off guard. It felt like a collaborative process, rather than just me being poked and probed (which is my usual dentist experience).I have concerns about my bite not lining up, that my last dentist had been dismissive of. Dr. Herrera really made sure to affirm my concerns and explain the situation, and referred me to an orthodontist who can help. I could tell she wanted me to feel cared for and felt connected to her even through the 2 masks and a face shield!

Thank you so much to the knowledgeable and most friendly staff! Im never a fan of having to go to the dentist but Cindi and Dan were excellent doing what they do. They specifically are shining stars within the team. My experience was delightful with a staff like that.

I havent had any real work done yet, However so far so good. I had some really terrible news after my examination and Doctor Herrera and especially dental assistant Cindi Were very compassionate and Thoughtful in their response to figuring out the next Steps in creating a treatment plan.

So far my impression of advantage has been great. The staff are funny and attentive. My dental assistant Lisa was personable and knowledgeable. Doctor Herrera seemed nice and assessed what my needs were and worked out a plan with me to get started. I felt good about our first visit and feel confident so far in returning.

Dentist Dan, Jamus and assistants are friendly and communicative and have treated me well every time Ive come in for an appointment. Grateful to have my cavities filled thanks to their team. Would recommend!

I’m so grateful for Dr. Herrera and Lisa, I had a perfect experience. They’re both so warm and nurturing and all the staff were so nice and I appreciate the precautions they take for covid here. I came here earlier in the year before the closure and it just seems like the whole facility has improved so much in every way. It isn’t fun going to the dentist but this was a great experience.

I highly reccomend getting your dental work done at this location. Dr. Harrera and her assistant Cindi are literally the best dental team Ive had in 28 years. If they were around when I was younger I probably would have way better dental health. Super fast and efficient exams. X-rays went by super quick and relativley painless compared to some of the gum-cutting experiences Ive had in the past.. The thing i like the most is that they treated me like a human being and not just another patient. They gave me allot of really great advice too. They gave me a reason to like going to the dentist. Three thumbs up.

Hands down the best dental experience Ive ever had. Cindi was absolutely amazing, she has such a fun/bubbly personality and was very informative. The hygienist, Daniel, was also great! They have a top notch team.

During the pandemic it has been quite hard to get through to an actual person, but after leaving an email and a voicemail they contacted me by the end of the day! They were also able to schedule me an appointment the very next day. I explained that i hadnt been to a dentist in over 20 years so they reassured me that it go fine. We will see how it goes today!UPDATE : Granted I WAS 11 minutes late. The receptionist came out and was quite rude handing me a clip board outside saying, we needed you here at 1230 to fill out this paperwork.. if you cant fill this out in ten minutes we cant see you. By then it was 1245. I had the paperwork done by 1255. And the. Nothing. They came out and addressed 2 other people who had been waiting. Let them in. And just left me out there. I waited until 110 and then set my paperwork down and left.Overall pretty bummed about their customer service. I walked out of there humiliated, my fears realized. Ugh. Open to other options. Any recommendations?

Lisa and support staff were all amazing from the minute I arrived to a new dentist office with a broken tooth, during a rain storm, in the middle of a pandemic. They took my temperature, made me wash my hands for 20 seconds and Dr. Herrera wore two masks and a face shield during her exam. I felt like safety is a top priority and the dental plan we came up with is awesome! Coming from someone who has spent a considerable amount of time in the dentist chair- I cannot say enough good things about how pleased I am with the visit and the service I received on Oregon Health Plan. I felt just like I had the most expensive plan in town.

Truly the most unprofessional understaffed clinical setting I have seen in my entire life. Have wasted hours of my life waiting for their staff to come back from lunch and to find lost appointments.

Very great customer service. My hygienist Dan is THE BEST. He’s thorough, explains everything he is doing and why, always gives good advice and suggestions for appropriate products to use best for my personal situation, uses great analogies so very easy to understand and they are all very professional. I appreciate they take Covid very seriously which is another sign how much they care for everyone’s health.

Dr. Jamus and Justine took care to explain everything clearly. Awesome staff and sincere in practice. You can tell they care about their patients.

Appointment services were not organized they kept forgetting to put my wifes appointments in the system and when we showed up on her dental exam they didnt have anything to help with the situation my wife is having and still having.

If I could give this place no stars I would they scheduled my husband appointment out from March of last year gave him his appointment until late February so 11 months out just to call him 2 days before his appointment and cancele on him and he’s been waiting for his surgery for a long time and has been In pain this long and waited then they said they’d call him back to reschedule and never bothered to call him back.

Dr. Herrera is the best. I have severe anxiety and she was so patient and kind. Also I didn’t feel any pain at all. I’m relieved to have found such a great dentist. Also the assistant Jessica and hygienist Angelina and Carissa were all very sweet.

I had a wonderful experience at this Advantage Dental location. The receptionist and dental hygienist were helpful, kind, and very knowledgeable. The hygienist and dentist were willing to explain every step of a procedure I needed at a different location, and told me to call if I had any further questions. I felt they all went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable even through I was anxious about going to the dentist. Thanks!

Cindy the lady that took me in the back for my appointment tried to take my backpack from me and then I couldnt find my dentures she actually wanted me to sit down I took the train there so I had to of misplaced them on the train like Im not going to go look for them she wanted me to sit down so they could change me is there a point of staying if I dont have my teeth...two years ago when I was in the process of getting my dentures the people at the office at the time were amazing and I was treated with the utmost respect...I wouldnt let them look at my dogs teeth there Im filing a complaint so disrespectful they are especially cindy

Just amazing. I had a 25 year fear of the dentist. Came here for a cleaning and filling and I can say I know longer fear the dentist. Everyone was polite and courteous but most importantly they made me feel comfortable. The hygienist Teresa was made for her job, awesome bedside manner. The receptionist I believe Natalie was very warm and made me feel comfortable from the get go. Dr. Lyashenko has a magic touch I swear I never felt so comfortable. And Karen the assistant was funny and charming. I actually look forward to my next visit.

The best Dentist Office Visit I ever had ! I had two infected and abscessed teeth that were killing me and needed them out asap. They squeezed me in and took very good care of me. The Dentist, Assistant, and two Receptionists were all very friendly, personable, professional and welcoming. As I have gotten into old age my teeth are going bad and I am heading towards dentures which I am more then happy to have done here. The Dentist was very thorough in explaining the situation and the options. Also He and the Assistant were non-judgmental as I have very few and really bad teeth ! That made me feel really good when I was nervous and worried. So my infected teeth are out, and I am scheduled now for a couple more extractions, then on to dentures ! Couldnt be happier. Thank you.

Long hold times, but once I got through the receptionist was very efficient and professional. I was not able to get an appointment as soon as I wanted, but I feel confident in the clinic based on the phone experience.

Best visit ever to a dentist Dr.Lyashenko very personable and professional with his work,Bri was great as well, Natalie and Bella made the wait easy and actually they all made me look forward to the next visit. Never thought I would write a glowing review about a dental clinic before, but here it is. The staff and dentist here are so great. Have always been a train-wreck dental patient in the past, but wasnt the slightest bit nervous during my visit. The dentist did a great job on my fillings ~

Call the day before left a message took about 2 hours they called back had an opening for the next morning got a tooth extraction excellent experience they were very kind and most importantly they listened 😊

Went to see Dr Lyashenko, everyone in the office was friendly and willing to tolerate my jokes. Got in, got the work done, got gone. It was definitely in my top 10 painful experiences.

I really enjoyed my visit at the 82nd office. Rachel cleaned my teeth and she did a spectacular job. Very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. Her technique was gentle and very effective. Dr. Lyashenko was great, he found some things that other dentists have missed and will be repairing them soon. I was greeted by Bella and Natalie at the front desk upon my arrival and they were very friendly and professional and quick to get me checked in. I think I found my dental care home. I was recently welcomed to the Advantage Dental family 82nd office thanks to an emergency root canal. Bella, Natalie, Bri, and Dr. Aleks gave me the extra TLC I needed to get me through an already tough situation-from start to finish. Happy to be chewing again on my right side and looking forward to my dental care in the future for both me and my kids🙂

I have had some downright traumatic experiences with dentists prior to this one and a couple very difficult extractions which took the oral surgeon a lot of time, having to break the tooth, and draw out the procedure. Dr. Lyushenko extracted a back molar just an hour ago in my tiny mouth and it was a total breeze!! I was a mess, in pain and full of anxiety before getting numbed up by him and assistant B. It took him maybe 30 seconds to get the tooth out and I couldnt believe how little pressure I felt. SO easy. The Dr, assistant, hygienists Teresa and Rachel, made this as easy as possible and has ever been before. The front desk staff Natalie and Bella did everything they could to try to make the paperwork process easy on me as I was somewhat of a basket case coming through the door. This office staff and dentist/oral surgeon is amazing and i couldnt ask for any better treatment, nor could I possibly recommend more highly!

I had a date with a new dentist to pull 13 teeth and put in dentures ...I was already nervous cuz my last dentist caused an infection. So I went to this advantage dental af Dr Lyashenko was referred to me as an extraction expert...let me tell you this is the truest statement Ive heard in all my 40 years on this earth.The Dr was quick listened to my issues and adapted his procedure and had a great sense of humor...I usually like women cuz they tend to have a bedside manner. I was wrong...this doc is the best...and let me tell u it was the whole staff that were great..I came in very afraid to get dentures and bella and natalie both made me feel welcome and comforted me...Let me tell u about my assistant...omg the best sense of humor and had a very gifted way of making me feel at ease.I entered the doc full of gear and anxiety...I left not only having the procedure done quickly and professionally but also he corrected the last Docs issues. I also left with several new friends.These are the best people ever

Worst experience of my life. I am now fearful of any dentist after going here.I got a very minor cavity filled.This was almost three months ago and I still cant chew on the tooth of the filling. He cracked the major molar on bottom right badly.Dealing with litigation as we speak.He over did the novicain as well. I was numb for over 48hrs. They also did major x rays knowing I was in early pregnancy. I was exposed to radiation.I ended up loosing my baby. The heart stopped that day.Please this place is crooked and should not be in business. Please go elsewhere.

Terrible clinic. Have called no less than 10 times in one week. Nobody answers the phone. I have reported them to Oregon Health Plan. They should lose their contract.
