Audi of Portland is great. They were able to get me in when it was most convenient for me, I was able to leave with a fun little A3 loaner and my car was fixed up when they said it’d be done. I worked with Ivan and he did an awesome job in communicating with me through out the process. I am happy they’re able to text, as it’s very convenient to read those when available and respond. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience with Audi of Portland and Ivan.

The quality of work done at this facility is lacking. I have 3 Audis and a Porsche. I have had work done here on all cars. On many occasions, I have to take the car back after they fix the issues and have them fix them again. Work is not done right the first time. The give quotes for work and then add to the bill saying there was an error on their part and they cannot honor their quotes. They do not honor their coupons for various reasons. I have never taken a car there when they have not added to the service items.

Its okay if you want to browse without buying or having salesmen spitting their pitch in your face. I saw a car I wanted, had cash to buy but looked poor. Nobody came close to me so I left.

This place is fantastic. It is more convenient for us, due to location, than the dealership although it is affiliated with the dealership. They are professional and really take care of our Audi for us. Plus they give us a loaner when needed.

Dare I say I feel more like an honored guest than a customer.Audi will arrange a ride for you, or if you need a loaner youll get same or better than your own car (clever marketing: I got to drive a Q7 for a few days, hmmmm) -- or thanks to 2020 measures, they will now send someone to pick up your vehicle and bring it back. I didnt even have to leave the house.No upsells either -- in fact, on my final warrantied service visit, there was a recommended upcoming repair, which Audi could have waited to inform me about, but instead they took care of it at no-cost right then.You get a video of the inspection, and of course a complimentary wash and vaccuum every time.First-time Audi owner, and Im certain to be for life.

Best car service folks I have ever experienced in my 72 years on planet earth. Crisp, responsive, absolutely on time and just really understand customer service. I have two Audi vehicles, and the Portland Service gang take really good care of them.

Niki is a pleasure to work with. She is a true advocate for the customer, which is refreshing compared to a different service center we take my wifes car to. They take the approach of making the customer prove something is wrong and when the tech cant duplicate the issue are quick to write it off as a normal noise or vibration. Niki starts with the position of believing the customer and working through any issues with the tech team until the problem is resolved.

I didnt think it was possible to enjoy have work done on my Q7 but it truly was a great experience! I loved being able to schedule the service online. I worked with Joe S and he was EXCELLENT! He communicated extremely well throughout the entire process, the various options for communication made it easy to pick the model that best fit my lifestyle.Being able to get a loaner car that was the same model as my car was a huge benefit as we have kids and life stops for no one. The work ended up taking longer than was initially estimated but since I had the loaner it wasnt an issue. Joe was even flexible with the loaner drop off/car pick up times. At the end of my service, Joe took the initiative to explain upcoming maintenance needs, going over the costs and timeline so we could plan and budget for those expenses. Highly recommend them!

I *love* the pick-up/drop-off service now offered by Audi Service Portland. Saves me so much time! I sent my Q5 in for its 75k mile service. I was offered extra services (well, of course) I took them up on one I knew I didnt have the resources to take care of but declined two others and they were just fine with it; no pressure - which I appreciate. They also brought my car back vacuumed out and washed, so that was a bonus right there! Thank you Audi Service Portland!

Audi Service PDX at the airport is outstanding. The service is done right, the car is running great, and the advisors are fantastic. My advisor Niki is always on time with status of the car and whats going to happen with it. This visit was a little complicated cause I needed a broken windshield replaced after about a 4500 mile highway trip. But, it happened just as Niki described and the car (after they had it detailed) was really perfect. Every place should do service like these folks.

I took my car for an oil change and these guys out of nowhere found a nail in the side of my tire. It’s very odd since the car was parked in my car for a week before I took it for service. The reason I am leaving this review because I know 2 more people that experienced the same exact nail issue. Anyone else as unlucky as me?

Quick diagnosis of the reason for the check engine light and remedy of it. More than fair pricing of their efforts. I will use them for all my Audi A8L service n the future.

I brought my 2008 S4 in to get the airbag recall performed and they broke the hinges of my glove box. They also left these dirty drip marks all over the passenger seat area, including the door. My service advisor even joked that they would have replaced the glove box had they broke it because we have insurance for things like that, but clearly my glove box is still broken. I didnt push the issue because of course I didnt take a picture of the glove box hinges before dropping my car off at a certified Audi service center because why should I? Just be careful if you need to take your vehicle here. Take pictures of everything. I was also told over the phone I could get a loaner while I didnt have my car, but I was told I couldnt get a loaner once I actually showed up and had my vehicle checked in. I would recommend taking your Audi to the Beaverton service center instead if youre under warranty.In response to their response:This vehicle is my secondary vehicle, as I primarily use my work van. It is garage kept, and I deep clean the interior 2 to 3 times per year by hand. I would notice a huge crack in the hinge. Im intimately familiar with every blemish and can even tell you what and roughly when it happened. Its even visible from the drivers seat with the glove box open, so I would notice the stark white in contrast to the black finish. Ill never be bringing my car back here because I cant trust your facility to respect my property.

I had a great experience at this dealership. I brought in my 2012 A3 TDI (that I bought from an independent dealer) for service related to my Emissions Warranty. Even though they knew I was not paying for the service, they still gave me a loaner vehicle and treated me like a paying customer. i received text message updates that I could respond to (thank goodness- its 2019!) instead of a ton of obnoxious phone calls. Chris and Joseph were lovely and I wont hesitate to bring my car back to them for non-warranty work as well. Warning: their amazing loaner vehicles will make you want to splurge on a new car! The Q7 I drove was AMAZING.

I recently took my Audi A4 in for service. Ive been taking my Audi to the dealership for oil changes and service since I purchased the car in 2006. This last time I was told that I needed my rear brake hoses replaced due to cracking. They quoted the service @ $825. Being a woman and worried that I was potentially being taken advantage of, I decided to get a second opinion. I took my car to a local reputable mechanic that specializes in Audi, BMW & VWs. Not only did they quote the service at less than half the price the dealership service dept did, but they also said it sounded fishy and asked me to bring my car in so they could take a look at no charge. I took my car in and there was no issue found with the brake hoses - they even showed me. Needless to say Im very disappointed with the crooked practices that seem to be in place at the service dept. Always get a second opinion.

I spent $7000 to fix leakage, the bushings and tires change for my Audi A4 2003. After, I got my car back, there was still leakage. I thought if I spent that much they should do the best job on the car. They forgot to screw in my interior door panel at the passenger side after they checked the speaker. They messed up the window master switch and tried to charged $400 more to fix it. I would never come back to this place.

Walked in clueless as to how to install my license plates and they were oh so helpful! I even bought the wrong screw kit and they were kind enough to provide the proper ones with no cost. I wish I knew the gentlemens name who helped me but the shop in general had a friendly vibe. I certainly will be considering returning for any of my other Audi needs.

These guys are honest, trustworthy, and GOOD PEOPLE. Id been going to them for years of and on and theyd been helping me to keep my 1999 A4 running despite the mileage and engine issues, but the real proof positive came when I got into an accident and was unable to pay for repairs. I signed the title over, assuming they would sell it for parts, but two months later they gave it back, having worked on the car without my knowledge and got it back into working condition. I wouldve been without a car for YEARS without them, and they did it expecting nothing back.To summarize: they are genuinely good people, the pricing is good, and the work they do is FLAWLESS. Give them your business!

Twas the day before Christmas and the A5 made a horrible noise. We had it towed to Sunset Audi - East and waited until Monday to figure out what it might be. We were worried about the timing of the repair, as I am from Seattle. Amy, one of the representatives, was incredibly helpful and offered us a glimmer of hope. Without delay, I returned to Seattle on time. This wouldnt have happened without Amy and the team at this location.Thank you for your level of service.

I ordered a paint pen and some maintenance materials like oil filters and fuel additive from this location - the paint pen was supposed to take 3-5 biz days to arrive for pickup. Its been a month now and Ive called 4 times with no resolve - horrible customer service, and even worse operation management.

They were nice and worked on my car in a decent time frame. was able to let me return an item that was covered under warranty save a few hundred dollars. will go back the dealerships south of Portland were not as good.

So glad I found this place to service my Audis! I had been going to Audi Wilsonville for years and was always skeptical about their recommendations. The final straw was when I had Audi Wilsonville diagnose an oil leak, and they quoted me over 11k to fix it! Audi Portland fixed it for less than $800. And I got a loaner car, so I dont know what that reviewer a couple of posts down is talking about. Brittany was my service advisor, and I was impressed with how prepared she was for my appointment, listened to all my concerns, made the process quick and easy, and I left a very happy customer.

Very poor service period. Seem to only have this hassle at airport Audi. The folks in Beaverton are amazing! Called 3 separate time this week no answer, which I get people are busy. No call back though so I called this morning was transferred out to the nice people in Beaverton. They were very helpful stated to her that I was trying to reach airport she said she takes calls when they are busy well 2hrs later with no call back I drive there to my surprise no one looked busy three advisers standing around no one on the phone and what do know someone even brought donuts in AMAZING Ill be right with you let me put these donuts away nice!! To not only add the vibe seems as if Im treated as if I dont belong here.. Yet purchased 2 A6s and an SQ5 seems like Airport Audi can should and can do better.

Pleasant and knowledgeable service for my Audi. With an appointment they were able to quickly get my airbag recall taken care of while I waited.

Incorrect diagnosis of my Audi led to spending thousands of dollars on potentially unnecessary repairs which did not fix the problem. They are nice people and the place is very clean and new but I would have expected a better diagnosis for 140 bucks. All in all I wouldnt buy an Audi or VW again, but thats a different story altogether.

Q7 Quattro had a serious problem I came on the Monday and get the car fixed on the Friday so many work to do on this car we brought a year ago but it was not in good condition but we did not know ....s

Got my car repaired under warranty and was giving an awesome, newer version to drive for the day.

So I called the service people and asked them if they could possibly give me the code for my radio because I unplugged it for some stuff and they could not. they told me I had to bring it in and they needed to call Germany for it because only the true audi factory has it. They wanted to charge me 73$ to go in. I looked in the owners manual of my d2 a8l and found the 4 diget code on the first page and boom it was the right code. Snakes 🐍

Seemed to do a good job, they washed my car and all that so that was nice. They need to offer a loaner car like the Audi of Wilsonville does, instead I got a Lyft car to the office.

This place blatantly lied to my face. I took my car in for diagnosis and they wanted to charge me $159 just to get engine readouts. They then proceeded to estimate $301 for a battery replacement and $500 for an ect sensor replacement. They informed me that they couldnt even get the car started when i towed it in because the battery wouldnt hold a charge. I had a tow truck come and pick it up and he dropped it off to me with the car started and running. He told me the car wasnt even in a place where he could hook it up so they jumpstarted the car with a wireless battery starter and drove it out into the parking lot. Yep so thanks for lying to me and trying to steal almost $1000 for about $120 worth of services 👍

Our first tuneup here was overpriced and the car came back with more things wrong with it than it went in with. Cost of tune up? $600. Quoted cost of the new damage that wasn’t there before we went? Over double the tuneup cost. We will be taking the car to another mechanic after we pickup to check their work and request a professional opinion about if the damage looks intentional.

I bought my Audi Q7 used this year, and it needed some attention. I tried a local shop with no real results, then I found Sunset Audi Eastside and boy howdy, what a team !! David and his team have treated me more than fairly, I almost feel like I am family when I pull in. David, Sarah, and Nicole take the time to explain exactly what my car needs, showing me detailed procedures on exactly how it will be repaired when I dont understand. I did service here and they told me that they broke a part of my car the new one will come on Thursday and they will fix it. When I come here Thursday they told it will come on Friday and then When I come here Friday they told me it will come next Monday. By the way, I live in Eugene so I waste so much time on this thing. Please believe they are really busy even have no time to give me a call.

I needed my headlamp adjusted and they tried telling me I needed a new one. At a cost of $2000... I went home and googled how to adjust it and now its perfect.
