I have worked with this shop on three different vehicles now, utilizing both their in-shop and mobile services. Edgar (owner) has been consistently respectful, professional, timely and offered great service. I have had details at other businesses and now only return to (and recommend!) Custom Correction. The car is a real pleasure to drive afterward and I am never embarassed to have guests inside. The car I had detailed to sell garnered many compliments and sold quickly. I called just about every detail shop in the SW Washington area for a last second appointment and although he was booked, Edgar was the only one who made an effort to get me an appointment. He did an absolutely amazing job on our 2021 RAV4 and made it look like new. Best prices and service - will 100% be coming back.

Absolutely thrilled with this service, communication was fast and friendly- they addressed my questions and concerns thoughtfully which is rare these days. This place just took my Hyundai Elantra in and gave it back to me clean but completely dysfunctional and when I brought it up the employees got hostile with me and started packing away the shop and locking things up like they had something to hide. I don’t know what they could have done but reports are being filed everywhere possible against this malpractice.

Set up a last-minute interior detail job on my bros Caddy SRX4 for his bday because the car needed some major love. The guys did fantastic work, I dropped my car off and within a couple hours my car looked as if I’d just driven out of the dealership. I was so impressed I ended up bringing my mothers car back for the same interior detail service the next week. Having a clean car definitely makes driving a bit more fun again.

We live just down the hill from Custom Correction. They were able to squeeze me in within a couple days and did an excellent job. Between muddy hiking boots or sand from the coast, a 100 lbs dog and a two year old our SUV takes a bit of a beating. When i got it back it looked like i had just pulled it off the lot.

These guys are true professionals!The amount of detail put into it showed the care these guys give to each vehicle. The interior was impecable and the exterior was not short of perfect.
